Limit Maximimum Preposition to 3 on a channel

Hi All,

I am working on Adobe Offer Presentations rules.

My requirement is to ensure that a customer does not receive more than 3 prepositions in a given period.

I am trying the understand the Typology Rules where i need to set this value.

Any help will be appreciated.
