Bulk extract Lead to Campaign association

I'm new to Marketo and I'm looking for a way to get the Lead ID to Campaign ID association in a bulk manner.   I found this API for getting Leads to Program associations, but there's no such API for Campaigns.   Is there another way to get this data?  If the Lead->Program link can be extended to all Campaigns in that Program, then this API would suffice.  Can someone confirm if that is the case?  i.e.   A lead linked to a Program is also linked to all the Campaigns in that Program.
