Hi All, Quick question - are tracking logs of Event Transactional Messages attributed to an event log?Basically when we send out transactional messages, is there actually a way to see who opened and clicked? (even if it's a case of exporting out rather than being able to easily query in ACS). Thanks David

Hi,I'm exporting delivery and tracking logs in ACS workflow for a realtime event i've created.I having trouble getting the event id or transactional message id in the attributes in both the logs. I am able to get the deliveryID.The issue is this deliveryID will change if I edit the transactional message  so therefore i need the transactional message id or event id. So basically i want to link these delivery and tracking logs to the corresponding event. 

Hello all. We have a requirement to be able to sort our mailing output by account number - so as to better see the joint accounts (with two rows) and make checking mailing proofs much easier. We don't want to filter out any rows just change the order of the output.I can see there are "windowing" or representation functions such as Desc and OrderBy but I get error messages about invalid aliases when trying to use them on the account number field and I suspect they might be meant to generate QUALIFY SQL statements and so might not be what I want directly...I have looked at the docs and searched here but could find no solution. Does anyone have the answer to produce a simple ORDER BY?PS: The answer does not have to in the direct mail step but those windowing functions could help and don't appear elsewhere that I have seen

Hi everyone, We are starting to use transactional messages and one of them is to report to a profile about a purcharse order that he has made. We would like to include in the email some of the administration department in copy, do you know if there some way to have several recipients in an email? Thanks!

Hey Everyone!  We currently have a Daily Batch file that has around 70 plus fields. We want to add another feild to the file and and update our import workflow to accept the new feild.  The problem we are running into is that we have to update the file structure to add the new column, and doing that causes the column definition it reset. I have to go into every column and fix them. It's really time consuming and a risk of something being missed and either error out or mess the feild up completely.  Do we have a way to add a column to an existing file load activity without having to rest the column definition.  

Hi everybody ,i need to reconciliate Delivery log with Tracking Log .i tried to use Delivery log id from both table but it's different.How can i be sure that an open or a click is consequent from a specific delivery and export all this data ? I want to explain better what i mean . I want to understand which single click (from trackinglog) results from a specific open (deliverylog) and extract this raw data. How can i do this with Adobe Campaign Standard workflows activities?Thanks ,Anna

Hi community, Observed that there may have scenarios where some users' opens are not captured even though they have clickthrough-ed. Logically, they would have to open the email before clicking the links. One of the common possibilities is that they had disabled downloading of images in their mail clients, as such preventing the tracking pixel from capturing the opens. This causes a downside to having a lower open rates than expected. Is there an available configuration to enable Adobe Campaign to automatically register opens as long as users perform an email click?

Hi all,  I just want to preface this thread by saying I am a marketer so if any one replying could please keep answers simple with little technical jargon - that would be great! So, I'm back using Adobe Campaign after some time. Previously when I was using Adobe Campaign Classic, I was told paused workflows would slow performance of the platform. Hi,I would like to set native Email Field from profile table as a primary key but from the interface when I go to select the field I can not not see any native field in list. Only custom fields are available to choose as primary key. Can someone tell me how to do this or  its rights issue?Thanks in advance

Hi all,  I was wondering if there is a way to setup a typology rule for blocking deliveries without the unsubscription link. Unfortunately the default one only generates a warning when the opt-out link is missing, and there is no way for changing the level (from "warning" to "error") or for changing the code. Did someone of you ever realized something similar? Thanks in advance! Simone

Hello, we are able to access data on our Staging instance via an API using this filter (in bold)in the URL: https://INSTANCEURL/profileAndServicesExt/cusTABLENAME/byText?text=test@test.com&filterType=email  We are now trying the same in Production and are getting this error: RST-360011 An error has occurred - please contact your administrator.PGS-220000 PostgreSQL error: ERROR: invalid input syntax for integer: "test@test.com"There are no differences in the table configurations between Staging instance and Production instance. I have also republished Production.  The field is set to Text for both instances. Any thoughts on why we are getting this integer syntax error in Production?

Hi there, We have a potential piece of data work where we may look to change the customer ID (which is set as the unique key on the profile table) for all the profiles we have in ACS. I know this will result in "new" profiles being created for these records and we plan to purge the "old" ones (so our overall record count we remain similar)We are comfortable doing this and also changing the customer IDs in linked custom tables such as "orders". My biggest concern is losing delivery and tracking log history. Is there a way to maintain/transfer this to the "new" profiles? Thanks David

Hi All,I tried to integrate triggers with ACS. For that i have created a trigger, an event, a transactional template and have published it. I am sending email id in one of the eVar from analytics and trying to enrich it with the profiles schema but it is not happening.I am getting the error as "Unable to resolve alias to a valid profile in Adobe Campaign"  .when i tried to trigger the same event through an api using postman i am able to receive the email.Can anyone help me to map this trigger with the profiles schema. Regards,Shubham

But I'm not getting expected result. I have enrich the data and created three variables  OpenRatioOfA, OpenRatioOfB, OpenRatioOfC. Values are : OpenRatioOfA = 8.70OpenRatioOfB = 2.00OpenRatioOfC = 0.00 if I use this below simple condition expression I am getting correct result. Iif(OpenRatioOfA >= OpenRatioOfB , 'A', 'NEXT') // I got A as ouptput But whenever I use Logical AND operator it's not giving me correct result Iif(OpenRatioOfA >= OpenRatioOfB AND OpenRatioOfA >= OpenRatioOfC, 'A', 'NEXT')  (NOT WORKING)// Expected Ans = A but getting NEXT Why this logical AND operator not working in ACS though expression look so simple. Hi Team,  I have started the workflow, using a Scheduler. But then I still cannot add the Profile Subsitution in the recurring delivery which is attached in the flow. I keep seeing this message:"Oops! To add profiles, you need to prepare the message (start the workflow or click prepare in the message dashboard)." Do you have any suggestions of how I can set this up? Many thanks!!

Hi community, I'd like know what´s the best strategy to generate monthly birthday coupons in Adobe Campaign Standard. Until now I developed an adobe io runtime endpoint what is called using an external activity. However when the activity is executed im getting the following   The payload i´m using is the main resource id (pkey) I understand is because the payload is too large, so i I wanna know how many records can i send to an adobe io runtime service or what strategy i need to follow. Thanks in advance for your help. 

Hi everyone, We recently got a lot of bounces in our last sends with the reason "Inbound email bounce (rule 'Probably_unreachable' has matched this bounce)." For a same email address/profile, this does not always appear on all of the deliveries. Do you have any more detail on this message? Thanks!
