Remove emails to be sent to Email addresses in quarantine

Hi Team,

We have an email address in quarantine from last 3 months.

We wanted to remove the email from the quarantine list - but, at the same time, doesn't want the old emails to be sent to the quarantined email address.

As per the documentation, it depends on the retry period and it is set to 5. But, we have some experiences that all emails were sent to the quarantined email address once it is removed from the quarantined list.

Posting this query here, to check if we can be sure by any means that all old emails will not be sent to the quarantined address. OR if anyone has any idea.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Ritendra,

This is an interesting use case. I don't know if anyone has any better suggestions, but I would say to confirm what may be sent, you would want to create a workflow that looks at the broadlogrcp table based on recipient ID. This would give you all emails sent to the recipient along with their status. You could then filter down the results to see if there are any emails still pending or errored with quarantine messages but are associated with deliveries in a retry state.

Regards,

Craig
