Hi Community,Does Adobe support X-HEADERS ? We are seeing inboxing results for our campaigns splitting up and want to make use of custom headers. We want to Identify a X-HEADER that can be used to store a unique campaign identifier. How can we use the XPVIQ code within the delivery header in ACS?  

Hi Community,In one of our real time transactional message there is a dynamic value for the abandon cart code which is showing inconsistent results. We have checked mirror pages for few sends and it displays the placeholder value instead of the code. Others it is displaying code fine.Looks like an intermittent behaviour, can anyone advice on what could be causing this?

Hi, I'm unable to find a report based on the recipients Mail Client.  With the rendering of, real-world, emails vastly different in Outlook 2013, 2016 & 365.  I'm trying to get a breakdown of our customers, so as to focus on the larger groups when we have rendering issues. I can find, Platform, Device and Browser.  But no client data. Thanks,

Hi all, I'm looking to create a dynamic content rule targeting those who have a first name that is more than characters long. I have done this in JavaScript in a segmentation node to give them a separate delivery, but I want to do it within the same delivery. JavaScript used in segmentation node: Length(@firstName)>2 Does anyone know how to apply this rule within delivery dynamic content? Thanks,George

Hi, I'm relatively new to Adobe Campaign Standard, and I'm looking to change the Mirror Page URL colour to black (#000000), but I can't seem to do this?I've created a 1:1 column and added a text block in which I've then proceeded to select the 'Insert Content Block' option and selected 'Link to mirror page'.Which in the preview outputs the following...'If you're having trouble reading this message, click here'The 'click here' text doesn't seem to be the same colour as the p text, and it doesn't look obvious on how to change it? Any ideas? Thanks,Steffan

Hello All, How i can link the continuous delivery with a campaign that belongs to?In a normal delivery activity is the delivery Javascript tab that you can put the usual code. But the contentious delivery doesn't have that. Any idea how i can achieve that?Thanks in advance.

I have been working on a new data import in to a custom table and each record needs to have an Org Unit assigned to it. I have followed the steps outlined by @florentlb on this post https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-standard/move-subscription-profiles-into-geo-and-org-unit/qaq-p/280003 and yet, still continue to run in to issues. I have an Org Unit set up of "ccHrComms" that I need to assign to the records coming in to this table: During the Load File process, I have defined another column to load the ccHrComms information in to and use throughout the workflow:I have attempted a reconciliation step both by itself and in conjunction with targeting the rest of the data, that I am attempting to use to enrich the data with the Org Unit information: I have noticed that after performing this activity, the Org Unit link still does not seem to be in the data during the transition - but I'm not sure if it should be or not.At the U

Hi. Wonder if you have any suggestions of how to target profiles that opened an email delivery within a certain period. Ie I would like to target those that opened any delivery sent out during last 3 months. If I'm setting up this query it seems like I will target also those that opened a delivery prior to the date I specified. Someone have any suggestions of how query should be setup?Thanks!

Hello,  I'm trying to create a Dynamic Report that will contain 15+ Deliveries. I'm having understanding how to get them all under one report in Delivery Summary, without searching through all the reports and trying to select them individually. Anyone have any insight into this method?

I have an event transactional message running and currently every month it creates a new delivery. Is it possible to change the aggregation period like in a recurring delivery?

Hi Community,For one of our client email address is not receiving scheduled or adhoc deliveries, they just get the api triggered messages. I checked the sending logs it showed unreachable, inbound email bouce rule.The email was seen in the Quarantine list, so I changed its status to valid but still it's not receiving deliveries. Anything else I need to update?

Hi, I have setup ClickSend as an external account using their guide:https://help.clicksend.com/article/l6hbrh9y82-send-sms-with-adobe-campaign I've sent them our IP addresses provided by Adobe Support to have them whitelisted.  However, when I try to send an SMS, nothing appears to happen. I've enabled verbose logging, however, when I look at a delivery log, I don't see anything in the log.  Are those logs stored somewhere else?  Any tips on what I should be looking at to debug this further? Thanks,Chris

I have a reoccurring delivery in ACS and the workflow runs fine, when I try to test previews I get the context.target data is undefined message. I checked the html line number from the error message, the html code is as below, <div class="acr-fragment acr-component nl-dce-if" data-component-id="html" data-nl-expr="context.targetData.GENERIC06 === 'Y'" data-nl-condition-type="single" contenteditable="true"><table width="600" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" border="0" align="center">  wondering what is missing in my workflow? Can someone please help.

Does anyone know how I can accomplish automating the staggering of email sends in ACS? I'm not seeing any documentation on this subject and our organization would like to implement this to reduce the load on our servers. Thank you! Best,Kristin

How to insert/fetch data from ACS using Rest API call through Javascript?

Hello,  I'm trying to use personalization in the Transactional Msg template. I've define my fields in the Event.  I then try to use the fields in the Transactional Msg, but they come back as 'undefined' in the Preview. When I try to use Postman and populate the fields in the ctx, the fields still return as 'undefined'    Also - I set my @orderDate field as String in my Event, but when I populate the field as '10/01/2020' I get the following error: Date '10/01/2020' Invalid character at position 5 ('1') If this is a String, what does it matter how I format it. This only seems to work if I format the field as '10-01-2020'
