Hello,I am following this tutorial, but come to the conclusion that even though the tutorial shows segmentation with timezone set to CET (UTC+01), it sends the communication at UTC, so one hour later than expected.The documentation shows that ToDateTime does *not* take timezones into account, for that one needs to use ToDateTimeWithTimezone. How does the string need to look? ToDateTimeWithTimezone("2024-11-29 09:45:00+01"), as by ISO-standard or ToDateTimeWithTimezone("2024-11-29 09:45:00", "Europe/Stockholm") as by the description in the documentation?

We need to turn off the ACS system or pause it right now. What would be the easiest way to do that and turn it back on when needed? We have over 1600 users and 100 security roles. Trying to figure out a way to not update each role manually. 

Hi everybody,we sent an email on ACS, in which the CTA is a call to action for contact, so the button has a mailto: email address.However, ACS is not tracking the number of clicks we get on that button. This has already happened when our CTA was a phone number. Is there a way to force ACS to track this click? or should we do an additional setup to track this?thanks in advance

I have an email template that displays a different link depending on which email you get. How would I report on them separately? I have seen people mentioned using a segment code, but I am not sure how I would go about this. Right now in the email I have label OG = T and OG = F. I appreciate your help in advance.Thanks!

Hi Team, We have an email address in quarantine from last 3 months.We wanted to remove the email from the quarantine list - but, at the same time, doesn't want the old emails to be sent to the quarantined email address.As per the documentation, it depends on the retry period and it is set to 5. But, we have some experiences that all emails were sent to the quarantined email address once it is removed from the quarantined list. Posting this query here, to check if we can be sure by any means that all old emails will not be sent to the quarantined address. OR if anyone has any idea. Thanks in advance!

What is the maximum quantity i can send an email?

Hello ACS Experts, I have a workflow that runs every 10 minutes. User fills some information on a landing page created outside ACS. Fills out fields like email address, name, language, country, postal code, product type, product name, product code and date of purchase. This information flows to ACS via API and I map them to the email that is going to be sent via the workflow. I mapped the information through freetext fields. The issue is I want this workflow send 1 email for every product registration. A user can register multiple products and should get only one email per registration. Currently whenever the workflow runs every user who registered a product constantly gets the same email every 10 minutes. I need a way to cut the emails sent to 1. So that when a user registers a product he only gets 1 email not the same email every 10 minutes. If the same user registers another product he gets another(1) email for that product. Thanks

Hi, I have a selection of Address(addressStatus) with Status= Quarentine.   And I want to recover some information from Profiles(profile) (I have a custom Field in that resource call ‘Client-Code’).  So, I make a Workflow with two Query, and make an Intersection, BUT I don’t know which field I must use to make the join between the two schemes.  Thanks, 

I dont know how to access the actual campaign site to start working. I am only seeing learning lessons, and community support, but not the actual program so i can start creating emails. If someone can help me out i would really appreciate it.

I am looking for the way to setup read only access for operators. According to what I found in this video:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign-standard-learn/tutorials/administrating/managing-user-access-rightsit should be achievable. However, using the setup described in this video my operators still can create, modify or run elements on the instance. I tried to set different parent units and even keep it empty, but still the outcome is the same. Does anyone know how to achieve read-only access? Thanks,Dominik

Can someone advice me the way/commands to stop the workflow using the program/inbuilt API?

I have a client that for internal seeding of emails that go external in production, there are two profiles per a few individuals. This was caused do to uploading a CSV where the name was in Caps while the profile that already existed had the names in lower case.  If I want to blend the profiles so only the Caps version remains, what is the best way to do that? I probably have 10 profiles like this.  And how do I prevent this from happening again? Is there a way to load profiles or create profiles so capitalization of names does matter?  Thank you, Andrew 

Hello! We would like to request help with this question: Are pressure rules applied considering a week starting on Sunday or Monday? For example: we did send three emails for a country during a week and another email for this same country will be sent on Sunday; will this email be considered the fourth, or is it considered the first of a new week? Thank you in advance,Thais

Hi, Does anyone know which soft bounce types will probably end up in a hard bounce? In my case it could take several months before the maximum of 4 soft bounces is reached. I would like to act on these soft bounces beforehand if there is a large chance that it will turn into a hard bounce eventually. Hopefully there is anyone with experience on this subject. Kind regards,Lara Vlasblom

Can we add 2 or more schedulers in single workflow , such that one scheduler runs at one time and other scheduler runs at another time, as both the schedulers run at different times does the workflow throw any error or cause any issue? Please through some light on this !  

Hi,I have an import workflow that I would like to execute later in the day on Saturday compared to the weekdays. Is it possible to use two schedulers to start the workflow (one for Saturday and one for weekdays) or should I manage it in another way?/Filip 

Hello everyone, In the "Profile" resource we have created the extended resource and created new fields. We are also creating profiles through API calling this endpoint https://mc.adobe.io/company/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/profile/. This is working correctly but we have added a new field to the profile extended resource and we have added the same field to the API and we are getting the following error 'NewField' property is not valid for the 'profile' resource. It looks like it is not identifying the new field in the API schema? Does anything else have to be done apart from creating it in the resource? Thanks

I have a csv file with a number that has 17 characters. I want to include 13 in a table, disregarding some at the beginning and end. Is there a way to do this in a workflow without touching the file?

Hello.I have done a Html code with the footer, and includes the unsubscribtion link, and it works fine. The problem is that the tracking of clicks on that link (type opt-out) is not tracking it. It´s the only one, the other links in that content appears. Could any have idea why?Thanks 

I am looking for a solution to avoid this scenario. We had a deployment issue on of our client account, the message was scheduled to throttle 1000/day over 9 days, but it stopped after 5 days because the default delivery duration expired at 5 days. can I get some help to set up a notification in ACS which would let me know when throttling and expiry periods might conflict?what are the other possible recommendations to avoid such issues. appreciate your help. 

The mobile numbers for our Profiles are all saved as 10-digit, without the US country code of 1 appended at the front. Is there a way in my workflow or in the delivery template or in the external account settings to add "1" to the recipients number automatically before sending to our SMS provider? 

Besides an external signal, is there a way to automatically start a workflow when an outcome is met or not met? Thanks.
