Campaign Standard

When we try to update the profile fields like middle name via API with japanese charcters, the values are stored as junk characters, but the same is working if we do the update directly on the adobe campaign standard profile page manually. Any pointer to fix this will help us more. Thanks in advance.

I am loading personalized mask values for "from name", "reply to address" and "reply to name" & have been able to reference the additional data to populate these values in place of the defaults.   My dilemma is that my client wants to populate with the personalized masks where they are not null and populate with defaults where null. I *think* I need to create new content blocks for these but don't know how to create a content block for temp workflow data...  can I write the  if statement withIf ((targetData/fieldname) is empty, 'default content block',(targetData/fieldname)) ??

Hi, We are trying to transfer(upload) file in SFTP through transfer activity, but we are unable to connect the path. Its showing an error like  We accessed SFTP server through vpn connection. Could you please help someone on this ThanksDhanvanthi

Hello! I am trying to create a series of reports in ACS that contain key/core delivery metrics (similar to the delivery summary) but only for specific campaign types - e.g. for all of my London newsletter deliveries together, or all of my lead gen email campaigns. At the moment all I can see is a list of all deliveries but there doesn't seem to be away to segment reporting further based on a campaign id or label that could apply to more than one delivery. E.g. label up all my London newsletters as london and create a delivery summary report that contains all these labelled ones together. Furthermore it would be great if this report can also apply to recurring deliveries or workflow-based sends, so as more newsletters continue to send in the schedule (e.g. next week's newsletter) the delivery will automatically be added to the report dash. Does anyone know if this is possible and I'm just missing it?  Thank you 🙂

I have a scenario where I have extended the Delivery Schema(nms:broadLogRcp) to add a custom field(Say CommID) and also extended the profile schema to add a field with same name. On email delivery i want the value of this commID to flow from Profile to broadLog. For that i created a custom target mapping. Hi ,I am calling signal from Web service and passing the variable in post event method. and directly after signal i am putting a update activity to insert or update records in recipient schema. But am getting below error. However i tried to print the variable through loginfo which is working fine. But update is failing."event from external signal code does not contain a population"

Hi Experts, I am trying to find a way create Workspace Report in Adobe Analytics with Hour of the Day Feature for All my campaign Reports.But currently it only shows 12 PM as one standard time for all the Campaigns. Hi All,Currently I was facing issues in ACS import jobs when ever more than 1000 files loading in a single run.My import workflow has one transfter activity to pick files from external SFTP, load activity to match the data types,enrichment to redirect values ,split and update activity alone. As per my observation if single file is comming in an hour with 2Million records there is no issues but if multiple files like 1000 comes in a single run the job getting hangged running for 1-2 days and getting failed.As there is no scripts  available to code to pick first 50 files from SFTP in ACS we just scheduling every one hour to pick the files but if the number of files increase per run its creating issue like workflow hang.Can some provide a better solution for it and confirm me what could be the maximum limit of files per run of any import workflow where load,enrichment,split and update activities will work properly.Thanks,Sivaramakumar P

Hello!I am using Adobe Campaign Standard and I wonder how to handle blacklist on a landing page just for e-mail channel. I know that there is an out of the box landing page template that handles blacklist for No longer contact (by any channel) and when the customers pushes the button on that landing page the profile is updated to be no longer contact (by any channel). That is good if you want the customer to have a global opt out but  I would like it to just update the field No longer contact by email to true. Could this be achieved in a smooth way by working with the BlackList landing page template or should I use something else? Please don't refer to subscription services or that I should use a check box that could mark if the customer could be contacted by e-mail or not. I would like to handle it by just clicking the unsubscribe button on the landing page.
