When exporting a task list into a PDF or EXCEL spreadsheet the exported document is missing the Task Number column. This makes it difficult when you are trying to trace your predecessor tasks using this exported document because the task number the predecessor is referring to doesn't exist in the exported document. The simple solution would be to include the Task number column in the export.
Please add the Filter Page (Alt +F) functionality to the setup screen, within the custom forms, fields and sections. So we can easily find a field we are looking for.
There is an idiosyncrasy with Analytics were assets can only be shared with individual users, the whole organization, or specific product profiles. However, the Admin Console is designed to use user groups as the method of grouping users and product profiles as grouping permission levels. So if common permissions are shared across an organization, there is no convenient way of sharing work without sharing with everyone. Thus it makes sense to share assets just with groups of users rather than groups of users that have the same level of permissions. This may be related to other questions. E.g. https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-analytics-questions/analytics-unable-to-share-scheduled-projects-to-user-groups/qaq-p/363314#M18596
You used to be able to drop a page anywhere into a fallout you had built. Now if you want to add an additional page in the middle or at the start you have to delete everything to that point and then re-add them all again. So frustrating.
Many customers request Marketo to add "Share List View Between Users" feature in the coming update. I see it is not possible as of now. As a Technical support engineer I faced a handful of customers who reach support to ask if the feature is available or will it be implemented in future. Usage : In one account , cx may create "N" no of view based on their reporting or export purpose.. if another user required the same.. it will be useful, if share option is there.. rather than duplicating manually.. time saving process. If Marketo considers this update in future release, it would be great for customers.
When we link our adobe account with the debugger it has a refresh button that says. Attempt to pull in the latest information about the report suite including variables, settings, etc. I need this. The New debugger is better but this really stinks that i can't see the names of my variables in the debugger. Also pass those custom names into the Excel file. PLEASE. Thank you,-JGCollinson
It would be helpful if Workfront would automatically filter out users who only have the Requester/Reviewer license when trying to assign users to tasks. Our project managers don't always know what access users have because some are in different departments. I know that Workfront displays a yellow exclamation point to a user who can't actually be assigned to a task, but filtering out users would eliminate any possible confusion.
We are trying to pull all open tasks to an assignee and group by project. We have found the system will 'only' pull a users' task is they are the primary assignee, so we are unable to pull a report/chart that shows all open tasks. We'd like to be able to pull tasks even if a user is not the primary task assignee. ex: I have a task with 3 assignees - Person1, Person2 and Person3. Open the task & go to Edit Task & scroll to the Assignment area. You will see that only one person is the Task Owner - let's say it's Person2. So now if I run an open task report by Assignee - this task will only show for Person2 - it will not show for Person1 or Person3.
The "Projects I Own" sub-tab is not always helpful. We have several projects templates set up with people already assigned to the tasks (these are repeat projects that are usually assigned to the same people). However, when we do have to remove people from the tasks and add someone else, that original person is still seeing that project on the "Projects I Own" sub-tab. As the project creator, you would have to remember each time to go to the Staffing>People on the project where you remove them. It's an extra step that can often be missed. It would be great if this can be fixed where only people on the project's tasks will see the project in their "Projects I Own" list and not the people that were originally on the tasks, but removed.
PROBLEM: User is unable to edit a predecessor on the task detail page.CHALLENGE: Poor user experience for end-users (have to remove and re-add predecessors to update on this view)BENEFIT: A fix would support users who prefer to see the dependancy type and lead/lag settings separated out.SOLUTION: enable editing of predecessor fields or enable "dependancy type" and "Lag" as available fields.
It would be great for the Workfront page to dynamically refresh anytime a change is made on a specific page if someone has left it open in their browser. My team is finding it challenging to work on a fast-paced project; they make an update and then refresh the page while 2 other updates have already been published and the project has progressed without them knowing. We find work is being duplicated at times because of this. This would also be a great feature with system integrations. As we receive updates from other systems it would be beneficial for the full page to update once a retrieval call is made/successful. This then allows everything to be current.
Often our designers go into a proof and read what is visible but it isn't always clear that there is a reply within that comment thread. The little arrow with the number of replies is getting missed. I would like the option to set a default to keep all comments completely expanded unless closed manually.
As a system or group admin, I want the ability to edit a user's Manager attribute inline in a User report. Currently, I can display the user's Manager in a report, but I can't update it. This makes for lots of tedious clicking when I have a long list of profile updates associated with regular re-orgs. We have this capability already for Home Groups and Home Teams; but it's more useful for Manager.
