Hi,We have a scenario where multiple external application will call Adobe Campaign API (exposed using http://<server>/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp) on demand basis in order to get some data from the marketing database (custom tables).We want to understand maximum number of API calls Adobe Campaign can handle per sec? (for example - If Adobe Campaign receive 50 calls per second, then will it be able to handle it? Also is there any limitation on total number of api calls?)Thanks for any help.

Hi All.While doing data loading , i have selected "Keep rejects in a file" and given the file name .But this will generate files when ever data loading happens , irrespective of any error rejects are there or not.Is there anyway to control it , that file generates only when reject record is there.Thanks,Diksha

I am trying to use some images in the email. So I uploaded the image from local machine and when trying to use it it is not working. So I checked in the "Administration\Resources\Online\Public resources" folder and when I try to preview the image it is giving webpage cannot be found error. Same if I open it using Browser. It is a on-prem installation and I went to the server and found that the file was uploaded properly inside the var\sit\upload share path. But when trying to use it, it is not working. Any help is appreciated.I had run the web module with verbose loggin option, but no log as such.If someone can share what logging could be enabled for javascript error alerts and other issues, it will be helpful.

Q. Is it possible to use iframe in a delivery when it is supposed to be opened in clients like - gmail or outlook.I am using a sample iframe in below format in my html (<iframe src="https://www.w3schools.com">), however, in the originating email, in the outlook it is not rendering at all. Is it an issue with client? Does gmail, outlook not render iframe at all?

I need to be able to execute a delivery for direct mail and/or Phone where the delivery just executes ALL rows, regardless of whether the recipient record has a terrestrial address or phone number on it.  The file is being appended externally with address and/or phone number elements that are (or may be) different than what is on the recipient record.  Unfortunately, I cannot find a way to force any delivery to NOT drop records for incomplete address or phone number. 

Couple of days ago users came to me and asked if I could help them with an interesting case. Days passed, and I still don't have any idea. I need Adobe Campaign to allow users to insert Tokens into personalized links inside Deliveries (emails for now). There was some setting I configured before where I can have just one email address in the Profiles.  So when I create an email with the same email address, it will just used one record not two records.  Can someone tell me what I can do so clarence@adobe.com and clarence@adobe.com is just one record and doesn't have two integrated profiles with the same email address?

I am trying to do A/B testing, but I have integrated AEM to Adobe Campaign Standard to created the emails and deliver them.  I read the article... Adobe Campaign Help | Creating an A/B test .  It says "Note: You cannot perform an A/B test on content imported from Adobe Experience Manager.".  Which is what I need to do.  Is there anyway I can accomplish this with a workflow?

HelloI was wondering if someone can show me how to create a text file with any dynamic content and move it to SFTP. Currently I am able to move only text files or CSVs containing any query results to sftp.I am using Adobe Campaign Classic v6.7. (edit: This is for Campaign Standard) I'm creating a custom import template. During the Import File step, I'm doing a Value Remapping on a client-supplied "country" field. Whenever I upload a new file, my Value Remapping disappears. Is this normal? Can it be configured? My client will be regularly uploading new files, so this is unacceptable behavior and I'm not sure why it would be the default.Use case: My client creates a CSV where the "Country" is a string (e.g. "Unites States"). The only meaningful way that I've found to save the country information is using something like an out-of-box ISO-2 field ("US") such as location/@countryCode. I could create a dummy field such as "countryString" just to hold the data but that seems like an anti-pattern.Acceptable solutions:1) Can you save a string such as "United States" directly into an appropriate out-of-box like country or location?2) Is there a way to persist Value Remapping so it isn't destroyed when you upload a new file?Screenshot:I

Right now I have my workflow ready to go, and all the conditional variables that vary per delivery are stored into the temporary table. At the end of the delivery, the columns I require are then saved with a ListUpdate action to preserve them to a datalist. Everything about the delivery is now working as desired, which is great! However.In order to run diagnostics on the performance of these variables I need to be able to run some query on the the datalist that could make a join on the correct tracking data using the delivery id and recipient id to match up the rows.  Originally I had been hoping that I could link this created datalist directly to the tracking data adobe already has through the delivery_id, however I have not been able to locate how to do this. So that brings me to my question: Whats the best way to associate Tracking data and a List Updated datalist?Tips, or Instructions for a new user would be appreciated at this point.

Hi ,I have been using the A/B feature for my previous client perfectly , however with the new requirements I wish to seek guidance on the below queries.1) Instead of using 2 separate deliveries to set up a campaign and use the tracking information for targeting the winner, can this be done using a single delivery by implementing dynamic subject lines.2) It usually takes a lot of time in our instance to get the tracking information . Is there a way that we can expedite the tracking process or what is the exact time when the tracking information is available to use.3) Are there any challenges that may arise for using recurring deliveries for creating an A/B test campaign.Thanks.

Hi All,For my segmentation purpose, I am using a personalization block in my email delivery's subject line. Inside this personalization block, I am doing a soap call to fetch the subject appropriate for my segment. However, if after evaluation, if I get 'Hi <%= recipient.firstName %>' this recipient firstName part is not getting evaluated, rather i am getting the subject as 'Hi <%= recipient.firstName %>' not as 'Hi Jessie' (considering 'Jessie' is the recipient's first name).Anyone has ever tried something like this? Any idea what I am doing wrong here?Appreciate your response.Thanks & regards

Is there any place to reference what the various parameter names, parameter values and applicability conditions are and mean? it seems like I can choose and/or write whatever I would like, but there must be some sort of format and structure to follow...
