Hello. I'm trying to create a workflow that will update the time zone on a profile based their location that we have stored to the profile on sign up.  All of our members are currently set to the default time zone which prevents us from being able to get use of the "Sending messages at the recipient's time zone" function, but we would ideally like to start utilizing this in the future.  I would like to create a workflow that can update all of our existing profiles and then daily run it on the new profiles to take their sign up process and apply their timezone to the profile and save.  I've tried a few things but I can never get the workflow to correlate if x, update timezone to x.   Any assistance or ideas on how we might be able to achieve this would be great.

Hi, I saw there is an option to use the tracking pixel in the top of the email. This would help us with a more correct open rate for long emails in Gmail. But when I tried to use it I noted that on PC Outlook 2016, there is a link in the preheader, before the actual preheader. Is this something that anyone else has seen and could it be fixed? /Filip         

I am working on an use case where a Landing page is created for user data collection. As soon as the user hits on submit button, I want to trigger a workflow with the data collected from Landing Page to be passed as parameters in the workflow. Is it possible?

Good afternoon!    I am working to build a form where 1 questions is prompting the visitor to check all that apply.    E.g. What food interests do you have? (check all that apply) ■ Pizza ■ Burger ■ Donut   If someone were to select all three, and the "name" of the checkbox were to be "name = foodinterest" then the output would read -  "foodinterest=Pizza&foodinterest=Burger&foodinterest=Donut"   The challenge I've run into is that when I select multiple boxes, only the final input is being stored, rather than a string of all responses combined.    Any insight on how to accomplish this in ACS?

Hey there,   Quick question (I think): is there a way to extract and transfer a CSV file with ANSI encoding in ACS? I see that if I choose to extract a file as Text I can choosing which encoding to use; however, when I change it to CSV, I no longer have that option...   Thanks in advance.   Best, Carolina

I am approaching you, because I have a request where I need to control the dark mode event when it is set on a mobile device. Is there any possibility of controlling it through the design of a transactional message? What I have tried first is to control it by configuring the HTML code, using a media query but it is not working.

I have created an event in Adobe campaign standard and I can see it is creating an extension to the vanilla nms:rtEvent. Using the follow up delivery template, I am also able to access those ctx data corresponding to that event which are stored in my database. However, any kind of query activity is not allowing me to see the data. Is there any possibility to make a query on that data? I tried to look at that data using the adobe campaign standard API, however, could not find it. My goal is to - read those data and based on that data make some kind of decision. Please let me know if anyone has any suggestion!!

Is there a way to update the no longer contact flag when the email address gets updated? We currently have a process where if a customer bounces we notify them to update their email address. When they do update their email address during the import the email address updates but the no longer contact does. Is there a way to update that flag when the email changes?

Hi, I've been a contractor for a good number of years and have used a variety of selection/automation tools (Unica, Valex, Affinium). I have no working experience of Adobe Campaign. Most roles I'm looking at are requiring Adobe so I really need to add this to my continuing development. I'm keen to get users views on what route they took to using the suite to get them to the point of 'in demand'. Appreciate I can search to my hearts content but I want to get some real user opinions on how I advance.   Many thanks. Have a great week. M

I have a folder containing recipients that I want to purge.Basically we have moved some recipients into this folder that we wish to delete and as per some Adobe instructions I found then to delete these recipients we should purge the folder, I want to do this in a script in a workflow using:nms.recipient.ClearFolder(<recipient folderId="869848332" />);where 869848332 is the folder id of the folder I am trying to purge, but when I run this nothing seems to happen.Jeremy

Hi community!I recently sent out an SMS to 10K of our users. I had a link in the end of the SMS, when I tested it before sending, the link was valid. When I sent the SMS the day after, a dot was automatically added which made the link unvalid. Why and how did this happen? Disclaimer: It was no one else in my organisation that worked on this workflow except for me, and in the test SMS that I still have, there is not dot. Has this happened to anyone else?

I want to send an email campaign in which each contact will receive their own unique link to click.  In other words, each contact receives the same email, but everyone gets their own unique URL when they click the call-to-action button. Surely, there must be an automated way to do this. Individually sending the same campaign to 10 000's of contacts manually is very time-consuming and defeats the purpose of using an email automation system.Have anyone done this before? Is this possible in Campaign Standard?

We have a field "Adobe ID", which is the identification key of the "Profile" table and which used to be an integer, mandatory and unique field (one adobe ID per client). Once we changed the type from integer to TXT, due to external reasons, all of the clients lost the Adobe ID information.  To revert this,we were able to generate a historical document, with the clients and their respective Adobe IDs. The idea was to create an "update" workflow (which you can see in the image below) When started, the workflow generated an error in the update activity (like shown in the images). We are struggling to understand why this is happening and can not understand why the Adobe IDs are not being updated on the clients. Would anyone be able to help?        

Hi ACS folks, Does anyone know how the validity duration for subscriptions work? Use case is that when a customer makes a purchase, they are added to a subscription that expires after 2 weeks. However, if the customer makes another purchase, the validity duration is reset to the latest purchase date + 2 weeks.    Is the Validity duration in the subscription properties calculated based on the record creation date? Can it be modified to be based on another date field, if it's even based on a date field.    Any assistance is appreciated!   J.

Hello, I am trying to create a "Delivery alerting Dashboard" to receive email notifications for Finished Deliveries. I've read all the support docs on setup and still not able to get any alerts. I created my security group, which has just my email, and applied it to the Dashboard. I've added the filter extension to the Delivery and ran several tests as well. Is there any specific configurations or Criteria Paremeters I need to apply? Any help appreciated.  Thanks,Milan
