Add 'Entered by' to the list of fields reportable in a 'Billing record' report

Please add ‘Entered by’ to the list of fields available in a ‘Billing Record’ report. 

Being able to audit who entered a ‘Billing Record’ is critical when you’re dealing with finance issues, we were surprised this wasn’t possible already.
