Support AEP Assurance on Android TV and Apple TV

Why?  Debugging and doing validation with Charles Proxy is time consuming and exposes a security risk by embedding the certificate in the builds.

How would you like the feature to work - Possibly a developer companion app that can read deep links produced through AEP Assurance and launch the Android TV or Apple TV with the deeplink configured through AEP Assurance.

This will dramatically increase the time for validation and development as we will need to rely either on Charles or on post-processed events in Analytics that typically sees a delay of 30 minutes before we can check the data generated.
