MS Dynamics integration with ACS

Hi

How can we leverage standard plugins for v6 or 7 when working with Campaign Standard.

We need to integrate MS Dynamics with a ACS implementation and would prefer doing it over the plug in. The option is to manage this on the database level but its more custom.

Hi Axel,

As of now, the MS Dynamics connector is only available for v6 and v7. So using the ACS Connector which is available for v7, you can send your CRM data from MS Dynamics to Campaign v7, and from Campaign v7 to Campaign Standard. Here is an overview of how the ACS Connector works: https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/ITG_ACS_Connector_Principles_and_data_cycle.html

Later this year, a direct integration between MS Dynamics and Campaign Standard will be available but we have no date to share yet. It could be end of the year or beginning of next year.

Hi Axel,

the link above is not valid anymore. -- is there a links that works that helps us with migrating from ACC to ACS per this thread?

Hi Harish,

No the Salesforce CRM connector is not present in ACS yet. It might be in the future though as I believe it's part of the roadmap

Thanks for quick reply.

As a workaround, do I need both V7 and ACS to achieve the integration of SFDC with Adobe campaign.
