This feature is just good enough to test the layout and links, but it is not used to test the flows, the S/MIME signature, etc. This feature should be improved to allow testing more than just the layout.
Request to give ability to add more managers name under "Reports To". Since many cases a user reports to more than one manager. Also, ability to report manager in different business entity in same company group. This is very much required in many industries. Thanks in Advance.MchKundan.
Since Enhance Analytics can only show a max of 50 projects, a filter is always required. It would be nice to be able to save a filter to be reused. Similar to resource planning.
Description - Have visible arrows to let users know they have the ability to use up/down arrows to change time in the calendar. Why is this feature important to you - How else would users know they can use the keyboard up/down arrows? How would you like the feature to work -The better option is to have those arrows visible and/or a tooltip to use them along with keyboard keys.Current Behaviour - No indication is present that arrows can be used. Should be like AM/PM, if at all possible.
Description -Have content on screen to let users know they have the ability to type an email into the Recipients field. Clicking in the field populates the options with our domain addresses, but that’s all. Press ENTER only appears when an email is already input it.Why is this feature important to you - Users need to be aware they have the ability to enter an email by typing in the input field. Not having this is a turn off for many especially if the desired recipient is not on the list. How would you like the feature to work -We need something on screen that displays the input field options, ex: Type in the input field to enter a different email Current Behaviour - No hints, tooltip, clues, or text on the screen are currently present for the Recipients input field.
We have recently moved to the new Next Gen UX platform of Marketo. I understand that Drag and Drop is not available anymore for moving programs and folders. But from the new Marketo documents, it explains that programs can be “moved” to other folders by right clicking the program and picking a folder to move too. I can move from folder to folder, but not to Archive. When I try to do this for a program it does not give me the option to move the program to an Archived folder. Any suggestions about how to make that work?
We'd like to see a feature added that makes it easier for project managers to track rounds of creative production, proofing, and review and approval when those rounds are performed externally from Workfront (i.e., a different proofing platform or method other than Workfront proof). There are business cases where a client might require proofing processes to be done on their own system, etc. In the system's current state, it's been suggested to upload all versions of proofs to Workfront (even though they're not going through Workfront proof) to simply track the number of versions. Another suggestion has been to repeat the production tasks in Workfront over and over again (parent with children tasks, resulting in x number of parent tasks = number of proofing rounds), but that is not efficient or feasible. It would be nice to have some sort of check-box at the task level (parent and/or children) to tally the number of rounds as the proofing tasks cycle over and over again
It would be helpful if once we create a ticket with support and have granted access that 1) they get notified automatically once we grant access without us having to email them back to say we did it and 2) their access remains "open" the entire time the ticket is open and then expires once the ticket is closed. It is really frustrating when you have a more complex ticket or if support is busy and take a few days work on it that you continually have to keep getting emails to grant them access again.
Hello, With the Adobe Creative Cloud app, The Creative team are able to upload documents into Workfront, which is amazing, but it would be neat if the creative team were able to upload a document as a new version of an existing document to keep the documents coupled together and provide versioning history and the ability to compare past documents within Workfront
There should be an option for an automated workflow so that a user doesn't have to manually complete each task. System Admins can set pre-determined criteria on the template that define the automation rules.
We would like to be able to filter Updates on a task, project, etc. by user. Sometimes the Updates get lengthy and it's difficult to find what you're looking for or to check if someone has replied, especially because the middle updates in a comment string get collapsed or you need to click "more" at the bottom of the page to load more.
Would love to customize the order of what sections display in my favorites/recents. Ex. for recents I would remove, or send to the bottom "tasks" bc I never go to tasks in my preference.
If you create a NEW dashboard from a report, that newly created dashboard basically disappears from my view and then I'm sent back to that report. So in order for me to find that new dashboard I need to remember the name and search, it's a bit clunky of an experience.I would prefer a new tab to open with that newly created dashboard. Or maybe it shows up in the "recents"
The template names are very limited in characters when you convert an issue to a project and select a predefined template. The display window of the template names should be longer to allow for larger titles.
