Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: I'd like to request that the dispatcher flush is done prior to a deployment/pause. This will facilitate testing during the pause. It would be fine to then again clear the cache as it does today when the pair is reattached to the load balancer. Use-case: When testing during a deployment/pause it is beneficial to have the dispatcher cache cleared to ensure we are testing against the current code and not something in the cache. Current/Experienced Behavior: We need to request our CSE to flush the cache during the deployment/pause. Improved/Expected Behavior: Doesn't require the CSE to flush the cache during the deployment/pause. Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Localized Reference for Experience Fragment Use-case: We are using AEM 6.4.8/6.5.8 and using experience fragments component in our page templates for header and footer implementations similar to WKND sites. In template, we add experience fragment component with "/content/experience-fragments/us/header" as fragment path and when we create pages in /content/<project>/us/page, we are able to see the US Header. Now we created language copy of the experience fragment to "/content/experience-fragments/fr/header", and now created page under "/content/<project>/fr/page", due to Localization implementations in experience fragment core component, automatically FR header is picked up on the FR page. Current/Experienced Behavior: Now US Team, changed something in US header and planned to publish sometime next week. parallelly FR team changed some page content and when trying to publish FR page, it is showing US Header as o
Currently, when you request a document you can either select an existing user OR type in a new e-mail address. If you enter a new e-mail address, Workfront creates a reviewer licenced user behind the scenes.Another less obvious difference is if you enter a new e-mail address, the link in the e-mail that gets sent include a 'tokenID' which means the recipient doesn't need to log in to upload the document. However, after the first time all subsequent requests will require a login (as that e-mail address is now associated with a user). It would be fantastic to have a 'require login' checkbox (defaulted to ticked so that functionality is unchanged for current users) .If the tickbox is ticked, then the tokenID is not included in the link even if it's a new user (instead they get the login screen, and can use 'forgot password' to set their initial password). If the tickbox is clear, then the tokenID is included even if the user is an existing user. If they tr

Need to be able to access fields from related objects on calculated fields. Currently it will only allow access to fields from the object you are on. An example would be a calculated field on a task form should have access to fields from the related project. Reports allows access to related objects and collections, so it should be consistent with calculated fields.
Description - I've had to get creative with Adobe implementation support team to break our campaigns down into multiple evars to combine them back into different combinations to be able to produce a flat list report. Back in the "Omniture" days there were no limitations like this. Why is this feature important to you - FreeForm Workspace only has the ability to have one dimension that I then break down into a hierarchy report. But when using this as the only feature for large campaigns with up to 4 parameters this results in hundreds of reports that would have to be downloaded individually. It's not functional or usable and my company reporting depends almost solely on reporting for these marketing campaigns. It is a HUGE limitation for your company to impose on a customer. How would you like the feature to work - Be able to pull in at least 5 dimensions to produce a flat list report in a freeform workspace instead of being limited to hierarchy reports.Current Behav
The Project Details > Overview > Template only records the first template attached to a project. We'd like to see the Template field updated appropriately. If tasks from the original template are deleted and another template is attached, it should show the new template. If another template is attached along with the original, it should show both.
If a person subscribes to a MSI notification through Salesforce, their is no way for a SFDC admin, Marketo admin, or Marketo support to unsubscribe that person from the notification, such as: You are subscribed to Marketo Sales Insight Interesting Moment for "Type: Registered"\n\n When a Salesperson clicks this accidently, they can get 100's of emails, which can block our Marketo notifications, lead to spam filter issues, etc. The only way this can be unsubscribed is from the email link itself, and by that specific user who clicked the notification icon. Please add to roadmap to give a way for Marketo admins to clear these subscriptions. Marketo Support confirmed this old ask article was accurate - 0 way to clear these out: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/unsubscribe-from-an-interesting-moment-alert/m-p/69023#M35890
On a text-based document, I wish there was a way to edit the doc in the proofing area while it is routing through the flow? Similar to change tracking in Microsoft word.
The variables set in the Analytics extension's Global Variables seem to not fire on all rules/rule types (see Global Variables - Direct Call Rule ). This is similar to how it was in DTM.It would be great if we had some control over this (maybe give me the ability to say "fire for all beacons" or "fire for all s.t beacons" or "fire immediately before any beacon, but after other rules" or something), or by default they DID fire anywhere the Analytics Extension was in a rule. Otherwise, folks still have to resort to using doPlugins, or setting up a rule for global variables that somehow fires on all other AA rules/beacons.
Hi, It would be great if marketo could provide ABM tokens to use in emails. A use case that i could think of is to leverage named account while targeting an ABM campaign. Thanks, vineela.
Description -Server Call Report: All Server Calls added to VisualWhy is this feature important to you - We would like to be able to see the graphs have the option to not only show "Primary" and/or "Secondary" calls, but also have the option to show "All calls" in the graph. We track the usage by using all calls, and would like to have a visual option of showing them all from the Server Call Report. How would you like the feature to work -Just have the option to have All Calls shown in visual format. Current Behaviour -Only have the option to see "Primary" and "Seconday", but not combined.
