570/5000 Hello,I have two points that really annoy me in the long run.1. Why does the paste not work after the start? After starting Photoshop, why do I have to copy the original again and a second time so that I can then paste it into Photoshop?2. Is it necessary that the sliders are so insensitive. If you change a slider quickly, you usually haven't hit the right spot. You always have to hit the controller very carefully to make a change. That always pulls you out of your workflow.
Currently when you complete an approval in the new experience your taken back to the documents tab, can we have an option to return back to the task page. This will reduce the extra clicks to get to the task tab to post an update for the task.
When task are due WF randomly sets a time for task due. For example when we state a task due on 10/25/2020 WF will pace a random time base on the predecessor completion. We need the time to be the end of the day. This issue effect reporting that shows task an bringing completed late when the are actually done on the task due date. Can there be a global setting to set due time to 11:59 p.m. or to a custom time set by the planner of system admin.
Hello Workfront Community - When a user utilizes the Time Off Calendar within their profile and selects a calendar day to have the entire or part of a day off, that time should automatically be reflected in their Timesheet. Timesheet profiles do allow other General Overhead categories such as Vacation time or PTO, but neither field is populated automatically on a timesheet for a day or dates where a user has identified they will be on PTO within their Time Off calendar. If the resource planner has functionality built in where Time Off entered in the users time off calendar contributes to the available hours the user has in the resource planner, why can't this also be the same for Timesheets? I've scoured the site and tested in our Sandbox environment, but have been unable to identify if this functionality exists. If this functionality does exist, please advise accordingly.
In the Project, there is a Portfolio section in the project build. In the Request, there is no Portfolio option. We added a text fields to supplement in the Request form. This is an ask of WF to see how we can bring the Portfolio option from Projects into Request.
Our PM team would collapse a stage once it's done but when we open that schedule again, all the tasks will show up. It would be great if the stage would stay collapsed; makes it easier to review schedules with lots of stages & tasks. Thanks.
Some suggestions for improving the referenced workspace: ability to use custom metrics (doesn't appear to be the case as of now)ability to select more than 3 (appears to be the current limit), whether or not the confidence calculations adjust for multiple comparisons for tests with multiple challengers
When adding sub-tasks to a User Story in an Agile Team using the Scrum Methodology, the sub-tasks are also captured in Story Points instead of hours. It is fine that we are using 1 Story Point = 8 hours in as our Scrum setting, but sub-tasks should not be also captured in story points, all other Agile tools I have used (Jira, Rally, Azure Dev Ops) allow tasks to be captured in hours. Can this be a future enhancement for Workfront?
When I create an email performance report, whenever I click on the report in the program I get taken (after a page load) to the control panel for the report, where 80% of the screen is taken by a message saying "Adobe Flash Player is blocked". I need to click on the report tab to see the actual report. Would it be possible to get taken directly to the report tab instead of the control panel tab when accessing a report?
When converting an issue to a task, there should be a place to assign the task right away. Right now, you have to completely convert the issue to a task and then assign as a second step.
Users are reporting challenges when entering time on their timesheets.Where there are multiple rows for a specific project or a number of General Hour Types it can be a challenge to see which row you're on when entering time into the grid. This is due to the General Hour Types being on the left hand side of the screen and time grid on the right hand side.A hover state when the user scrolls over a target area in the timesheet would help users massively to pinpoint in a short space of time which project or general category (Y-Axis) corresponds with a specific day of the week (X-Axis).
It would be nice if we could favorite rules and data elements to make them quicker to access.Further functionality that would be useful:Pin favorites to the top of the listFilter the view by favorited items (similar to how views can be filtered by enabled/disabled)
In both classic and new experience if every other row on the timesheet could be shaded for ease of view for users would be great.
It would be extremely helpful to have the ability to add rich text formatting within a proof comment. So, for example, if I want to indicate that a sentence of copy needs to be inserted with one underlined word, that formatting can be clearly indicated within the comment.
