Hi Everyone.I got a new question this time for the transactionnal message..My customer need to send some real time message  to his client.Problem is to be able to have a collection of items in another collection.According to the documentation (and some test), it is not possible to do it (which by the way seems like a major fallback).Here's an example (use case)     we need to actually send some order confirmation     one email  is send to each final user.     The email is actually listing the clients orders made in the last hour (plural is important). Hi,I need assistance about Cart Abandonment trigger settings.I explain the procedure that I have made to set the trigger campaign.- I set a trigger in Experience Cloud- I created a Trigger event in Adobe Campaign on the trigger created before. I set Targeting dimension Real-time event and then I published the trigger.- I modified the transactional mail created after the publishing and I published the template.I tried to test that trigger but it didn't work.When a trigger arrived, in "show trigger report" appeared these errors:It seem that my email isn't recognized with my profile in Adobe Campaign.We check in administration>application setting > Shared data sources and there is the Delered ID data source that use declered id as reconciliation process.We change the priority of Data Source to 1 respect the Visitor ID Data Source but it didn't work.In the trigger report (attached some rows up) in Data Source ID appears the Visitor ID ID and not the correct Declered ID. I am not understanding what is going on with the upgrade to 19.2.  My stage environment was updated on Monday to 19.2 but now Workflows and Deliveries don't run at all in stage.  Production is still on 19.1 which I am glad because it works but the release notes reflect that 19.2.3 is the current version and 19.2.4 is coming out next week.There seems to be a lack of communication on what is happening.  Does anyone have any other information?Thanks John

For the past few days and persisting, my dynamic reports do not display Unique Opens or Unique Clicks - only sends, total opens, total clicks, unsubs. I can see uniques in the deliveries directly, but no longer when using dynamic reports (which I rely on). Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi,               I would like to know what is the purpose of platform options in Adobe campaign admin - platform - options hierarchy ? Can we access the platform options in the campaigns / workflows created  ? If they are not used in campaigns / workflows , what purpose do they server. Eg. the default platform options are available and probably used by campaign itself. But, if I as an operator have right to create platform options, then I should be able to use them as well. I did not find any link which explains how we can use them. Configuring Campaign options Kindly help .Regards,Piyush

I need to export the primary key (broadlogid) from the broadLogRtEvent schema for a daily log file extract. In the Extract file activity there's no option to export the primary key (see attached image).Adobe's online documentation states "It is not possible to export unique identifiers (primary keys) of log resources." However, there must be a way around this using a different approach.Does anyone have any ideas on how to export the primary key from an Adobe out-of-the-box schema?Thank you,John

HIwe have a scenario where the html for  the email and the users will be provided by some external system and wants to use the campaign only to send the emails( push).What is the best approach to do that or if you can point me to the right location.thanks

Does the Global Unsubscribe functionality (blacklisting) works on Profile level or email address level? If we have two Profiles with the same email address (but different primary key) and one of them unsubscribes from all communication (global unsubscribe) is the email address blacklisted in Adobe Campaign so no emails can be sent to it? Or is communication blocked only for the Profile that performed global unsubscription?

Hi,I'm trying to load data from a file to profiles with extended attributes. When I try to send an empty value in a text column i'm getting Unauthorized empty column error.Please find the configurations I did below1. Data type: text(100)2. Empty value management: Generate Error3. Error processing: Use a Default value - 9994. Value Mapping: Source - 0, Destination - 999 By using this configuration, Ideally the value should get mapped with a default value which is not happening in my case.Please let me know if my configuration is incorrect.

Hello,We have a requirement to integrate Adobe Campaign Standard (ACS) to other systems via API.We know we can make the other system call ACS's API, but we do not know if it is possible to make ACS make an API call to another system.By this thread (REST API Connection to Dynamics 365 ), we learned that it may be impossible. As it is from 2018, we would like to know if it is still impossible or if a way to do it has been implemented recently.We know that in Adobe Campaign Classic we can use JS Code Activities to do it, but could not find this feature in ACS.Thanks and regards,

Hi All,Accidentally I have deleted couple of the services from our instance, I have created those again, but it seems linkage between these services and customer profiles is broken now. what would be the best way to restore linkage between customer profile and services.Hope this does not sound confusing.
