Is there a way to view Programs in a calendar view (without purchasing Workfront Planning)? Is there a way to create a canvas dashboard or something?

Hi everyone, I’ve been experimenting with different ways to build Proof reports that show who has approved.In some cases, the reports only show one approver even though multiple people were involved across different stages. In other cases, the reports show multiple approvers, but some unrelated names appear that have nothing to do with the approval.Does anyone have a good example of a Proof report that clearly shows all the names of approvers and the exact date and time of their approvals? Or is this simply not possible? Thanks in advance!

Dear All, We have one custom field set up as typeahead. That is one which refers to one object such as user, company, etc. Referred object also has custom field itself. We are trying to get one custom field from the referred object. Would it be possible to confirm it is something which is supported by text mode? If yes, we would interested to understand how we should write text mode formula. We have used below formulation which is incorrect as it leads to blank result. We really enjoy the integration from Workfront and Microsoft Teams and Outlook (Well used to for Outlook before the Token situation) Will there be more updates? It would be great for reviewers to get notification when they are assigned to a proof... Things like that!

I've created a marketing demand plan but in the views area it's not allowing me to choose the Gantt and Calendar views.  See screenshot: Any suggestion as to what I need to do? 

I recently attended a virtual event where it was mentioned that the new Request Queue Dashboard will be officially released on 10/16. I've started exploring it, but the layout and functionality are quite different from the current dashboard we're used to. In our current setup, we're able to easily view the original request, the converted project, and the full project path. This structure helps us keep track of each project's status. In the new dashboard, everything appears to have a status of "In Progress," which makes it difficult to monitor where each project actually stands in its lifecycle. Is there a way to configure the new Request Dashboard to show similar details to the current version - specifically the converted project and its progress/status? Appreciate any insights or tips. Hello! I have an interesting request to capture all tasks that were closed over the weekend, specifically between Friday at 6 pm ET and Monday at 8 am ET. I think I can find a way to do this using Fusion, but I wanted to check if anyone here had an idea for creating a report in Workfront to capture this.

Hi everyone- Scenario: We use Workfront's queue feature as our intake form to manage our incoming project requests. Users from outside our organization submit via the queue, and we then turn them into project plans. There are a few fields which are crucial to our project maintenance, but are not fields we wish for those filling out the form to dictate. One example would be a rich text field that we use for "status updates". I am an admin, so created an admin only section with these additional fields, but I am realizing that my users can't see the content of it, nor can they edit the fields. Typically, we go over our workload using the report, and along the way, we add notes into this status update field. Has anyone found an easy way to integrate necessary custom fields without making them forward facing on the form that does not limit view and edit access to admins only?

Hi! Has anyone used the Workfront calendar to show all birthdays of your team/dept/org?If yes, how do you set it up? We are currently using Workfront to show when people are out of office (they input their own time off). And, we are also using schedules to mark company holidays. Both impact hour availability (admin manage this one).It would be great if we can also see birthdays on there, which does not impact hour availability. Right now, we are toggling between the Workfront calendar and an external one. Appreciate any thoughts or feedback!

I am really struggling with AI Assistant prompts.  I think I am asking basic question like "How many tasks are in team's backlog (I provide the exact name of the team)?"  It gave me an answer of 20 and I know there is 383.  If I ask it "how many tasks are assigned to a certain user"  - this is a question that is in your Best Practices guide - it gave me an error message for the person I selected and when I did it for me, it only provides 20 tasks (because it is truncated).  Why is this happening? I also do not think it recognizes custom fields - we have a field called Resources Requested and AI Assistant does not recognize it.  When will this be available?

I have a request to change an existing Workfront proofing workflow. They want to switch the first and second stages. I didn't see a way to do that. Does anyone know if that is possible and if so, how to do it? I was thinking about creating a new stage and then deleting the existing first stage. Would that affect any existing proofs that used this workflow? Any other suggestions on how to accomplish this? Marla

Hello all, I'm trying to copy a project and it times out (I hit the blue "Copy project" button, the button turns gray, then after a 5-10 seconds the button turns back to blue and the project is not copied). The project I'm trying to copy doesn't have many documents, but it has 375 tasks. Have any of you experienced this? Thanks

I need to identify all the custom forms on an object and be able to filter based on all the custom forms (not just the first one listed). There isn't a unique field that would be present on every form so I couldn't use an existing field. I had an idea to create a calculated field on each custom form that populates a value if the form is on the object. But that means I will have to have on field for each form because there can be multiple forms on an object. I can do it that way but trying to see if anyone has any better ideas or knows a way to filter a report to see if a custom form is on the object. The Category field will not work because the form is not always the first form on the object. I can pull a report of all Objects and use the field that pulls all category names but we have close to 50k objects and it will take forever to get an export of that report each time it is needed. I have not figured out how to filter on that field - it seems like that field has also been
