Similar to other objects, add the ability for the system administrator to control what access level can create, edit and delete teams. In addition, incorporate the ability to delegate control of the team to specific individuals. Currently, anyone on the team can edit the team settings or members, which can result in a breakdown in process when teams are used (default team in routing rules).
I created a filter awhile ago that allows me to select all roles with a specified cost per hour. Now whenever I select that filter name, which has the $ in it, the system locks the view and I have to manually resent my account. I was told that Workfront no longer allows special characters in views or filters. If that is the case, PLEASE set Workfront up so that it will throw an error if a special char is entered / don't allow the filter to be saved with a special char. Also - I can't delete the filter without selecting it, and if I selecting it, it locks up and I have to reset my account. This needs to be fixed.
Used to be able to use the Ctrl/Command + Enter hotkey (like in outlook/gmail/etc.) to post updates. Wanted to add this to the innovation lab in case other people miss that feature too. Would love to see it come back in a future release.
Hi, within the HubSpot platform you can drop in buttons into pages and emails which you can report click data on and add to campaigns. It'd be really useful if Marketo could do that in the future.
Would like the ability to create JSON offers via the target API
Description:I get a lot of emails like this: My name is XYZ and I was pointed in your direction to get help with accessing Adobe Analytics. I get the request all the time and every time I think “I wish there was a way to automate this”. I know Adobe can tap into a company directory, but we have a complicated system of profiles. The idea would be to have a link in the profile that the admin can copy/paste to the user. The admin can approve each registration or, as an option, the admin can auto-approve all users who use “COMPANY-NAME.com” as their registration email. A cherry on a cake would be yet another option for the admin to put this registration link to this particular profile as the default “Register Now” link on Adobe login page, which effectively would 100% automate the process. Why is this feature important to you: it will save a ton of time. How would you like the feature to work: Described above, automate the entire processCurrent Behavior: Manual, slow, an
Custom fields of type "textfield with formatting" bring great value to reports - e.g. providing detailed updates and descriptions using formatting options like bullet points. However, when exporting reports which such fields (e.g. to .xlsx or .pdf), the format gets lost and the data more or less useless. Thus we would like to have the export including the set formats.
Currently in Adobe Launch - we see a blue button when an upgrade is available. But this does not tell us what is being updating (why do we need to upgrade). Can we add a version history to all extensions that says what were being changed? Currently - we are just hitting upgrade and do not know what we need to test to verify it will work on our site. This should be standard across all Adobe / third party owned extensions to ensure we, the client, know why we should push this change into the system.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Within Adobe Assets, we would like to request the ability to view and annotate on all pages of mulitpage files like PDFs, Word Docs, Excel Spreadsheets, PowerPoint Presentations and more. Currently, when a multipage document is added to a review task and/or workflow, and the user clicks "Payload" they can only see the first page of the document/PDF/Excel, etc. for annotation. We have tried to use the Sub-assets functionality, but it doesn't meet our business needs. Use-case: A user is attempting to review and annotate a PDF or other document/file with multiple pages. In AEM Assets, the user can only view and annotate on the first page of the asset. Current/Experienced Behavior: A user is notified that they have a review task in their inbox. They navigate to their inbox and open the task and click "Payload". A PDF file is opened in the viewer in Adobe Assets, and the user can only see and annotate the first page. The user has to down
Description - I think it would be useful to have an option to hide the date that appears in the top rigth of a panel in Adobe Workspace. Why is this feature important to you - The value in this is to avoid confusion when a user is looking at a dashboard that is using dates in the actual table, which override the date selector. For example, I have a dashboard using summary number and change scorecards that looks at KPI from last month compared to the month before. The data is coming from a table that is using two date range dimensions i.e. Last month and & two month ago.I don't think there is a need to also have the date appear in the top right of the panel as that date doesn't control the data that is displayed and could cause confusion to a user looking at it because they might think that the date range they see in the top right of the panel is the time frame of the data. How would you like the feature to work - A simple tick box inside the data selector to show/hideCurrent Beh
The current Workfront functionality intermixes Project level updates with those made on included tasks and issues. It includes even more breadth of topics at the Program level. This causes updates to the project or program record itself to be hidden in the noise. Please create an ability to filter down to just those updates for the object itself (none of its children/sub-items). This should be able to be toggled on/off by the user - similar to the system updates.
The team is struggling to communicate priority order of tasks submitted to requesters. They have a report with all the current request but they need a way to let them know the order in which they are completing the requests. We need a field that allows you to set an order to requests/issues, projects, tasks, etc. and when the #1 priority request is completed the field updates automatically to mark #2 as the new #1 issue in the queue.
