It would be great if issues, tasks, projects could be accessed via friendly URLs. This would allow users to quickly pull up a record if the reference number is mentioned on a call, for example. Would bypass the need to share a URL or run a search then decipher which result is the right one to select. People could quickly edit a current page URL, swap out the task reference number, and instantly be where they need to be.Enhancement example:A group is on a call reviewing an intake queue. Not all attendees access the intake report or dashboard. 5 people on the call have follow up work on the task which is currently presented. The presenter verbally shares the task ID and moves to the next issue without interruption. The 5 users can quickly hit the task while the call flows on.Seems petty but accumulatively has impact. The presenter didn't take time to copy and share the URL and the 5 users didn't access the chat session to copy the URL or search by ID.Current example:https
With close to 1,000 custom form fields we need a way to automate changes/management of large form list choices. Like some of our form fields with over 80 choices each. Automated exports and updates all the list values and multiple choice fields by syncing with an external source like google sheets, MS Excel document in Sharepoint, OneDrive, or something similar. If Fusion could have a new module for form fields and option values that allows us to search, update, add/remove, etc. that would be a huge help!
For Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS), we have a client that is interested in including attachments within their email deliveries. We have been told that this functionality is not currently available in ACS, but is available in ACC. The use cases for our client would be: 1. Client would like to give the customers the option to receive paperless invoices via .PDF attachment sent via email2. Client would like to include an .ical file on appointment reminder emails to give the customer the option to save to their personal calendar
Many times on one project there can be several Proofs that need to be approved by the same people. It makes sense to keep these are separate files because they do function as separate things and the approval of file A means the team can proceed while file B is still under review and iterations.Ideally, I would like for the PM or Creative to be able to upload each of these documents, generate proofs and then bulk select and adjust the approvals needed. So, if the Art Director and Account Manager both need to be on all proofs as a reviewer & approver this can be set once instead of opening each at a time..This functionality exists when it comes to sharing documents and granting access so it should be able to be replicated when setting approvers.
We'd like the ability to make specifc system-level project fields in the Overview. For example, for us, it is key that the planner fills out Company, Portfolio, and Studio (among other things).
Many of our marketers constantly ask our team "why can't we drill down into the basic reports in Marketo to view the leads behind the individual metrics?" I realize you can create a smart list for this additional level of insight, but it requires extra effort (and many are used to having this capability in other platforms). Also, many of our marketers aren't that familiar with Marketo - so providing our field marketers the ability to access Marketo to quickly view the high-level data and detail are key here. An alternate solution would be having the ability to include a one-time report send as a flow step within a smart campaign, but that doesn't appear to be on Marketo's product roadmap ( ).We already know that the Email Performance and Email Link Performance reports don't have this capability. So the alternative was to use the Email Analysis reports in RCE - with "cell drill-through" enabled - or so we thought.Common drill-down functionality in many othe
Currently due to the limitation of email asset endpoints - email that is part of a program that is using Email Testing (A/B Test, or Champion/Challenger Test) is not available for querying using Get Email by Id, Get Email by Name, Get Emails - to overcome this users tend to use the activities endpoint to get the test email details. Emails with A/B tests have an ".Whole Emails Test"/".Subject Line Test" appended to their name in the activities API endpoint response but there is little info supplied for the test variants - it would be great if response includes few more attributes with the additional details for the test variants (like subject lines, from name, send times, etc.). The test variant id currently supplied in the attributes parameter helps little in identifying what and how actually the test variant was configured (subject lines, from name, send times, etc.).
Currently if you use at.js 2.0, the tracking server for a4t (analytics for target) is automatically set by the ECID Extension. But if you use a first party proxy configuration where your trackingserver is not your CNAME but your first party domain, the data is not flowing into adobe analytics. So it would great to set the tracking server in the Adobe Target v2 Extension UI, in case you use a proxy configuration on your analytics and ECID. In that case the trackingserver for a4t should be the CNAME and not the firstparty proxy domain, because even with a redirect on the firstparty domain, data will not flow into analytics.
Based on the Help article: https://one.workfront.com/s/document-item?bundleId=the-new-workfront-experience&topicId=Content%2FAdministration_and_Setup%2FSet_up_Workfront%2FSystem-Tracked_Update_Feeds%2Fconfigure-system-updates.html&_LANG=enit says "You cannot customize the system update for templates, documents or timesheets, but Workfront does record system updates for these objects." However, a user cannot see any tracking on a template where changes to (deleting tasks as example).WF Support confirmed that the 'Show System Updates' feature is not directly visible to end users on Templates and are not directly recorded in the UI under the 'Updates' section.Making this visible would allow for tracking of any template changes especially unwarranted or authorized changes to a template without providing notes to changes.
