Receiving following error: CRL-290151 HTTP response received from S3 500

Trying to load a file via a workflow from an S3 bucket and getting the following error: CRL-290151 HTTP response received from S3 500

Haven't been able to successfully load a file from S3 into Campaign. Have been able to share data with the S3 bucket successfully.
