Is there a way to run a report that shows all the places a specific custom form is attached?

Hi, I have a few hundred projects that don't have a project owner, so we're going to update these with the person who entered the project e.g. Entered By:Name Is that possible to do without using Fusion? If not, I'll have to do it manually which will ruin my Monday! 😉 ThanksMatt

I am trying to create a calculated field in a custom form that will show me the average turn around time form Project Initiation To Approved Go Live date on all completed projects.  I cannot figure out how to get two expressions in the calculated field.  I know one would be DATEDIFF({DE:Approved Implementation Date},{DE:Project Initiation Date})but I don't know how to add the expression to get the average.  Any suggestions?

We are importing bulk Issues into Workfront for an upcoming onboarding of Projects. Usually, each one generates 3 different associated notifications. We don't want users to be burdened with mass notifications.I know there is a Project status that can be used "Planning" so modifications can be made to the Project that won't send out notifications. Is there a similar status that can be used for Issues?

Hi friends,So, I have something which is driving me kinda crazy. I'm trying to write a validation logic rule where if a particular multiselect field is selected along with any other field that the validation error kicks in.Here's the formula:IF(ARRAYLENGTH({DE:fieldName})>1&&CONTAINS({DE:fieldName},"option"),"Option must be the only contract selected. Adjust this and resubmit.")Now, this is a valid expression. However, it isn't validating. I've been trying to cheat with Copilot and Grok and neither are giving me something which works.This is killing me because there's gotta be something simple that I'm clearly not seeing. Help? -j

I use the Workfront extension for InDesign and every time I generate a proof it gives people weird roles. For instance, some people are given "Reviewer & Approver" while others are given "Reviewer." I'm sure it has something to do with their role in the system, but I'd like for everyone I add to be a "Reviewer & Approver" and for me to be a "Reviewer" (I don't need to submit a decision on proofs I create). Is there some way to change that? At the moment, I have to open the proof in workfront and manually change the roles in the proof workflow every time I create a proof from the extension and it gets annoying. I've tried making templates, but each proof I create has different approvers so I can't always forsee what groups of people to include in a template and I don't necessarily want a million templates. To my knowledge, setting proof recipient roles within the extension is not currently possible, but it would be a great feature. Hi,I have a timesheet report that is shared with management.   We noticed that depending who runs the report, they don't see the same people.   For example, when I run the report for 'this quarter', I see timesheets for 14 people.   When one manager runs it, they get the same thing but then a different manager only sees 12 people.  I have checked to make sure they don't have any different filter or view on.   I didn't think there was permissions/sharing for timesheet profiles but maybe there are somewhere?  Also, the 2 people that don't show are the system administrators.  Any ideas why the difference in the report or any permission that I am missing somewhere? Thanks Heather 

Hi all, I'm sure I'm missing something super simple but I'm trying to use a calculated field, formatted as a number, to pull in the difference between our planned start date and actual completion date on our task reporting form for tasks named review. The formula I'm using is:  IF(CONTAINS({name},"review"),WEEKDAYDIFF({plannedStartDate},{actualCompletionDate}),"") but it isn't working as expected. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to further troubleshoot?

Hello,I don't seem to find Best Practices for Cards.  Our Teams rely heavily on the use of Kanban Cards that continuos to impact the Project Timeline negatively and keeps the Project Owners out of the loop.As Best Practice, we advise the Project Team members are told to suggest a "Commit Date" when assigned to a Task in a Project.  In this way the Project Owner gets a notification to accept (timeline gets automatically updated) or reject (Project Owner takes mediating actions). However, "Commit Date" does not seem to be an editable field in the Cards.  As an alternative, I was looking at having the assignee edit the Task Duration in the Card (and notifying the Project Owner).  However, this Task Duration field does not seem to be available in Cards.  What would be the best practice for Team Members to work in the Kanban Cards while communicating with the Project Owner and not affecting the Project Timeline with undesired Constraint changes?

We are a multinational / multilingual company where most users do not natively speak english.I need to gather data using custom forms in different countries speaking different languages (italian, spanish, german and eventually english).It is an issue both of presentation where I would like that custom forms display to each user labels and values in his/her own language, and in reporting where we should be able to consolidate values in one language.I would like to know if there is a way to display custom fields in a custom form in different languages, both in labels and values. 

I am slowly developing our instance as we grow. Our Workfront instance started with just a handful of in-house creatives who owned projects, but now includes a larger marketing team where Program Managers own projects. This is a very new change for us and I am wondering the best way to view in reports how many projects a single designer is currently assigned to.  Has anyone else made a larger change like this OR how do you currently track something like this? There is no right or wrong answer, at this point I just need to gather lots of ideas!

We roll with quarterly releases, so trying to anticipate what Thursday holds for the My Request widget changes? Documentation states: You must have the new requesting experience enabled to see the new widget. You can enable the new requesting experience in your Requests area. The new My Requests widget displays only those requests that were created in the new requesting experience.So, if people want to enable the new My Requests widget (is this really a new "widget" or just a new page), it sounds like the user does this themselves via the USE NEW EXPERIENCE toggle. But do they really lose access to seeing all their old requests? Hard to tell in Preview. Any insights as to what actually happens and what I should tell users if they don't want to lose access to their old requests would be helpful. Do you guide those who make requests to just not toggle to use the new experience?  

Hi all,I'm trying to create a report that shows a list of projects that were closed or killed last month.I'm struggling to find a way to filter for projects that had their status changed in a certain date range.Any ideas?  I feel like I must be missing something here.Thank you!

Hello, We have clients submit requests and then internally 'Convert to Project' which results in the custom form that was attached to the request being available in the 'Project Details' section of the project that was created. On occasion, we need to set up a project before the request is submitted - is there a way to get the details on the Request custom form into the Project Details once it is submitted (after the project is created)? I know we can add the issue to the 'Issues' section, but our users are so used to looking in Project Details it would be ideal for this to be the same as for all other projects. Thank youLana
