Subscription landing page reconilation by both email and org unit

When a user signs up on a landing page, is it possible to reconcile by both email address and organizational unit? Allowing the same email address to exist under 2 different org units?

The reconciliation key in the page properties only has single predefined options to choose from. Is there anyway to make this work as I mentioned?
