data loading - Rejection mechanism

Hi All.

While doing data loading , i have selected "Keep rejects in a file" and given the file name .But this will generate files when ever data loading happens , irrespective of any error rejects are there or not.

Is there anyway to control it , that file generates only when reject record is there.
