Hello! I am working on a new Marketo instance and creating our folder tree per Adobe’s recommendations. The issue I am running into is that our instance is split into partitions based off of the business area; as such, I’d like the same proposed folder example in each partition, but Marketo does not allow the same folder names. The only resolution I have currently is putting something like:A - Active Marketing Programs [for the first instance]and continuing with a letter in front like that for all folders. Wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and what they did to make names unique. TYIA!
Hi All, Has anyone else experienced issues with the Countries/Regions dimension in Adobe Analytics for their organization?I understand Adobe uses Digital Element for IP-based geolocation, but in our case the country attribution doesn't seem accurate, and it's becoming increasingly difficult to explain the data to senior leadership. For context, we're a UAE-based bank, and we're seeing some unusual patterns: Kazakhstan accounts for ~12% of total visits, which initially made us think it could be bot traffic. However, what's surprising is that ~14% of our campaign forms are also being submitted from Kazakhstan, making it difficult to dismiss as bots. Singapore contributes ~16% of visits, yet only 0.2% of campaign leads come from there. This raises a few questions: Has anyone observed similar inconsistencies with the Countries/Regions dimension? Could this be related to VPNs, proxy networks, mobile carrier routing, or geolocation database inaccuracies? How have you validated or improv
Hi everyone,I’m facing an issue with Adobe GenStudio and would appreciate some guidance.I have Admin access, and we have completed the setup steps mentioned in Adobe’s documentation. However, when I go to the Brands section, I’m unable to click the Create Brand button. Instead, I see the following message:“No brands to use — yet. An administrator is currently completing setup. Brands will appear here when available.”I have already checked the available settings and permissions, but the Create Brand option is still not enabled.Could anyone please confirm:Is there any additional setup required before creating a Brand? Does the user need a specific role or permission apart from Admin access? Is any backend provisioning required from Adobe?Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
When creating a new Team, users are only required to complete a few fields. Once the Team Name and Team Members are entered, the Team can be created. However, when a user subsequently edits the Team for the first time—for example, to add or remove a Team Member—they may receive the error message:“You must select at least one status in each category.”This can be confusing because the Mark as done section, along with the other fields requiring status selections, is not available when initially creating the Team. These fields only appear when editing the Team. The user must then scroll down to the Mark as done section and manually select at least one status under each category before they can save their changes. This can lead users to believe they do not have permission to edit the Team.Suggested Improvement:Instead of requiring users to select statuses the first time they edit a newly created Team, automatically select a default Closed status under each object in the Mark as done section w
Enable a client into a journey. A journey in this case could be serious of steps a client has to taken to complete an action. Taking an action is supported in multiple channels like web, mobile in app, email and push notifications. How would one should think of creating an omni channel journey that helps us visualize end to end client move through the journey? Question: How can Adobe Journey Optimizer support an omnichannel client journey today and in the future?I’m looking for guidance on how to model and orchestrate an end-to-end, omnichannel client journey using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).In this context, a journey represents a series of steps or actions that a client needs to take to accomplish a specific goal. These interactions may happen across multiple channels, such as:Web Mobile/in-app Email Push notificationsFor example, a client may start an action on the web, receive an email as the next step, continue the process in the mobile app, and then receive a push notification

Please provide administrators with the ability to remove or hide the default Frescopa Sample Workspaces from Workfront Planning. As we begin rolling out Planning to our users, these sample workspaces can create unnecessary confusion. One of the biggest pain points is when users add a connected field and are presented with a long list of Frescopa Marketing record types and fields that are unrelated to their organization. This makes the experience more cluttered and increases the learning curve for new users.
Recently we came across situation where we found out that adblockers are not blocking assets.adobedtm.com domains as well, impact of this launch scripts which is hosted in akami (adobe managed hosting option), entire ecosystem of AEP is failed on on webchannel. Here the concern was core functionality and value proposition of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Analytics implementations. As you are aware:Adobe positions AEP, Launch (Tags), and related solutions as enabling: First-party data collection Server-side tracking Resilience against ad blockers and privacy restrictions However, in our case:Adobe Launch scripts hosted on Adobe-managed Akamai domains are being blocked by ad blockers When these scripts are blocked: Data collection fails at the source Downstream AEP and Analytics capabilities become ineffective So concern here If the entry point (Launch script) itself is blocked, first-party data collection and server-side tracking become significantly limited in real-world s

I would like to advocate for Adobe to introduce more robust reporting capabilities and intuitive charts that clearly display planned hours, actual hours logged, and remaining planned hours for each assignee when tasks have multiple assignees.Currently, it can be challenging to track individual contributions and workload balance across team members on shared tasks. When there’s one assignee per task, it’s much easier, but that’s not real world for us.Enhanced visual reports and dashboards would empower project managers and leadership to better monitor resource allocation, identify bottlenecks, and improve forecasting accuracy. Leadership doesn’t want to look at numerous reports, or jump to the Resource Planner and apply filters, to try and piece together this puzzle. Thanks for the consideration!

Happy to see the flow details of a smart campaign is now available in REST API. Much appreciated for considering our enhancement request and implementing it. Thank you very much on behalf of our company Ingram Micro. Few things to enhance it further. The Wait step details are too lengthy and it’s “bit tricky” to identify which option is the configured one through API. The “value” key can be considered for the identification, however it would have been great if there is any specific key that explicitly denotes which option is configured like “configured: true”, since instead looping through each “value” key, developers can depend on that explicit key. Sample Response for reference:{ "success": true, "errors": [], "requestId": "1234", "warnings": [], "result": [ { "id": 1234, "name": "Testing", "description": "", "flowId": 1234, "flow": { "steps": [ { "id

Rules are the quiet workhorses of decisioning. They decide who’s eligible, who’s excluded, and which conditions have to line up before an offer, a message, or an experience is allowed through. They’re also, historically, one of the more technical things a marketer is asked to build — a careful stack of attributes, operators, values, and logic that has to be exactly right to work at all.The gap has always been the translation step. You know, in plain language, exactly who you want to target: “loyalty members in New York who haven’t opted out.” Turning that sentence into a valid rule expression — the right attribute paths, the right operators, the right nesting — is where the friction lives.AI-assisted rule authoring closes that gap. You describe the rule you want in everyday language, and the AI Assistant generates a ready-to-use rule suggestion, complete with the underlying expression, that you can apply to the builder with a single click. This post walks through where to start, how it

They’ll tell you it can’t be done. But they didn’t count on the power of having no social life.[1] Marketo’s Dynamic Chat is an able alternative to third-party apps (indeed, it’s technically a separate app that syncs bidirectionally with Marketo Engage). But one thing it lacks is hidden field support which is so key for attribution. Many of our clients don’t notice this gap because they use API-based reporting to see chats in the context of full journeys.[2] But for those without such a solution, the fact you can’t even pop the current page’s UTM params (let alone data in cookies/local storage) into fields is frustrating. Quick look before I slam the hoodEach Dynamic Chat dialogue is a sequence of mini HTML <form> elements whose data is routed over a persistent websocket, rather than a traditional HTTP POST. I really like this implementation because it keeps HTML semantics — you can see the <form>, <input>, and <button> — but gives way better performance than if
