Hi,I am trying to query data from two data schemas and combine all records that exist in both but I'm struggling.I have a query that looks at all profiles where the email address is not empty.I have another query that looks at the address scheme where the address is not empty.I then want to take both sets of data and to combine them to produce one set of data that consists of all profile email addresses who also exist within the address schema.I have tried using an intersection activity but it falls over because the two types of inbound events are incompatible.Can anyone advise on the best way to achieve this?Many thanks,Bob

How to design a workflow to insert data into recipient schema and update the database

I'm on V7, but was wondering the pro's and cons are of having the data connector vs the core service? It seems like I can do the Genesis connector. But it looks like I would need Adobe to the core service. If you know any other pro's or con's could you list them?

Hi,I have a query in my workflow and I am using an expressionDateOnly(@START_DATE) greater than or equal to DateOnly(DaysAgo(14)).When the query runs, for a few records which fall on Daylight saving time shift, is throwing an error.Tried to use ToDate(@START_DATE) as well, and still the same issue.Can someone assist on how to get rid of this.Thanks,Vignesh

Hi!I need to create a campaign trigger for Cart Abandonment.I'm following the documentation (https://helpx.adobe.com/campaign/standard/integrating/using/abandonment-triggers-use-cases.html) and I have a doubt when I have to create the event trigger in Campaign.As indicated in the attached screenshot, I have to choose the targeting dimension in the trigger option.What are the differences about the 2 choises (Real-time event and Profile)?Thanks!Eveline

Hi,We use Adobe Campaign Prime and we authorize users with there adobe-id, for Campaign Classic and Standard. We would like to get a log of all logins to the systems how can I do this? I know if we login directly to adobe campaign classic with an operator then its logged in /usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/env/logins.log but the logins with adobe-id is not there.

I have an instance that went through a build update from 6.1.1.8770 to 8887. Whenever someone tries to login to the campaign console, they are prompted to upgrade it to match the application server. However, everyone that tries to upgrade is given the error XTK-170061. Why is this? Should everyone just ignore trying to update, is something not correct on the application server, something else?Thank you

Hello all. I need to create offers inside adobe campaign, based on an external database. Is there any way to automate it using API or another function like this ? It will be really nice if I could create these offers based on a template. Also, I need that those offers are deployed on "live" environment too. I tried to find a function for this on "nms:offer" API, but I cant' find. Any idea ?

Hi,I'm using Control Group functionality and would like to restrict sending to specific users.For example:I set up a query with 4 clients (client 1, client2, client 3, client 4), I put a percentage in the control group of 50%.In case the functionality would fire randomly for 2 clients.How can I restrict the tool from forwarding the trigger to client 1 and client 3?Would it be in the list (within Extra Population)?Ps: I tried to create a test list in this field, but it did not work.    Thanks,Jéssica

Hi all,I can't understand why the Update action in an import workflow duplicates the profiles.I explain better:I have this workflow:The file csv that I have to import has different columns. We have a customer ID, emails, first name and so on.In the file there are 221.506 profiles with these caractheristics:- for one email we can have different customer ids ( play@ggg.com can have 5 different customer id)- for one customer id we can have only one emailThe strange thing is when there is a Update action (insert or update profiles) with reconciliation criteria by Customer id and email, the outgoing population is larger than the incoming population.There are about 500 duplicate profiles.I can't understand why the update action duplicate the profiles.Someone have any suggestion?Thanks