It's getting annoying having the debugger "reset" every time I go back to it.... My workflow will sometimes just be looking at a single page, but other times I'll be looking at a page, checking the variables, going to Confluence or Jira to verify requirements, then I come back to the debugger and it's all collapsed and set to the first column again, so I fix it, put it where I want it, go back to confluence or jira and then have to come back and reset things. The other issue with this is that sometimes I'll be comparing QA against Prod, in the old version (Experience CLOUD Debugger)I could have the network requests appear on the same panel, so I could easily compare my changes in QA against what's in Prod. Also for some reason tables in this version isn't as good as the previous version, not sure if it's the fonts or what.
I have set up one of our request queues to accept issues based on incoming emails. However, it picks up a default Queue Topic (which is the last one used by anyone submitting an earlier issue). I would love to have more controls while setting up the request queue to be able to specify a Queue topic or a topic group. It will help in managing requests (which generally come in 100s/day for this queue I have set up).
The idea is to add the following system information to all notifications emails, doesn't have to be prominent, but at least it enables you to differentiate them. Subscription: xyzData center: lon09Munchkin ID: 123-ABC-456 If you are admin for multiple instances it is currently a nightmare always having to guess where this or that error took place. Also, user invitations - people can not differentiate if they are activating sandbox or production (we're on SSO, so the login IDs are the same across systems).
I was very excited about this feature, but I think it does not provide any value as is. There's never a scenario where I only need to breakdown the top 5 items, so I am stuck in the old method of manually breaking down each second level line item by the 3rd variable for anything beyond 5 items. It would be great if this could be increased to up to 25 at least. Ideally the breakdowns would be applied to the full table (including new values after it is built!) This may be a separate issue, but once I build a table and additional values populate, they are not broken down along with the rest of the table even if they move into the top 5 position. The manual maintenance lift on this is huge.
Allows user to sort by more than 3 columns within a report
Description -Currently when debugging is enabled all events are logged to the console which makes it very hard to see what is going on. It would be great if there was a way to select which types of events were written to the console. Often I just want to see the custom logs generated where I've used the _satellite.logger function in custom code. Why is this feature important to you -It would make debugging easier. At the moment I find myself often resorting to using console.log because it is easier to see what is happening but this has it's own drawbacksHow would you like the feature to work -Maybe the _satellite.setDebug() function could be altered to take an additional optional parameter listing the categories of log that you want to write to the console?Current Behaviour -Everything gets written to the console
How can my company take action on those bot clicks/opens if we do not know which email addresses they are associated with? The latest releases has some limitations...
Right now for a "condition update" to be logged, the update in the updates tab cannot allow for any tagging of users.Instead of this criteria, it would be great if users could click a checkbox saying it was a condition update when they are posting the update to the update stream.
It would be very helpful to have an option to expand/collapse custom form contents by default with a setting in custom form editorThat way we could avoid some extra clicks for end users. See example below.
I have project templates set up with requests built-in so my end-users can submit requests to other teams by adding an issue within their project (ex: request for creative, for compliance review, events, print production, etc.). It's very handy for the teams that have a default assignment and no routing, but each team operates differently so some require that the requests be routed to their request queues. For the latter, those issues/requests essentially disappear from my end-user's project.I'd like the issues to still be viewable in the project from which the issue originated, even if they are routed to another. This will allow the user to see what has been submitted, whether it has been assigned or is in progress, and allows them to click into the issue. It will also help for coverage scenarios when a user goes OOO or someone else has to take the project over, because they can see all the requests submitted from that project and easily navigate to them.
Description -In order to improve end user experience on our site we have implemented image optimization. Here we use different dimensions of same image to fit as per different dimensions of the device that end users use like mobile, ipad, desktop. We use a picture tag to deliver these images so that the end browser will decide which is the best suitable image that suits the browser and downloads it. We are trying to replace image using AB testing feature in Adobe Target. Our picture tag looks like<picture><sourcemedia="(max-width:750px) and (min-width:320px)"srcset="/-/media/images/content/background/media-center/microsoft-alliance-partner-year.webp?la=en&ver=4&w=1&hash=9563B200569D110D40EE678A20F9D116"type="image/webp "><sourcemedia="(max-width:1024px) and (min-width:768px)"srcset="/-/media/images/content/background/media-center/microsoft-alliance-partner-year.webp?la=en&ver=4&w=320&hash=55421C596ED4BB5620E183BA6418D90D"type="image/webp
We can upload a large version of an icon on the Main Menu, and on the Login screen. It would be great if there was an option to upload a larger icon on the upper-left corner of Home.
Saw this Idea from two years ago- Figured maybe now you would have the ability to implement it.We have a token that references the Internal and External's email address associated to a Lead. We would like the ability to use the External's email token as the sender in our MSI template and have a message appear to come from the External associated to the Lead regardless of who is sending the message.