We're not able to use the new Resource Planning tool in an efficient way because of how you first need to set project planned hours as budgeted and then set users planned hours as budgeted. For our organization, it doesn't make sense to not have the two be equal in the beginning of a project set up. If we have to change the budgeted hours, we could do so after. But, it's pretty rare that planned and budgeted aren't equal. I'd like to see the option at a system level to be able to turn on/off setting the budgeted to the planned hours so that it doesn't need to be a manual process each time a project/resource manager sets up their projects. I believe this will also eliminate "human error." For example, I like to look at resource availability on a weekly basis to see where someone might be overallocated, but if a project manager didn't set their planned to budget on a couple projects, then I may not see an accurate picture.
I created a new field for program member data field since that’s a new feature. The activity log data doesn't say what program this field is being changed on. Weird right! How are we supposed to tell what program the field was changed on? Instead, it shows the program that the campaign lives in that is changing this field. That does us no good. The activity log just shows the program/campaign that changed the action, but not showing the program that the action was done for. I read all the documents about it and I thought it was program specific, not person specific. If it’s program specific, shouldn’t the program name be there?https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Program+Member+Custom+Fields
If a project is cancelled, all of the issues that are associated with the project become moot. However, the issue statuses do not change. It would be great to have the issues automatically get cancelled if the project gets cancelled. Then the owner of the issue wouldn't have to re-open the project, cancel the issue, and then re-cancel the project just to get the issue to be closed out.
Right now when you want to search for all teams with % in the Teams section, all teams show even if they aren't agile teams. We don't want anything mistakenly put in backlogs that aren't used, so it would be ideal if only agile teams would show in this section.
Currently, you have to go in and check on the status of the approval. It would be ideal to receive a notification for a rejected approval.
When entering a user story, there is a description box at the top that is not able to be removed. It is confusing for team members because we have another description field in the custom form that is for the "As a ___, I want, [goal]." traditional user story form, but having a subject, description and that section is confusing for team members. It would be helpful to be able to be able to get rid of this field.
Prior to pulling a story into an iteration, during the backlog grooming session, we go through stories and check the ready checkmark to ensure they are ready to be worked in the iteration. We don't need the checkmark checked when the story is entered because the team has not yet vetted the story to ensure completeness; however, it defaults to checked now so it's an extra step for our team members to uncheck it every time.
Hi Adobe Product Team & @jenla5,We would like to vote for an extension of an already existing feature of conditional formatting in AA Workspace. This is with respect to the custom conditional formating in AA Workspace where we have reports broken down to single or multiple levels. At this point, the 'Auto' formatting works in this case but if we try to do custom conditional formatting for a column, it does not show color formatting for all the cells as per the custom range we have provided in the 'Column Setting' option. With 'Auto' formatting, we have seen that at times this seems to be a bit confusing & the max./min. distribution does not always seem to look appropriate. Therefore, we would like to vote for this feature extension for custom cell formatting as well to be applied to all the items in a Column.Below are a few screenshots of the existing limitation of custom conditional formatting feature:Thanks & Regards,Abhinav
Good Morning, Adobe Product Team/@jen_lasser! Currently, in Adobe Analytics Workspace, if I want to "hide" any section within living report, the best I can do is simply minimize said panel and move it to the bottom of the page, but that does not necessarily accomplish what I would like to do.Oftentimes, I am working ahead on sections that I may want to include in the report as a future section, OR I have a section that I swap in and out, depending on specific elements being reported for that date range. Creating a different version of the report actually creates more work, particularly when I have 50+ people on a daily distribution, and no fast and easy way to simply copy and paste my list of recipients (but that's a different issue). What I would much prefer is a feature that allows me to select a checkbox that indicates which sections should be LIVE (i.e., Production-worthy) WITHIN a report that I am already delivering on a regular basis. Having this feature woul

Workspace has been by go to reporting canvas since its release and I find myself relying on Data Extract, Data Warehouse & Ad Hoc reporting for larger data sets and analysis. It would be helpful to allow for a larger data set threshold within Analytics Workspace.
