Our users request that the Task Description field (in Task Details, Overview) default to being open/fully expanded instead of having to click 'Show More'. User would only need to click to 'Show Less'.That being said, our ideal solution would be that the task description appear along with the updates information. So, as you consider this request, please look holistically at the task user experience. There are multiple request related to placement/visibility related to task description, updates, reference number to improve UX and increase efficiency.
Description - Add the option to tag a Portfolio and Program to a request/issue. Why is this feature important to you - We have multiple COE teams utilizing Workfront to manage requests/work which all ultimately align to a campaign, event or standard program, while other COE teams utilize projects and tag their projects to the relevant campaign/event/program, Program in Workfront. How would you like the feature to work - Add the ability to tag these 2 fields in the issue > overview form.Current Behaviour - No options currently exist.
Description - We would like the option to hide the system created hour types so that they can not be added to timesheets. Right now, time off is broken out into vacation time and sick time. We do not use Workfront as a time off tracking tool and would prefer admins not have the option to add these to timesheets. Why is this feature important to you - Workfront is not our system of record for tracking time not at work. We'd like the option to hide these so group admins can't access them. How would you like the feature to work - Same as the ability to hide other hour types. Current Behaviour - No options to edit/change/hide default hour types.
We have quite a few fields classifying the job roles into a hierarchy (identifying skills / business area etc) and currently have to maintain data about the roles in our data warehouse. If we were able to attach custom forms to job roles then we would be able to add these fields which could then be used in reporting in the tool.
Description - When collaborating with users who don't frequently use Workfront (Requestor/Reviewer level license) and sharing documents, uploading the documents can cause confusion for the requestor/reviewer level user (we have 80k+ employees who are not regular users of Workfront but at any given time could work with an internal group that does regularly use Workfront). In many/most cases the Requestor/Reviewer level would require some type of training to understand where to navigate in Workfront and how to upload documents. This is generally not feasible given the large user base. Why is this feature important to you - It would enable better collaboration across our organization when working with documents. How would you like the feature to work - When someone reply's to an update from Workfront in Outlook (or other email system) and there is a document attached in thier reply, the document is automatically downloaded and added to the object "Documents" section. Curren
When building a new or custom view, it shows a preview but it is not based on live information of a project. Can the preview be set so that it shows live information of a current project. I'm left guessing what information will actually show up when creating a view on my projects. It means saving, checking and then going back in multiple times.
There is no way right now, even in text mode (that I'm aware of) to add a column for approver and proof/document URL to a Document Version report. These options are both in a Proof Approval report, please enable for a version report. I have built a report to show trends of how many rounds/versions our Proofs are going in order to give light on proofs with high # of rounds and I want to easily see if there is a correlation between number of rounds and certain approvers/worst offenders. I also want to be able to go straight to the proof from the report, not just pull in the proof/document name and then search for it separately in WF. Odd to me that some info is possible in a Proof Approval report but not a Document Version report. Help!
Description - It would be nice if the proofing tool would assign tasks or assignments back to the proof owner when a changes required. Why is this feature important to you - This would automate workflows more and prevent proof changes from being missed. The tool doesn't really do much to alet proof owners of required changes. How would you like the feature to work - Once the decision changes required is selected, the proof is then automatically assigned back to the owner, similar in style on how reviewers have a section of "Needing My Approval"Current Behaviour - If a proof receives changes required, the document status is changed, but there is very little to no alerts or assignments back to the proof owner and you have to manually observe the status of the proof.
When we have scheduled projects that are distributed as PDFs, is there a way to get the year of the date range to show up in the annotation summary? The below is pretty misleading, because the 10/18 issue was in 2022 but the 10/17 – 10/18 issue was in 2023.
Description -I wish there was the option to modify what columns show up in the "Requests" section. Same as all the other screens, being able to modify the columns and groupings would be helpful in organizing information.
Description - With the recent introduction of the "used in" column for Segments and Calculated Metrics which is super useful, it would be great if this could be extended to not only show the projects they are used in but also to highlight if they are used in Report Builder also! Why is this feature important to you - When cleaning metrics and segments up without knowing if they are in Report Builders requests then these could be deleted and break the requests if people go off the "used in" column which currently doesn't show thisHow would you like the feature to work - When using the "used in" column for it to list all projects and also all report builder requests too so can review when doing cleaningCurrent Behaviour - Not showing Report Builder projects
Its not ideal for us when we clone our salesforce PROD, the newly created sandbox will still have MSI config pointing to Marketo PROD API. We have business need of having multiple full-instance cloned from PROD and unlike any other managed package, MSI keeps the configuration unchanged and we are experiencing same user is being tracked as usage from different OrgID, resulting going over limit of seats/licenses we purchased. Any other managed package would not require any additional steps and ideally, MSI should also reset or update in a way that we are not charged for same user from different orgID. If we have to test in UAT, we can always update the config to point to UAT vs PROD depending on need and this is how almost all managed packages in salesforce works. Thoughts?
It would be nice to be able to add people to groups in Marketo Sales Insight Actions by sorting by state or territory. Our sales team would love this feature instead of having to search and add a person to a group one by one.
The ability to add additional users to an assigned task using Bulk Assignments in Workload Balancer would be very helpful.
