We experienced a user innocently changing their email address and name on their own profile which removed them from all projects they owned or were assigned. (without any notification, or red flag issued by the Workfront system.) Respectfully see this as a vulnerable blind spot that has potential to really cripple the functionality of Workfront -- for our group and how we use it. Could a fail-safe be developed? And/or a best practice addressing user profile management? How about providing primary admin the ability to lock user profiles? Or specific user profile data fields like Name and Email address? Or maybe some type of "user profile change order request" that'd enable a more monitored/controlled way to manage user profiles? Thanks for your interest in client feedback.
Proxima Nova is very difficult to read on Workfront sites. lowercase i and l, look the same.I have Clear Type font set, and I tried to turn off Hardware Acceleration, but made no difference. The exact same font rendering problem appears in FireFox as well.It seems to be the Bold rendering of the font specifically.I have not seen this problem on other sites with Proxima Nova fonts.
When a user have 10 documents to send for approval to the same approver/approvers, the user will have go to each document and type in the name of the approver. We need to be able to multiselect documents and send it to the same approver.
It would be great if we could mark custom forms as favorites so that we can add a filter for those that we use most often.
Our users log actual hours at the Task and issue level. Unfortunately, there is no way to mass approve the hours submitted each day. Right now we have to go project by project to approval. The system also doesn't let us use a report to approve the hours. Therefore, I would like to request Workfront build the functionality to approve submitted time in a mass update. Thanks, Rick
We are unable to remove the global Hour Type options from the employees Available Hour Types component (Object: User). We have received feedback from local markets they prefer employees to allocate time against locally approved HOur Types and not include the option to add hours to the generic global Hour Types. We propose implementing some logic here to enable this:if there are no project-specific hour types in the Hour Type database, show global Hour Type as default (i.e. Project Time, Task Time etc).if there are project-specific hour types in the Hour Type database, allow the admin to deselect the global Hour Type(s) (i.e. Project Time, Task Time etc).

Our designers have noticed a glitch in the proof tool:Designers are currently having an issue with .pdf's, at times, showing incorrect opacity within the proofing tool. I’ve attached a screenshot of the same .pdf side by side with the proofing tool & without.
Allow the proof creator to get a copy of the proof notification when they send the proof. Our users want to know it was actually sent and want to use the copy of the email to access the proof.

If you use HTML code in your Email Script token, Marketo displays this code in the text-only version of you email. Example: Your Email Script token has <table width="100%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0"> <tr> <td align="left"> <p>Some text</p> </td> </tr> </table> And be sure your customers will see the same code (not only "Some text") in the text-only version.
It would be nice to be able to download ALL T&T campaign data at one time (in bulk). Currently one has to download each campaign's data individually. When you have hundreds of campaigns - well, you know... Also the ability to deactivate and delete campaigns in bulk would be great too.
Can we change how the buttons are named on document approval decisions? Right now the only option is Reject, Approved, Approved with Changes. Our company would like the flexibility to adjust these to our needs. For example:Can the 'Reject' button be changed to 'Reviewed'
Request queues should be independent of projects. Queues play such a huge part of the overall system that having it buried amongst the projects presents a risk and a liability to usability. It is very easy to delete a queue by accident which will greatly affect the instance. If queues were an option similar to templates, it will give system admins greater control
We have established processes for Approvals in our organization - both at the project and the task level (example: the end-result of a task needs to be approved by a manager prior to the team member moving on to the next task). Right now the Approvals associated with Projects or Tasks can be edited, removed, re-created by the Owner of a project. We'd like the option to lock that, so that the project leads can't even edit who does the approvals - they must happen. Additionally, they can delete Approvals that have already occurred. We'd like this to be disabled, so that the Approval can sit within the project's history.
From the Workfront Project / Documents view, you can easily see when documents are linked from Box. Clicking on that Box link allows you to collaborate on word documents in Box and benefit from the tool's cloud versioning. However, if you navigate to a document's details page, the Box icon disappears and the document is able to be downloaded directly, rather than taking you to Box where it "lives." This has caused a lot of confusion, especially when you are tagged to review a document, receive an email that gives you a link to "See it in Workfront" and it directs you to the Document Details page (which doesn't have the Box icon/link). Many reviewers have uploaded new document versions with changes thinking there is no source file in Box to review.
In the previous Requests page there was the option to see your recently completed requests. This has been removed from the new view. I utilized the view frequently to review the completed work. It would be helpful be able to create custom filters like you can everywhere else in WF.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: We were advised to only create 5 smart crops since there will be performance implications if there are more. THere's no limit in the UI but what Adobe said, we should not exceed 5 Use-case: Our organization needs a lot of smart crops since the assets in DAM are being used on different channels. Having a limit of 5 will make it difficult for us to support our customers;' needs Current/Experienced Behavior: Only 5 smart crops are requested to be created Improved/Expected Behavior: The system should have more capacity to accommodate more smart crops Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): ACS Customer-name/Organization name: N/A Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
When tasks are assigned - a notification is sent to the user - in Classic the notification included the project name - however in NWE - the task assignment is listed but it does not include a link to the project in the notification - so the user has to click inside the project to see the referenced task and to discern which project it belongs to - please add project name at minimum for issues and tasks assigned to users.
We use MktoForms2 on our site to embed Marketo forms into our site. We have some antispam features built into our site that prevent a form submission, such as reCaptcha from google, some honeypot fields, and other field validations. However I've realized that all of this can be bypassed easily by a spammer if the spammer issues their own commands to the MktoForms2 JS API. For example the following code could be used: MktoForms2.loadForm( baseUrl, munchkinId, formId ); MktoForms2.whenReady( function( form ) { form.addHiddenFields( { test : 'test' } ); form.submit(); }); The hidden fields could contain any valid marketo field name, and this would submit directly to Marketo bypassing any antispam in use on our site. The page this is executed on doesn't even need to have a form on it already, it just needs the MktoForms2 JS API to be loaded. A possible solution for this would be for a token to be generated server-side that must be then sent along with the form submis
It would be very helpful if Regular Expressions were supported in Filters/Advanced Filters. The value of the filter function is severely reduced without RegEx support. To continue on the same train of thought, it would be great if it were possible to save filters once they've been updated on bookmarked reports. I find myself re-bookmarking reports after adding an extra filter parameter or two. If I miss re-bookmarking, then I need to re-add the new filter parameters next time I view the report. Thanks for your consideration of my input!
Right now, there are 4 different user roles within Target (Observer, Editor, Publisher, and Approver). The only role that can both create and change the state of activities within Target is the Approver role. However, with that role, the user is able to make changes to the Administration part of the UI, which can impact the setup for all users and can potentially cause problems. We have some users that we would want to be able to create and change the state of Target activities, but not make changes within the Administration section. At this point, we are not able to do that with the current roles. It would be helpful to have it set up in one of the following approaches:Create a new user role that would be a combination of Editor and PublishersCreate a new user role that would be an Approver-Lite that removes the ability to see the Administration sectionEnable a user to have multiple current roles per workspace/property
