We have a drop down list of all our properties in our custom project intake form. It's long, old and needs to be updated. Is there a way to export that drop down list with all the options so I can get it marked up by a copy editor? 

Hi all, does anyone know if there's a way to add a column to a Proof Approval Report that pulls the issue name and its owner name that the proof was uploaded to? (here proof is part of the task in a project which was resolved by the issue)

I have created a request intake form in Workfront and I need to enable the public sharing for the form for the users who doesn't have access to workfront.Please help !

I have 2 users with the same access, home group, teams, layout template, etc and one can see the canvas dashboard we set on their layout template and one can't. What am I missing?

We have several large request queues that are not published.  We realized that the permissions functionality* varies slightly for the entered by user between non-published and published request queues, and we prefer the way it works on published queues. Is there anything I need to watch out for if I switch our queues to "Publish as Help Request Queue"?  Nothing else in the queue needs to change. In Workfront, users have the ability to download the proofing tool, which displays all associated comments. Is it possible to upload a PDF that contains comments and have those pdf comments automatically populate within the proofing tool?

Hello!  I have Document Version report that filters by pending decisions and a specific active stage.  This was previously working fine, but now it is not removing the proofs where a decision has been made on the stage. As if its no longer considering that stage inactive. The stages are typically unlocked, though if no more decisions are required and its moved on to the next stage, it should still not be pulling in. What am I missing? Thank you! 

I have a document report which shows all files within a task folder called Final Files. However on occasions our team is creating subfolders and the report is not picking up any of the files that sit within those subfolders. The subfolder names are not consistent and therefore unable to pick up with an AND: for an additional folder name.I am currently using this text mode which works if the files are sitting directly under the Final Files:EXISTS:a:$$EXISTSMOD=EXISTSEXISTS:a:$$OBJCODE=DOCFLDEXISTS:a:documentID=FIELD:IDEXISTS:a:folder:name=Final FilesEXISTS:a:folder:name_Mod=eqprojectID=XXXXXXX Any help would be really appreciated.projectID_Mod=in
