We recently explored some email builder tools (e.g. Dyspatch) and found that the AMP email feature is really powerful and makes it much easier to engage with our customers. However, the AMP feature doesn't seem to exist in Marketo yet. We've talked with many professionals and most of them envision that AMP will be the future as it potentially brings more engaging experience to customers and helps improve engagement rate. It'd be really awesome if Marketo could enable this feature with a third-party platform in the future.
The proofHQ settings has no way to batch user settings which makes it nearly impossible to manage system level settings for which kinds of proofs users get when you have many users.
It would be great if we could have a checkbox option that would allow certain users, usually the final reviewer/approver or original requestor to approve the final, clean, approved proof/file. Currently, you only have the option to disable this feature completely. We'd like to automate the ability to deliver final, hi-res files to the requestor, but not have them download files that haven't gone through the review process.
LOVE the ability to add images/screenshots to Updates, but it would be great to then have the option (checkbox?) to also sync the image file to the Documents Tab.Our design team just wrote their update back to our production team and attached the image file requested there. The next step in the process is to have our PM team send to the submitter for review - what needs to happen now is our PM has to download the image locally and upload to the Documents tab - would be great if the designer had the option to already do this, however it is not needed at all times especially where someone is using a screenshot as an illustrative point.
Currently in the New Workfront Experience there is no place for request and review users to see updates they have been tagged in and documents they need to approve in one place. In Workfront Classic, request and review users have a tab in the global navigation bar called My Updates. This is where they go to see their pending document approvals and recent updates they've been tagged in. They have the ability to approve or reject documents from this page AND they have the ability to reply to updates from this page. They can also see which projects the approvals and updates are associated with. I'm very concerned that this is not currently a feature in the NWE. I've considered workarounds, but something like a dashboard is not going to be clean and organized, and users won't have the ability to reply to updates or approve documents from a dashboard. When it comes to Home, at least for request and review level users, they can only see document approvals from this page which only applies to

System updates send notifications in the same way that comments do.Some users are replying to the system updates. If a user has "Show System Updates" unchecked, they will not find that comment in the feed.
We recently attempted to use the Cumulative Sum function in Adobe and discovered it basically doesn't work.the idea would be update the Cumulative Sum function to dynamically adjust to the report that end user is reporting.so if the dimension in the table are based on Day, then the cumulative function would just sum what is in the table. Similarly to how the Column Sum function works.the order should should adjust for however the table is sorted - so if we sort by day, then the Column Cumulative Sum would sort by day. If the table was sorted by visitors then the Column Cumulative Sum would sort by Visitorsthis should also work acrossDayeVarssPropsSegmentsas long as all of the appropriate details are available in the table I'm working in Workspace.
I was just notified today via a support ticket that you can no longer set a default Sort Order in a custom view. I have no idea why this option would be removed and I think it needs to be put back ASAP.
Please increase the SAML certificate expiration to 5 years. This duration is widely excepted.
Once users are added, we would like the search capability to look up a user in the "Users" area. This will eliminate scrolling through 200+ users to find the user you are looking for.
It would benefit our Project Managers if there was a notification enabled for expenses so they could review them straight away and raise questions in a timely manner before the expenses are paid.
PROBLEM: Tasks that are assumed to be on time do not show any % complete until done if assigned users do not provide any input, even on Auto Complete mode.SOLUTION: A new Task Tracking Mode: "Assume On Time (by Date)".https://one.workfront.com/s/document-item?bundleId=the-new-workfront-experience&topicId=Content%2FManage_work%2FTasks%2FTask_information%2Ftask-tracking-mode.htmlThis mode would update the percent complete automatically based on the duration of the task. Example: a 3 day task on day 2 would be automatically assumed to be 1/3 complete (33%). All planned hours would be assumed 1/3 done, etc. Manually changing the % would default the task back to "User Must Update".

