Adobe Workfront Fusion

Hi,Screenshots attached......I'm trying to remove a Project User from a project in the People area, when they are no longer assigned any Tasks.I'm looking at the object Project User, which I believe is an array of the People on a Project.When I use the Search module in Workfront, I get an error saying that the object PRTU isn't available even though it's in the module drop down selection.'[422] PRTU is not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal'Has anyone faced this issue?thanks,Kelly

Hello Everyone, I would like to add a team / user on Workfront project (i.e. people section of the WF project).I tried the beloew  Custom API module  URI : prjusr Method : Post  Query String : ProjectID & UserIDError : Invalid Json at line 1 (If the parameters are passed in the Body section) -OR- null objCode (when the parameters were passed as Query Strings)   Create Record Record type : Project User Passed both fields : Project ID & User ID Error : PRTU is not a top level object 

It is cumbersome when scrolling through a long list of options (such as from Search Criteria Fields, Select Forms to Map, Outputs, etc.) to see which are checked.  It is especially so when you have long custom forms hundred of fields long.I suggest incorporating an action where if boxes in Fusion Scenario Modules are checked that they could be automatically pinned to the top for easy reference.

Is anyone using Fusion to connect Frame IO and their Workfront projects? 

Grok and I have been trying to crack this nut for an hour now. (I asked the AI Assistant and….let’s just say there were many 👎🏻s) Figured I’d ask the hive mind and--if I figure it out before anyone else does--I’ll post it here for everyone else.The ask: I want to be able to determine the ID of an approval attached to an issue. The only pieces of data I have are the approvalProcessID (which I know because I have Fusion apply an approval process to these issues) and currentApprovalStepID. No matter what I do with that currentApprovalStepID, I just cannot get to the approval. If I try to use that to search for the APPROVAL object, I get a 400. If I try searching via the ARVSTP object, I get scolded that it’s “...not a top level object and can't be requested directly in internal”There has to be something that both Grok and I are missing here. Any thoughts?

Does anyone have any links to what the various graphs in the Fusion performance dashboard actually mean? I am in the process of specifying which Groups have view permissions to their relevant portfolios and programs. We’ve been working in an ‘everyone has access to view’ model. Now that there is more structure being built, I’d like to pull back and only allow view access to programs and portfolios that are assigned to each user(s) assigned group(s). I am new to fusion and went down a dark and frustrating rabbit hole. Does anyone have a starting point for me?

Is it possible to make JSON Modules in Adobe Fusion ignore null values? So, in the outputted JSON String, we need the parameters that are empty to be removed from the output JSON, rather than simply having an empty value.I can’t see any settings in the modules, so would appreciate anyone who has found a solution.

Hi everyone, this might be a trivial question, but I am struggling to find a trigger that will start a scenario whenever a document version gets updated (i.e. a new version is added in WF).Any ideas how I can monitor the document version and see when a new version is added? Thanks in advanceJoao

I'm new to Fusion and one of the quick wins we've identified is pulling the overall deliverable due date custom field in the issue into the project template. The goal is for the last task due date which is release final files automatically aligns with the overall due date set by the client in their request. Is this even possible and if so, what happens to the tasks if the time allotted doesn't align with the template? Any insights would be helpful to the possibility, concerns and even how to start setting this up as a scenario. Thanks in advance!
