Hi All, Is there a way to access the quarantine data in Profile filters? I have created an audience and I would like to include a condition that is "not in quarantine" - so that I am not including profiles that have a quarantined email address in my initial query on a workflow. (I know they get excluded at point of send by the email delivery, but I'd rather take them out at the start). Can anyone advise what the filtering condition or advanced expression should be? Thanks David

In one of the latest releases I noticed when viewing a Profiles Event List that the events are sorted Ascending and not Descending.  Does anyone know if we can control that.  When I view a profile I would like to see what are the recent events first.

Hi, I'm querying the delivery logs (nms:broadLogRcp:profileBroadLog) to get a certain delivery using Label of Delivery is equal to "[label name],  and Status = "Sent", and Event date "is within today". It is taking almost a half hour for this query to execute. This seems like an obscene amount of time to search. Is there a faster way to get delivery information about particular labels? What I'm trying to accomplish is to determine recipients whom have received an email, then send a follow-up email, to those whom have not updated information we are storing locally in our onsite DBs requested in the email? Is there a faster way to determine whom has received an email sent, other than querying the delivery logs (nms:broadLogRcp:profileBroadLog)?Thank you for any help with this,Johnny Bravo Kind regards,

Hey.I am currently working on an integration using the ACS API. I have managed to figure out how to fetch profiles using the endpoint "/byEmail?email=" but now I also want to be able to use a phone number in case there is no email present. I simply tried using byPhone and byMobilePhone but to no avail. Is it possible to get profiles by phone number, and if so what would the request URL be?Best regards,Richard Byström.

I have a journey where I am targeting a recurring email via "Primary Instance" in the delivery logs. I am also trying to segment based on tracking logs, but there seems to be two instances, one of which I am unable to target. The tracking log I'm trying to target for segmentation is Tracking logs (nms:trackingLogRcp:profileTrackingLog) but I am having trouble getting there -- this would include Label of Delivery, Type, Date, etc. Ultimately what I am trying to get at is "Engaged (open/click) with X email within 30 days, have not engaged within 30 days, and have not engaged more than 30 days since email was deployed." Can anyone help point me in the right direction for the segmentation node targeting the above-noted log?

Hi all, I'm using an SFTP server on which CSV files containing user data are loaded. Once the file is loaded by ACS, i need to move it from the main folder to another one called "Loaded". I already done a similar configuration in Adobe Campaign Classic, using the "initialization script" option inside a Test step, but, unfortunately, I'm not able to replicate this kind of configuration as the test step in ACS doesn't contain the "initialization script" option. In addition to this, I'm not able at all to find a Javascript step to be inserted into my import workflow, in ACS. How can I solve this problem?Thank you in advance for your precious helpSimone

Hi Community,How can I get notified when a workflow gets started?I can see the string "The workflow has started" in the summary screen of a delivery, how can use this to notification purposes.I checked the delivery alerting resource and it does not include this filter for use. Any suggestions would be great.

In Adobe Campaign Standard how do you use data from a collection link in an email? For example I want to send an email using  data from a transaction table, one customer may have 1 transaction, another may have 100 and others have anything in between. In Classic I could use a content block and query targetData.<name of collection link> .length to get how many transactions the customer had and then loop through these in the content block to build the email. How would you do this in Standard?  

Hello, I have been searching this forum for a couple of hours to find a way to export the mirror page of sent emails and the subject of those mails. I have found many answers saying it is impossible in ACS, or that API calls are needed to achieve this. Posts dating from 2018 mention enhancement requests to make these exports possible but despite all those demands, it seems nothing has been implemented at all to help us achieve this. Is it really still impossible to export the mirror page and subject line in a csv file? Is it something we can at least expect in the near future? Thank you,Xavier

Hi all,I have a issue relating the box file transfer. I set the box in "Test to see if file exists" mode and in the server folder i insert the path and the filename: \Campaign\files\test_*.csv, but the workflow doesn't found the file even if present.My opinion is that the wildcard does not work.Please can you suggest or tell me what the problem is?Thanks,Gaetano

Hello all,I'm creating a workflow for a client where daily we will download a file from a SFTP server and update AC database.The file is uploaded to the SFTP server by the client, and it is created automatically and has a dynamic name: file_date.cvs (ie: clients_20180129.csv).Can I use computed name (dynamic name with date variables) on the file name?Did anyone have this problem before?BestRIck Romero

hi team,  I tried to export it as package for event (Transactional messages ) in staging env and tried to import in prod. Import went successful however when i go to Settings >>  marketing Plans >>  Transactional messages >> event configuration , I do not see the Transactional messages that i imported. The log looks clean for package import as shown below...  Installation of packages successful.Package 'Transactional email 1': Saving entities of type 'xtk:cusResource'...Package 'Transactional email 1': Saving entities of type 'xtk:packageDef'... Any guidance ?

Hi,I have issue displaying the incoming data in ACS. We are passing some location names in to the workflow with Accent characters like München and after loading the file( Load file Activity) in to ACS it is getting displayed as München. Is there a way to handle this in column properties of load file activity?  Can some one help me in addressing this issue?Thank you so much!  

Hi Community,I really need some help.We have deliveries that deploy hourly to an intended audience. Example, a single delivery goes out to an intended audience every hour, for may be a period of 4/5 hours or more at times.What we are looking for is as below,Assuming I have a delivery which is deploying as below, Hour 1 - count 12 - deployment time 10 am pstHour 2 - count 10 + deployment time 11 am pstHour 3- count 10Hour four - count 10 We need notification sent after every hour, mostly top of the hour with the deployment details, like sent count, deliveries remaining. Like notification at 10:15 am pst for the first hour deployment. Notification at 11:15 am pst for the second hour deployment. I tried using the delivery alerting feature and used sending retry filter, with which I do get notifications for the deployment but the alerting frequency in ACS is default at 15mins and even if I change the frequency, I don't get the notificatio for the deployment as
