I'm looking for a way to show within a form attached to a task the different Hour Types that were logged to it. For instance we use Task time and Support Time. when i pull a Task report i want to know if only Task time, only Support time or if both Task and Support time were logged on that specific Job.Is there a way to do this within a calculated form field?Trying to avoid having to pull an Hours report as that will result in much more data manipulation when exported to do analysis.additionally.. not sure if there is a way to use calculated fields to total the different Hour types within the task show a total of all Support time logged, and total of all Task time logged. thanks!!
Hello Community,We are in the process of setting up the integration between AEM and Adobe Target. Could you please let me know which PIDs I need to use to create OSGi configs so that they are deployed as part of the code? Additionally, there are some existing configs that were created manually. I want to ensure that these existing configurations are not overwritten and that the new config is added as part of the deployment. Introduction As organizations leverage Real-Time CDP to activate audiences across multiple destinations, data security and compliance becomes critical. One key consideration is the use of email hashing when sending audience data to downstream systems. Email hashing is the process of converting email addresses into hashed values using functions such as SHA-1, SHA-256, etc. This obfuscates the original email addresses while retained its ability to act as a unique identifier for matching purposes in downstream systems. Hashing enhances data security and ensures compliance with data privacy regulations. Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) provides flexibility in handling hashed email addresses for identity resolution and audience activation. Most out of the box Audience Export destination platforms in Real-Time CDP require that no personally identifiable information (PII) is sent in clear. The audiences activated out of Real-Time CDP can be keyed off hashed identifie
When enterprises face compliance requirements that restrict third-party domain management, we didn't just listen—we rebuilt how domain configuration works. The Core Challenge Traditional marketing automation platforms require customers to delegate DNS management to the platform provider. For regulated enterprises, this creates an impossible choice: Why This Feature: Addressing Enterprise Compliance Challenges In highly regulated industries, marketing teams often face a critical barrier: compliance requirements that prevent third-party domain management. Whether it's HIPAA in healthcare, FINRA in financial services, or SOX compliance for public companies, these organizations need complete control over their domain infrastructure. This provides a complete separation between customer infrastructure and platform services :- No shared credentials between systems- Customer-managed certificates with full SSL chain control- Isolated infrastructure with no cross-customer dependenci

As I've found throughout my career in managing systems like Workfront, there is knowledge you acquire ahead of time via training and documentation, knowledge that you acquire just-in-time by troubleshooting challenges, and knowledge you acquire and then look back and REALLY wish that someone had taught you that 6 months ago. I will honestly admit that my example was a long-held belief that conditionally formatting a report column could only reference the data within that specific column. I'm /still/ second guessing myself on if/when that changed, or did it always do that and I just never noticed? Even the most experienced admin occasionally runs into menu options, features or helpful tricks that they wish they'd know earlier in their admin career. So in that vein, what are some of the things you wish you could go back in time and teach previous-you to save some head-shaped dents in your office walls? Please chime in even if you're very new to the admin lifestyle,

I would like to suggest a few items regarding AI Assistant for Workfront: 1) can you provide videos and sample prompts to accompany the AI Assistant for Workfront documentation? The documentation is too generic and 2) will you have a best practices session on AI Assistant for Workfront? Especially around prompts

We recently lost access to our WF connection within outlook but still have our connection with Teams (THANK GOODNESS!) Is there any forseeable improvements that will open up opportunity for Outlook connections, Loop connections etc.? Even better, upgrades to the teams options such as submitting a request like we could in the Outlook add-on that we lost. Would really help streamline communications and collaborations for our company!
I have been using Adobe Analytics for more than a decade, so I know exactly how I feel about using it in comparison to what's now been happening with Customer Journey Analytics for the past number of years. My question now goes out to my fellow community of users. What is/are the biggest challenge(s) you face or have faced with Adobe Analytics/CJA, and how have you chosen to address them? In fact, are you addressing them? Do you still have unanswered questions? Super interested to hear your thoughts! In fact, feel free to -
In our AEM 6.4.3.0 Author instance we are seeing a lot of generated workflow packages (~1800) in /etc/workflow/packages. Much more than there are running workflow instances. The Workflow Purge is configured to remove COMPLETED workflows older than 30 days but this doesn't seem to remove associated workflow packages. Is there a way to get rid of the old workflow packages?

Happy #NewToolTuesday for all those who celebrate 🙂 Introducing the Smart Report beta in the Taailored for Workfront plugin! Smart Reports gives admins and end users the ability to turn natural language prompts into Workfront reports. This is great for admins making complex reports, like pulling tasks and issues into the same pie graph, or end users who are not native to the Workfront reporting area. Also feel free to check out my last post to see what else the Taailored for Workfront plugin can do.

We all use Adobe Analytics (or CJA) day in and day out. And, let’s be honest, most of us are probably at least a little bit nerdy. I’m willing to bet that you’ve got a favourite feature (or two or three). So, let’s nerd out a little bit about our favourites - what is your go-to feature? Why do you think it’s the best? Why do you think everyone should be using it? Is it a certain visualization that helps explore your data? Is it a type of segment or metric that you like to build? Or is it the way you set up your processing rules? It probably comes as no surprise to anyone who has seen me talk at Summit or in the Skill Exchange, but my favourite feature is using functions in calculated metrics (and metric building in general). A lot of the functions are vastly underused, but they’re super powerful and can definitely help you up your reporting game. Building custom metrics is already a pretty powerful tool, but with the added use of the functions, it's a whole other level. F
