Template creation/usage for transactional messages

Dear Community,

currently we are creating a lot of transactional messages for interaction with our webshop. In a transactional message it is possible to click on "save email as template", but different to normal emails (where we of course use the template function) it seems to be not possible to use/insert this saved template for transactional messages.
Do you know a way how to create/insert also templates for transcational messages (besides copy/paste html code)?

Hi @nadinebaumgarten,

 

It comes to my mind that the most similar thing that you can do is to create a content block in which you will insert your HTML and afterwards when building the transactional email insert it.

 

Besides if there are so many you can store it on a CMS or AEM and fetch them via API.