When a user gets a notification, the object name and "See in Workfront" at the top take you to the object (project/task/issue) and not the actually comment that the notification is for.Only the "Comment" button at the bottom of the notification takes you to the actual comment the notification is for.It is misleading and not helpful.
We are in desperate need of a "like" button in Workfront Proof. We had this button in our previous system and it is the one thing ALL reviewers/approvers keep asking to bring back, especially our Leadership team.Reviewers leave comments in a proof but the decision to act upon the comment, or not, is dependent upon cross functional business partners as well as our VP's approval. When these folks are in a proof, if they agree with the requested change they click LIKE. That is the green light for the designers to move forward with the update. We've tried using the resolve button however that is used for other situations and it got way too confusing. I fear leadership will will start to challenge if WF is the right system for us. It may seem small and insignificant to many out there but it is essential to our process.
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Hi Adobe team, Opening up an enhancement request to have the capabilities of flushing dispatcher cache for non-prod pipelines, similar to the production pipelines. This will greatly help us automate our build process. Use-case: Flushing dispatcher cache with client libs and content after some dev and qa builds Current/Experienced Behavior: Non prod pipeline does not have the capability to flush dispatcher cache like the prod pipeline Improved/Expected Behavior: Non prod pipeline have the capability to flush dispatcher cache, just like the prod pipeline (with the same UI options ideally) Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): Cloud Manager with AMS AEM Customer-name/Organization name: TD / Accenture Screenshot (if applicable): Code package (if applicable):
The issue we're trying to solve for is that users in the new experience under requests can select a request under the Name Column and leave comments/upload files there. Because those comments/files don't appear in the converted project they can get lost causing confusion/project delays. We'd like to be able to separate Requests from Converted Projects or allow us to manage the view on the request page to remove the Name Column.
We would like to have the ability to enter in a number (x) as a total time spent for the week, and have the system calculate the average (x/5) for each day of the week.
Description -Our org changed email addresses for everyone, and in a few months our old emails will not forward to our new ones. While we can update emails in bulk via csv in the admin console, we still need to transfer assets one by one because if you change the email in the admin console, you still have to change it in Analytics. I wish those systems could talk to one another better so that we could make the bulk change and it would reflect everywhere for the user. Why is this feature important to you -We have to manually, individually migrate hundreds of accounts, and there should be a better way to do this. How would you like the feature to work -using bulk upload in the admin console should work as expected, and edit the selected fields in all Adobe productsCurrent Behaviour -manual, one by one 😞
The idea is to have the original custom message that was sent to be part of the thread when sending an addtl message directly to the recipient from within the workflow. Use Case:Proof Owner sends proof to recipient with a custom message. The proof deadline passes and the proof owner sends a follow up message from with the workflow to the recipient. The follow up message does not contain any of the original custom message and the proof owner ends up copying and pasting that original message into the follow up message. This is similar to this idea if you would want to combine the ask.https://one.workfront.com/s/idea/0874X000000oOQyQAM/detail
Our team has to separate roles for security reasons. Because of that, we need an Approver Only role that cannot create or edit. That way one person couldn't create and approve an activity. This would be in addition to the regular Approver role.
DescriptionToday when we use an update activity in a workflow, we force the targeting dimension to change from the actual dimension to the one set in the update activity. It would be great to be able to NOT change automatically the targetting dimensionWhy is this feature important to youThis feature would help to have, visually, a less complex workflow and to encourage best practices in order to use this OOTB activityHow would you like the feature to workA checkbox option, in the update activity, that would allow us to stay on the actual targeting dimension. This would prevent to complexify actual workflows for nothingCurrent BehaviourToday, We have to use a change dimension activity after the update activityOr use a fork activity before the update and join activity after itOr worst: use SQL code activity as it's generally more performant (but less resilient) and it keeps the actual targeting dimension
Description - I'd like to be able to always view the horizontal scroll bar in debuggerWhy is this feature important to you - to facilitate exploration of the values collectedHow would you like the feature to work - I'd like the vertical scrollbar to always show at the bottom, regardless of where I am in the rows collected.Current Behaviour - I have to vertically scroll all the way to the bottom to find and reach the horizontal bar.

Please add the following filters to the Workload Balancer: CompanyGroupIssuesResource Pool
Currently, when a user creates/adjusts reports or Filters/Views/Groups, they can see all the fields that are available in the system. This means that the user can see fields that don't pertain to their Company or Group. The recommendation would be to allow for Group permissions to be set so that the users can only see the fields that are part of their viewable custom forms and fields. This will reduce potential report mistakes, create multi-tenancy, and create report and Filters/Views/Groups settings easier.
