When a user signs up on a landing page, is it possible to reconcile by both email address and organizational unit? Allowing the same email address to exist under 2 different org units?The reconciliation key in the page properties only has single predefined options to choose from. Is there anyway to make this work as I mentioned?Thanks!

Hi, If I enable URL tracking for one of our domains we get an error in the delivery link "Your Connection is Not Private". If we remove Tracked URLs from the template it works fine. I'm not too familiar with brand configuring features, so would appreciate any help troubleshooting, as this only happens for one of our domains.  Thank you much in advance. Johnny Bravo

Hi ACS experts, We have encountered an issue in ACS while creating a new schema.We created a new schema which was joined with profile extension schema based on custom columns (email and name).When defining links, we have to give a link id which says it should contain maximum 30 characters. It do not mention anywhere which characters are allowed or not. So we used hyphen in that name and it was accepted by UI (for ex linkschema1-abc). Now when we prepared the publication we received no error and publication went successfully.However, after it, the profile schema went missing from instance and all related schemas started throwing error.When we did diagnosis, it showed error in publication logs that 'XTK-170036 Unable to parse expression "linkschema1-abc"'. We tried everything like deleting schema/link, redraft schema, repaid DB option but nothing worked because last publication was successful and new publications will throw error due to invalid definition of profile schema

Hi, The search by email option is no longer available for the out of the box profile table since the update yesterday. Please let me know how I can get this functionality back as I cannot edit the screen definition for out of the box tables. Thanks,Jamal

Hi Community, need some help, I have set up finished delivery alerts for our instances, what I have noticed that even though the monitoring period is set to 24hours, the first email notification that is sent out via my dashboard includes a consolidated list of deliveries, i see deliveries dating back to 2020 as well. example, email notification sent on 6/6/2021 at 12:02:00 AM while, I feel this is a default behaviour in ACS, I wanted to double check, also if this indeed a default behavior where the first notification includes a consolidated list of all finished deliveries, Is there a cutoff point so that the consolidated message list doesn’t keep growing?

Hi,I am moving my email from another ESP that used ampscript to pull in profile values. I don't know much about non-HTML development and I need to pull the zipCode and CusGuid into my email, which will then populate the URLs for third-party content. Hello,I need to capture a subscriber's birth month (cusBirthMonth) when a subcriber clicks on one of 12 month-specific links in my email. Landing pages for each month have already been created in ACS, but I don't know how to add the birth month from the link into their profile AND send them to the appropriate landing page.  I know HTML, but no coding beyond that. FYI, I added my HTML via the legacy editor not the email designer. Below is a link I added to send them to the landing page for January. Hello, This feels like a really basic question, but how can we send emails to ACS users using a workflow?I tried two methods, both with a delivery using the target mapping 'mapUser' : In the first one I tried to define the audience in the delivery template itself, but once I select this delivery template in the workflow delivery, I am forced to define an audience/targeting upstream in the workflow. My pre-defined audience from the template dissapeared. This causes an error in the workflow when trying to send the notification : '"The profiles schema specified in the transition ('') isn't compatible with the schema of the model ('xtk:user'). The two schemas have to be identical". I then tried to query my own user in a workflow, followed by a delivery, and this gives me a very similar error :  "The profiles schema specified in the transition ('head:user') isn't compatible with the schema of the model ('xtk:user'). Hi, Do I have to worry about loss of data when updating the 'List of Authorized Values' in a field in the Profile resource? I just need to add one more authorized value to the list of authorized values. We have millions of rows in it, and I'm a bit nervous doing any updates to this resource, and wanted to make sure I don't negatively impact this resource in any way whilst updating.  Thank you kindly,Johnny Bravo

I need to set one value at the beginning of the workflow and another one at the end of the workflow as it completes. Hi,We would like to know if it's possible to use Adobe sftp to stock some documents, then to transform it to a link that we can then integrate in a campaign ? how to I analyze the 500 errors that are seen in the projects created in Adobe io for campaign API? If I go to a project and click on api insight, I can see 500 error code, that occurred this week and last week, is there any way I can drill down further and get details about the actual failures or what caused the errors? Thank you for any help.

Hi Community, Is there any way to monitor ACS API from within the adobe campaign standard UI? like via any workflow,  ideally we want to monitor and get notified if the ACS API service is unavailable. Thank you for any help.
