Currently, if a Manager with Proof access opens up a workflow of an existing proof but is not the Owner or the Delegated Owner, she/he can still attempt to “Add a new Proof / Version” and go through the entire upload process but would be ultimately unsuccessful in generating the proof. The system should remove the ability to upload new document/version if the user is not the owner or delegate owner.
When viewing the green status buttons for the recipients on a proof (S, O, C, D), they are all automatically turned green for everyone if one person makes a decision, instead of showing who actually commented, etc. This happens when the setting "only one decision required". I would like the green status buttons to accurately reflect what each individual did instead of collectively applying one status to everyone. The example below shows all users made a comment when in fact only one did. This is misleading.
We would like the ability to disable or hide/remove breadcrumbs from Requesters, possibly as an option in layout templates. Often requestors who are not familiar with breadcrumbs get lost by clicking on it and landing on a page they are not familiar with.
PREVIEW TESTING - Filter Issue with 22.1 Release Bulk Assignment tool - When a manager has the resource planning filtered to their group, and clicks the Bulk Assignment tool, the list of the projects in the list has nothing to do with the group selected. It just has a random lists of projects in there. I still think this results in a confusing and unappealing user experience. We have a department that uses Workfront completely differently than the rest of the company. I don’t want to ever see their projects in there. I think that this list should either be blank with a drop down of all projects, or filtered to match the filtered list in "unassigned projects" . Otherwise what we see is very confusing, especially for brand new resource managers. I strongly believe that Workfront should change this ‚Äì it isn’t benefiting the user at all the way it is currently setup.
It's hard to navigate from a document folder back to the list all project folders and/or the list of documents not in a folder. The "Project Folders" name doesn't appear clickable, so users don't know how to get back to the screen they started on. The words "Project Folders" need to look like a clickable link like the other folder names.
Within Proof, when viewing the Workflow screen, the scroll bar is only displayed if you know exactly where to hover your mouse or use your mouse wheel. People are not able to easily see that there are more people and/or stages in the Workflow unless they specifically know to scroll. Always displaying the scroll bar would automatically let people know to scroll for more information.
Currently, there is no detail view for billing record custom forms. It is only available in edit mode. This has some blocking results:If the billing record is set to "Billed" there is no way to see the custom form/fieldsIt is not possible to give users a "View" permission on sections of the custom field
We use PMCFs extensively - primarily for capturing utm parameters at the program level. Unfortunately, we're limited as to how we can use these values. It would be ideal if PMCFs could be included as filters/triggers in smart lists; and could be synced to RCE to use in the program membership reports.
Several of our key stakeholders want detailed smart list subscriptions for reporting (ie. exactly who clicked on which link in an email) - it would be great if we could give them a user role where they could access analytics & marketing activities, but within marketing activities ONLY be able to create a smart list & then create a list subscription for the smart list. This would save our MOPs team so much time in daily "reporting" - especially for emails with 6-8 tracked links. They could then produce their own reporting vs. requesting from MOPs each time.
Currently, you cannot place a task on hold if the enforced predecessor is not met. We need the ability to do so as the predecessor may still be a valid task. I shouldnt have to remove the enforcement to put the task on hold.
When working in a project timeline, if we open the task to edit its information, once complete it brings you back to the beginning of the timeline. This can get very time-consuming when working in projects with long-list of tasks. It causes us to then search for the task we were working on in the timeline in order to continue. When updating a timeline that requires many changes this is a huge nuisance. If you inline edit a task or open it but make no changes it will leave you right at the location you were working. It doesn't make sense that it would behave differently if you do make a change. Engineering is saying this is the intended behavior. I am not sure in what instance a user would want to be brought back to the beginning of the timeline if they are working on edits in a later section.I'm requesting that the same logic be added to return you to the location of the task you opened, after making an update.
Today, if you wanted to see what Smart Campaigns are idle or inactive via API, you would need to query activities for the Smart Campaign being referenced and work backwards. This makes ongoing performance maintenance for the good of the platform onerous. By comparison, if one could pull something like the last timestamp someone ran through a trigger campaign or the last time a batch campaign processed more than 0 records, finding what Smart Campaigns need to be deactivated/flagged for review/etc. becomes more straightforward. Often the 6 months inactivity notification is insufficient for larger instances, and more proactive checking via API would alleviate problems for those more complex instances.
