Restart delivery when delivery duration is exceeded

Hi together,

we've performed an email campaign in several waves. Unfortunately, the ran over the delivery duration, so not the whole target was sent. How could we sent out the last emails within the campaign without using a new workflow? There is a restart button in the email delivery form. If we click the restart button, what will be restartet? Sending out the whole email campaign or the pending rest of the target?