One point of feedback however would be that the function should be off by default when adding a new metric, with an option to turn it on.The reason we believe this is, workspace is used by a variety of end users throughout our organization (from technical to non-technical). For some of the non-technical users seeing an exclamation mark or anomaly has the potential to cause confusion and spurious concern. We therefore believe that having the default as off, would all
Currently, when using a team Kanban board, the column labels/titles are based off of task statuses. However, we manage our Issues in the Kanban board and would benefit from having issue statuses represent the column labels/titles so it's easier to know the status of the issue when viewing the board directly.
Trivial quality-of-life request: currently, when editing a form field's label in HTML inside the Forms 2.0 editor, the focus in the form editor goes back to the field in question after updating the label. This behavior does not occur if the user is editing visibility rules; rather, once an update has been made, focus returns to the very top of the form. Could this please be updated to act the same way as label changes? This can be rather annoying on longer and more complex forms.
Adding prompts to a report only allow new prompts to be added at the bottom of the prompt list and there is no way to rearrange the prompts unless remove them and add them again. With time using a report, you realize it would be handy to have some prompts at the top of the prompt list. It would be nice while you are in edit mode, if you can slide the prompts to the desired location in the prompt list.
Description -Client is looking at tracking incoming traffic from mobile social apps for their client’s website (from Snapchat/Instagram) and currently the only solution Adobe has for Dark Social traffic is for Facebook.(https://blog.adobe.com/en/publish/2014/12/15/shedding-light-dark-social-adobe-analytics.html#gs.cp7wrz) Why is this feature important to you -Currently the only solution Adobe has for Dark Social traffic is for Facebook.Client is looking at tracking incoming traffic from mobile social apps for their client’s website (from Snapchat/Instagram).So that they can track the traffic from other mobile social apps also. How would you like the feature to work -Even if the user agent is not passed there should be a way to track the traffic coming from the platform like snapchat Instagram.Current Behaviour -The only solution we have is for Dark Social traffic is for Facebook.
We recently upgraded from at.js 1.8.0 to at.js 2.2 - the newest library does not support QA links for AP activities. From support: "at.js 2.x does not currently support AP QA links"...previous library versions did and WE NEED THIS for our stakeholders, brand, and legal review of AP activities we create. Please upvote to get this functionality back in at.js 2.2 and beyond.
Need to be able to exclude from the Workload Balancer views projects with the status of Cancelled, On Hold or status equates to Dead, Hold, etc. I'm looking at a colleague with 72-hr, 22-hr, 12-hr, 12-hr, and 12-hr days (all in the same week) and the culprit seems to be Cancelled (=Dead) and On Hold (=Hold) projects. Am a system admin using Workfront New Experience 21.4 release Workload Balancer: Search All Fields. When I select Search All Fields, then use its search bar for status, pick either Project Status or Project Status Equates With (same result either way) the drop down box to pick the criteria for that field is immediately blank and if I click into it, it shows "no matches found". If I type into it it continues to show "no matches found". It also doesn't seem able to handle "Ors" as the 'grayed out' heading states "Include if all are true". A project wouldn't have more than one status assigned to it so even if this
Currently you can only upload a new version of a proof within the Workfront extension using the original workflow deadline. If the option was available to change the deadline for consecutive rounds the designer would not have to leave InDesign, or whatever app they are in, to upload a new proof version.
I'd like to be able to hover over display logic codes to see what field the icon is matched to. The color matching is useless with longer forms.
Currently you have to open a custom form to find the option to deactivate. If you have any broken logic, you cannot save the form until you resolve broken links. For lengthy forms, this is insanely difficult. There should be a button to mark a custom form as inactive without having to open the custom form.
To produce a POAP, rather having the tasks / milestones in a tabular view on the left, can you please able to show the task name next to the milestone. Thanks
"As a user of processing rules, I want to be able to read more of a variable name, so that I can read a rule set easier; and not have to click on each one to read the entire variable name. This feature would reduce both my own propensity to commit innocent errors, and, reduce the propensity of those I manage to make errors." Concretely: the current width of the drop down boxes, now set at approximately 20 characters, is too narrow for today's product manager on the go. Whereas I appreciate the constraint of the fat left navigation, we do set very descriptive, girthy names for our variables. Thank you!