Description:An API to invoke that pulls in all activities for a given mbox name that match activity audience/refinement rules similarly to how target-global-mbox does, without the need to specify them individually. When target-global-mbox gets called, all activities that are scoped to target-global-mbox get evaluated and returned. The request is to have this functionality extended to any mbox name, which can be programmatically invoked. Why is this feature important to you:This functionality would allow for much better handling of complex situations (ex. data layer dependency, event-driven experiences, behavioral re-targeting)Ex. A targeted experience is shown to the user in target-global-mboxThe above activity then calls [new API] and any activities that want to deploy based on the first experience meeting certain criteria can then be returned and executed. How would you like the feature to work:Similar to getOffers, but instead of specifically listing how many different activ
Description - Increase the number of combined audiences you are able to create in Adobe Target. Why is this feature important to you - we use a lot of combined audiences from different sources and 20 is the maximum that is allowed. How would you like the feature to work - Be able to create an unlimited amount of combined audiences Current Behaviour - 20 is the max number of combined audiences allowed
Today you can set a custom recommendation key (profile param) for existing algoritms like "people who bought this, also bought that". The recommendation key can only hold 1 value (1 entity id = 1 product id). For use cases where more than 1 entity id should serve as recommendation key this is a short coming. For example: wish lists. If a user has created a wish list on an e-commerce website, it would be great to create recommendations based on the content of the entire list (just like with the content of the entire cart).
Description -ones the audience are deleted from source those can be automatically deleted from the activities where those audiences are used.
The same way we currently train any personalization engine using a "maximize revenue" setup – but allow the revenue to be reduced by negative events (even to below zero).Cancel flows only have one reliably measurable metric for training – and it's the thing we don't want them to do. I can't train it to go with "not" canceling because a large portion of those events are non-actions (i.e. "did not cancel"). There are some buttons that are alternatives to canceling – but what if they come back after clicking those buttons? Same goes for if they navigate away to a non-cancel related page. Training against negative events (like canceling a subscription) is a powerful application that many companies (like BlackBack) are starting to address. I'd prefer not to by a bunch of third party tools to work on something that Target Personalization would be perfect for with this one capability added. Additionally, this goes beyond just canceling as there are all kinds of negative or semi-negative
I have set up our new structure at my company for how to go about A/B Testing when we need to send to a large audience size – essentially, the only way we are able to A/B Test and follow the method for breaking out our total audience into different groups is via Random Sample A/B Testing in a smart campaign. Let me explain my thought process below: Audience Size generated via smart list is 28,000 people and we find that 1,000 people have the same domain (e.g., @siemens.com) and we don't want to send to those people at the same time due to the possibility of receiving hundreds of soft bounces, which could then hurt our deliverability rates. Now, if we had 9,000 people, then that would be a different story as this is what I'm proposing: Using an Email program template and this is what the structure would be (with details baked into my reasoning): Template (Structure): Email program (Parent) – do Email Program (A/B Testing) for audience size of 9,999 people or
First of all, I am totally happy with the automatic trigger campaign clean up that Marketo runs twice a year. However, there will always be some triggers that do need to stay active, even though the volume running through them is really low. Having to manually comb through the alert list of smart campaigns that will be deactivated to manually deactivate and activate the ones you need to keep going is tedious at best. Would it not be possible to introduce a flag to "protect" a trigger campaign from being auto-deactivated?
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Requesting that folders be returned in search results (in addition to files) Use-case: We often want to see inside a whole project folder, not just a file from that folder Current/Experienced Behavior: Workaround: we can access the folder from a search by removing the file name in the URL from a file that we know is inside the folder Improved/Expected Behavior: A folder is delivered in the search results Environment Details (AEM version/service pack, any other specifics if applicable): 2021.11.6019.20211109T172940Z Customer-name/Organization name: King County Screenshot (if applicable): Please see screen recording posted to Support ticket E-000521299 Code package (if applicable):
In a Iteration that have everything configured based in hours, Iteration and project; The % complete doesn't make sense with the actual hours. For example:46% of 60 hours would equal to be exactly 27.60, so it would seem it's showing the hours complete based off of the story card's percent complete. It seems that the story cards won't calculate the hours exactly the way we expected. It does not seem that there is a way to change how this calculates either, so this is expected behavior.
Description - If an AEM fragment is being used on a live Target activity, allow updates made in AEM to be updated/exported to Target without pausing the Target activity. Right now you have to pause the activity, then re-export the fragment to Target, then re-activate the activity. Why is this feature important to you - Very inefficient to pause and reactivate the Target activity every time a minor change is made to an AEM fragment being used on that activity. Makes it difficult to keep content updated when using AEM fragments on Target activities. Interrupts the visitor experience when activities are paused, especially those that include nearly full-page AEM fragments, because visitors see a nearly blank webpage while activity is paused. How would you like the feature to work - When updating an AEM fragment, allow us to update/export the fragment in Adobe Target while it's live on a Target activity. No pausing of activity required. Fragment updates on live activity with
It would be really good to have some quality metrics, we’d like to know the usage, not just the amount of views, of our dashboards and reports
Please add a way to attach a screenshot or any file to an update. If you are referencing something in a comment, it would be helpful to have that file attached to the comment/update, rather than having to put the file in the Documents folder. Additionally, please add a feature where you can remove people from a thread. There are many times you are messaging someone in a thread, and want to keep that conversation relevant to the message right above or the original message, but you don't need all the original people that were tagged in the message. This would significantly decrease irrelevant notifications.
There should be an option in a user's profile where they can set a delegate who will get ALL of their notifications, tasks, etc during a set time period.