Today if a field in a custom form is a text field and you'd like to be formatted, the only way to do so is to create a new field that is formatted. It would be great to be able to adjust fields from unformatted to the ability to add formatting.Same goes for calculated fields. Today if you select a format for calculated fields (e.g. currency) and you need to change it, the only way is to make a new field. It would be really nice to be able to adjust formatting on calculated fieldsBecause there isn't a way to port data from one field to another, creating new fields when formatting needs adjusted ether means transferring data manually, with a tool outside WorkFront, or just putting the 'old' field at the bottom of the form and leaving it there until it's completely deprecated. These solutions are very inelegant
Requesting for admins to have the ability to delete projects, documents, tasks, issues from the recycle bin. Instead of waiting 30 days for items to drop off recycle bin, enable admin to delete permanently from the recycle bin.
Marketo's effect measurement report is regularly notified by email using the delivery registration function and checked. I delivered it every Monday, but the email was not delivered on March 21st.The reason why the email was not delivered was because the delivery registration was suspended. From here, it's a guess at the moment.Reports delivered by email have an unsubscribe link in the email, and if you press this, it will be unsubscribed without a confirmation step. Therefore, it seems that you accidentally clicked and stopped. Would you please take measures to avoid erroneous operations, such as not placing the stop link in the email or displaying a confirmation dialog when the stop link is clicked?
It would be nice if there was a way to break the proofing link after the project is completed. We had an instance where a reviewer went into Workfront added comments and change their decision after a project was completed. We are wondering if we could break the proofing link once the artwork is completed out, and if they want to make updates, they will have to create a new project. I know we can lock the proof, but to remember to do this each time would be a hassle.
In order expand the use of Workfront to unrelated groups within an organization, it would be very helpful to have job roles separated by group and company within the organization. Then only the users who are assign to a group and company would have visibility to use those job roles.
it would be helpful if we could restore anything that is deleted, i.e., custom forms, groups, teams, dashboards, views, etc., and not just Projects, Tasks, Requests, Documents, Templates.
It would be great if Workfront & Workday could connect without Fusion. In the Workfront models we saw at LEAP, Workday was the HR system of note. It would be great if time off could be entered in Workday and be captured in Workfront.
All marketing automation tools have the basic drag and drop feature for generic modules. Marketo's dependency on having to create a template to get modules is rather a big roadblock. Please add generic modules to stop dependency on templates.
Many people want to see their work by project or task status. I've had to create different reports for users so they could see their work grouped by status since the homepage task list grouping options don't offer this. Would be a very easy thing to include Project Status and Task Status as options for people!
Our Creative team works across PST all the way to GMT. A user's time off will be seen differently depending on the time zone of the user who entered it and the user who is viewing it. This is very confusing for the users, as a Friday off in California would still be a Friday off in London, for example.
As a System Administrator, I need the ability to see all request queue options in my Requests dropdown menu. Currently, if a queue has been shared with a group or company, I must add myself to that group or company in order for the queue to appear in my dropdown menu. I am well aware that I can navigate to the queue project, or use a report with filters such as those in the attached screenshot, or log in as another user. However, the expectation is that a System Admin will have all areas of Workfront shared with them regardless of the setup. Having all queues appear in the dropdown menu, allows for testing workflow expectations and more efficient troubleshooting.
Users face UX challenges when they order their project WBS using another column. When the plan is not sorted by #Order, the user is unable to 'add more tasks' in-line or indent the project WBS structure. We would prefer if this functionality remained to avoid user confusion.
Marketo's audit trail does not show folder movement logs in the audit trail. As of now, for the folder asset, Marketo logs create, delete activities and the folder level token(s) modification. While existing activity/change log for the folders are good, it would be great to see the folder movement activities in the audit trail as well - this will help us with the enhanced visibility and tracking in the Marketo instance especially one with tons of assets and users.
When I create a Scenario and make a change to a project there is a publish function but this does not update the initiatives with any changes made (example: moving out timeline). I would like to see the ability to "commit" the changes automatically rather than having to manually make the changes.
Description -What I want to be able to do is to specify the color of a specific dimension value in a chart. For example, iPhone always be blue and have it be the same color in all charts on the panel. This allows the user to scan multiple charts on one panel and quickly identify the iPhone values. With the current approach iPhone could be blue in the first chart, red in the second and so on since it seems to assign the color by order of size. Why is this feature important to you -To make it easier for user's to consume lots of information easily in various charts. How would you like the feature to work -See above. Current Behaviour -The dimension with the largest value in a chart gets the first color in a color scheme. Then the dimension with the second highest value gets the second color and so on. We want to have a dimension assigned to the same color across charts on a panel.
Once someone marks a task 100% complete it shows ‚ÄòNot done yet’. This can be misleading as it makes users think the task has not been completed in some way.Can this be brought up in a different colour style instead of being a yellow/orange ‚Äòwarning’ colour type. Also needing a ? at the end ie: Not done yet? Meaning its asking you the question indicating to click there if your not done rather than making a statement indicating the task is not done in some way.