Hi, One of our frustrations is that currently, users who have customised their tabs (either tab order or they have added custom tabs) lose these settings whenever a change is made to the Layout Template. It would be best if changes to the Layout Template were applied separately to users' own customisations. The way it is at the moment, it is a disincentive for users to customise their tabs if they keep losing changes. Regards, David
It is good to have an option to configure to automatically recalculate the finances instead of manually recalculate over the projects or bulk edit.Just like how we have configure to automatically recalculate the timeline
Hi all:My team has several subtasks of parent tasks in our project templates where an approval process is applied. Tasks downstream in the project have predecessor tasks based on these parent tasks. When looking at the project, the parent tasks are showing at 100% complete, as are the subtasks for that parent; but there is a pending approval. Can we have the parent task not show 100% complete if an approval process is pending? It would eliminate the need for team members to open several tasks to find which task is the culprit and holding up the process. Thanks for your consideration of my proposal.Wendy Korson
We need to be able to select the Project Sponsor information for groupings from the selection panel so that it can also be used on the Summary/Matrix tab.
Existing Functionality: Currently variables such as s.pageName and s.prop have a 100 character limit. This is extremely limiting when implementing a page naming strategy, particularly when including additional information with the page title. For example, site and country. In global suites, its often important to include additional information such as site, country, or a unique page ID to ensure the page name is unique and allow for additional pathing data.Idea: Increase the character limitation on s.pageName and s.prop to 255 characters to be consistent with other variables such as URL, Referrer, s.eVar, s.hier, and s.campaign.
I need help identifying bot traffic because we get a ton of it; somewhere between 30 - 40% of our page views and 5-15% of visits. I am not referring to known bots (Google Spider) or malicious bots attempting to take down our site or defraud us. I am referring to third party scrapers coming to us for information. This type of trafffic is not looked at negatviely because 1) it is not harmful to our site experience. 2) everyone does it. 3) it is difficult to police.Because we get so much bot traffic, we spend a chunk of time identifying if swings in our KPIs are real or due to non-human traffic. This slows us down considerably. The bots coming to our site use standard devices, user agent strings, operating systems, devices, and also change their IP addresses frequently. I am able to qualitatively identify this traffic because of the following:1. This traffic is typed/bookmarked.2. This traffic never has any of our campaign parameters.3. This traffic lands on pages that would not norm
It will be highly flexible if the Launch properties could be mapped and remapped to Environments (embed codes). The benefits:- no need to contact website dev team to update the embed codes- easy to fix an issue if a wrong embed code is added to the page (website)- easy to merge the implementation on several websites into one property or vice versa to split websites among various properties How would the analytics developer/ architect work with this feature:1. Create environments one per website/ domain/ website environment/ app2. Ask the web team to add the embed codes3. Manage the environments mapping in the Launch UI
Hi, Current version of Custom Resource Publication supports only two options: Publish since last published or repair database. Can we include one more option where user can select resources he/she wants to publish. This will prevent overwrite of someone's work as well if user forgot to check 'Do not synchronise' option in custom resource. We can include it like direct reference to list of available resources and then select resources that needs to be published.Publishing all the tables since last modification is time consuming.
This post has been closed as a duplicate. All votes have been moved to the original: Give PMs ability to prevent users from Logging Time to Completed Tasks It would be really useful if we could get setting within which we would be able to decide either logging hours against complete tasks is enable or unable. The don't appear on timesheets if complete or dates are passed. But user is still able to go to the task itself and log time against it.
The online documentation has just been updated to remove reference to the ability to perform a document content search using Basic Search features. This is no longer a documented feature but it should be. Please add the ability to perform content searches in attached documents to the roadmap. Alternately, please remove the 4K character limit in API Update creation. Thanks!
We only use automated workflows with Proof templates and set deadlines. Proof does not account for the holiday schedule set in Workfront, we have been creating views in Proof for each holiday and The deadline needs to be manually updated for each stage in the Proof. There is not a way to update this in bulk. We have been looking for a way to integrate the Holiday Schedule from Workfront within Proof.