Why? Debugging and doing validation with Charles Proxy is time consuming and exposes a security risk by embedding the certificate in the builds. How would you like the feature to work - Possibly a developer companion app that can read deep links produced through AEP Assurance and launch the Android TV or Apple TV with the deeplink configured through AEP Assurance. This will dramatically increase the time for validation and development as we will need to rely either on Charles or on post-processed events in Analytics that typically sees a delay of 30 minutes before we can check the data generated.
Description - URLs are the internet's way to uniquely identifying pages on websites. In many analytics tools, URLs are displayed alongside performance metrics to illustrate the performance of a certain page. And while CJA and AA encourage us to use a human-readable page name instead of the URL as identifier, many stakeholders prefer a plain list of URLs to analyse performance. By having direct access to the URL, stakeholders can simply copy it to the browser's address bar to quickly find out what page is behind the URL. This is a completely legitimate approach, and I think we can make it easier to follow by allowing URLs to be clickable in CJA. Today, users have to copy the dimension item manually, which (in an attempt to be helpful) will also copy that URL's metrics into the search bar, requiring manual work or a detour to Google because of the malformed format: Why is this feature important to you - To allow users to quickly and easily find out which page is behind a URL or which re
Description - Allow the user to color code projects and group projects when entering time into timesheets. More customization for how projects can be organized by the user. Why is this feature important to you - It would make is much easier to quickly recognize projects when entering time. How would you like the feature to work - Right click menu that allows to create a group, add to a group, or color code a project.Current Behaviour - Currently everything looks the same and its easy to enter your time under the wrong project.
Description - Users have been asking if they can bulk edit tasks from the My Tasks widget, but I didn't see this as an option. It does allow you to select multiple tasks, but I didn't see any functionality included at the moment to do anything when selecting multiple tasks. Why is this feature important to you - This could be helpful for those that have to mark a bunch of tasks complete all at once or to reassign tasks that weren't meant for them. How would you like the feature to work - Add an edit option when multiple tasks are selected that has some bulk edit options similar to other areas of Workfront. Perhaps include final warnings and make it clear which tasks and how many will be affected when bulk editing to ensure the user intended to adjust all of the selected tasks. Current Behaviour - No option for bulk editing from My Tasks widget.
Description - Bring "Add Hours" back to the Quick Action menu in the new Home screen. Why is this feature important to you - Much easier to add time to a project or task from there (or the summary screen) than having to make the extra clicks to new windows to log time. How would you like the feature to work - Add it back like it was when the new Home screen first rolled out. Current Behaviour - "Add Hours" is gone, my team is upset that its gone, therefore I'm sad. Make me unsad.
I would like an easier way to report on Challenger/Champion email performance with a basic report. As it stands, either I have to create separate reports for test variants, or run a RCE report that may or may not have updated results. It seems to me that the ability to split an email performance report up by test variations would greatly enhance their value.
DescriptionWhen filtering connected cards onto a Board, only tasks at the root level of a project appear. Sub-Tasks / Children tasks do not appear as a card on the board. To find sub-tasks you have to click into the Card to find its subtask. One problem with this current state: If you try to filter for all tasks assigned to a specific person or team, then the Board will NOT display any cards for sub-tasks assigned to that person or team. Those assignments have to made at the root level parent tasks which does not work for how our team organizes our tasks. We would like the option to have every task appear as their own card on the board. Being able to see all tasks as cards on a Board for a any given filter. How would you like the feature to workCreate a setting that users can toggle: Display all tasks as cards OR combine all subtasks into a single parent task Card.
Description - within Calendars there is currently only the ability to add projects/ tasks/ issues. It would be great to have the ability to add Programs to calendars. This would be a huge win when creating our Marketing Calendar as our initiatives are categorized/ grouped by Program and being able to see that information reflected in the calendar view would be much more helpful for our use case. Why is this feature important to you - better functionality for Calendars (which aren't currently very complex or customizable) and better use case for our purposes. How would you like the feature to work - have the ability to add Programs to calendars Current Behaviour - currently, only specific Projects, Tasks, or Issues can be added to a calendar
Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: Deleting a Page : Need an option to update Link references of the deleted page Use-case: Content author Deleting a page. Current/Experienced Behavior: When content author deletes a page from AEM then the deleted page link references don't get removed in the Site core and There is no option to redirect the references to a new page or completely delete the references(hyperlinks). Improved/Expected Behavior: When we try to delete a page then it gives us the three options · link to another item (if the page being deleted has been hyperlinked somewhere then it will redirect the deleting page URL to new location before deleting) · To remove the references if the page is hyperlinked
Hello. We do have our Marketo platform connected to various 3rd party tool (Event, Webinar, ...). Integration with these 3rd party tools are running fine. However, making sure that data consistency with our internal system is aligned is often difficult : a slight difference in a picklist value, a fields not matching what is expected with your CRM and you will got some synchronization error.Chasing errors by looking at your batch/trigger results, or looking at Lead log to understand where you got a hit is still a manual task and time consuming. What if we get a smartlist filter that we could set in order to track SFDC synchronization issues, get report or launch some flows to address them if required? Even better, if in such smartlist, we are able to customize type of issue (ie: by adding a constraint), it will be very helpful. Don't hesite to share you thoughts. It just an idea and may be some people looking at this thread may have same interest. 🙂
It would be great if there was a recycling bin or trash can that would hold data for a set amount of time before it's permanently delete. Similar to the SFDC recycle bin where we can go in and see what's been deleted the last 21 days, and also as an admin I'm able to go in and see what other users have deleted out of the system and if need be retrive the files.