In the resource management area we can only currently get a view of a maximum of 6 weeks (via the dropdown). Due to our business needs we would like to have an overview for a 6 month period.
We recently upgraded to Adobe Analytics Prime and I have been experimenting with Attribution IQ (a very cool feature)However, when running a standard YTD time range I had a large % of conversion (15-20) show up as none. In looking at documentation and conferring with support, it seems the issue is the Attribution IQ lookback window, which is exactly limited to the first day of the month to the first day of the time range selected. So in my case, the lookback window ended at Jan 1. If I altered my time range to 12/31/18 to date the lookback window extends back to 12/1/18 and the Nones are greatly reduced, which is great except my business doesn't want YTD to be from 12/31 to present because that really doesn't make sense and adds a number (though small) of conversions that actually tool place LAST year.Note: This is NOT the logic used by the legacy attribution metrics that still exist in Ad Hoc.So my ask/suggestion (and a potentially pretty valuable change to the tool) would allow me t
There is no way for multiple users to edit and save the same workbook unless you are admin. I noticed that a similar post by DavidA on 04-12-2016 03:14 AM. I remember collaboration being promoted when Workspace was launched. Was this feature removed? Can we add user rights to edit/save workspaces owned by other individuals?
We've had multiple instances where we've created complex projects in Workspace for the business, and then shared them to multiple Stakeholders, only to find one of them changes or deletes something and then hits Save rather than Save As affecting the project for everyone. At the moment the work around we have to use is to make a copy of the final project and share that, so we still have the original to revert to.If when sharing there was the option to say whether it was shared as read-only or read/write it would help with this issue. Stakeholders could still make amend but if they then wanted to Save those amend it would only allow them to Save As a new project.
It would be great to be able to display multiple dimensions per row much like in a Data Warehouse export. Even if this were to function like a breakdown and it's just a style option to display in tabular form. For example: Dimension 1 | Breakdown Dimension | Metricelement1 | element1 | 10element1 | element2 | 9element1 | element3 | 8element2 | element1
A lot of our reviewers in proof our internal employees. It would be great to see resource planning available to those users whose sole work is based in approving files in the proofer. We need to be able to plan their work accordingly, but it's difficult to see what is being planned for their workload, as there is no ability to see into their planned work. In addition, we would love to see the actual time on those making decisions on proofs so we can improve our planning and resourcing for approvers.
This post has been closed as a duplicate. All votes have been moved to the original: Calendars -- Ability to show planned duration even after actual is entered We would like to have a calendar with our planned completion dates for the tasks captured, NOT the actual completion date (this is too late).
Our schedules that we use are set for the week to start on Monday and end on Sunday, but the Timesheets, Resource planner & Workload Balancer weekly view shows a different view (Sunday to Saturday). It would be great for these weekly views in the system to equal that the Schedule setup by the system Admin. Example: If the schedule is setup as Monday to Sunday, then all weekly views in the Timesheets, Resource planner & Workload Balancer would also display the week as Monday to Sunday . This would be a great help especially with resourcing.

While standard Marketo fields are already blocked from having API names that start with numbers in the UI, this restriction is not in place for Marketo Custom Objects. This causes knock-on issues with Velocity scripting being unable to reference the field. The ability to create fields starting with numbers should be blocked from the UI.
At current if you need to print a report from Workspace, you have a choice of PDF or CSV download. The PDF version is the best option that is looks like the workspace report but when you print this it will squeeze all freeforms into one page. There should be a functionality to fit to page, or zthe zoom level, or how many pages you would like to print to.Afterall, Site Cat already allows this so why wouldnt the workspace?
Today a user complained that his children tasks were appearing on a gantt export despite the parent task being collapsed. After researching this, I found that this is by design. The documentation states that: "Subtasks are included in the exported PDF even if the parent task is collapsed and the subtasks are not visible. To include only parent tasks, select the parent tasks you want to include and leave any subtasks unselected."Unfortunately, due to this design, if a user has a lot of parent tasks, each with more than 10 subtasks below it, then the user would have to uncheckmark a lot of tasks just to get the view they need. This much manual maintenance can easily lead to mistakes and rework.Additionally, while I understand that a filter can be created so that only parent tasks are displayed, there are cases where a user would want to leave some children tasks on the export.
