Hello all! Product Docs say that Program Member Custom Fields (PMCF) are being merged: When you merge two people, the winner’s Program Member custom field data will be used. But if the winner has none, the loser’s value will be used.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/core-marketo-concepts/programs/working-with-programs/program-member-custom-fields#things-to-know But I don't see it. I imported a person into a program with PMCF (option5, option6...): Then I merged with another person. I don't see the PMCF here, but I guess that's to be expected, as they are program specific. Now the winning record is a program member, and I see the PMCF changes in their activity history. (Screenshot 1 is actually from the winning record.) But I don't see PMCF in the Program Member tab view or in tokens on an email.  {{{member.option5}}, {{{member.option6}}... Any idea why this doesn't work?

have anyone ever experienced something of the sort?i have a form in Marketo for a LP, i wanted to edit it but when i hit "edit draft", this is what i see and i can't do anything - add/remove fields, select, nothing in factbut i know that this form contains fields and is working on the draft LPall other forms work finewhat can be done except deleting and creating a new one? it's rather long and contains several field sets - i don't really want to create it from scratch again

Hi all, My company is looking into integrating Zoom with our Marketo instance. Currently, we promote webinars by linking directly to the Zoom-generated registration page. For example, a Marketo email campaign's CTA is the Zoom registration, and we track clicks in Marketo and the registrations in Zoom. Am I understanding correctly that the integration would enable us to keep this same approach, and see the number of registrants in Marketo?

Hi All,    I am experiencing login challenges with Marketo Nation. Every time I try to log in, it takes me 4-5 attempts, or sometimes even more, to successfully access the platform. I'm not sure if this issue is affecting others as well or if it's just me.

Hi there, I'm using an engagement program to build lead nurturing in Marketo.In this program, I only have one stream with currently 2 emails ready (sent bi-weekly).The goal is to have one stream with 10-12 emails but, I would like to know if it's feasible to go live already with these 2 emails and add more emails along the way (respecting the bi-weekly sending deadline).  Thank you for your precious advice,Kind regards,Sophie

HI All, We are trying to pass facebook (Lead gen form) tracking dynamic parameters to Marketo.  we are using utm_campaign ={{adset.name}} since we need to pass adset name as campaign value and we have mapped "utm_campaign" field with marketo field in facebook lead gen integration from launchpoint but this value is not resolving and facebook is sending campaign name as "{{adset.name}}" in Marketo. Within activity log of facebook form fillout adset value is being passed but it is only available as read only data and cannot be assigned to a field. RegardsRecho

After filling out a form, dependent on the Session, I would like to show the matching day, time, et cetera. I have created a token which I use in an email. Hello!  Creating a newsletter to be sent out to our field.  We are wondering if the email containing the newsletter gets forwarded and the person receiving the email clicks on any of the links contained in that newsletter will that be tracked?  Thank you!  

I am currently having an issue with an email rendering in mobile, specifically within the Marketo email editor and iOS devices when running through Email on Acid. The email does not display 100% width in the view. Works fine in all other clients. Renders like this in iOS.Also worth noting I used this same template on another email and it works fine. Hi,I've been successfully using Engagement streams to deliver emails and I'm now looking at a slightly different use case and I am finding the logic around adding programs in streams somewhat confusing. I have read lots of other questions and the documentation around this topic but would appreciate some more clarity. Point 1:  In the documentation for this area, the guide states the following:What happens when you use a program in a stream?When using a nested program, the decision to send an email to a person is based on the program membership and program ID.If you’re not a member of a program, you will receive any emails that are part of the program onceIf you’re a member of the program, you won’t receive the emailIf you are no longer a member but received the email earlier through that program, you won’t receive the emailAm I interpreting this correctly in that if I have a program in stream and the membership criteria (Smart list) for that program is met, the person will NO

Hello, How do I set up cookie-based UTM tracking in Marketo? I want to be able to track source even if a person navigates away from the URL with the UTM parameters. Is it possible to track, if UTM URL parameters not in URL, set cookie values, and if UTM URL parameters is present, set those.

Marketo does not track repeated open/send activities with the same emails. If the same email is sent to a person record multiple times, the only open/sent data activity will be logged 1x per record. I have a really awkward workaround where I build smart lists :was sent email minimum 1 time and then another for 2 times and so on until i get an idea of how many people were sent the email. This is ok but there is no way to get the open rate for these emails, just sent. I send a lot of transactional emails and customers will get the same email several times a month. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks, 

Consideration is being given to implementing Salesforce CDP (specifically MC-Data Cloud for Marketing). Not being particularly familiar with it, I'm being asked what will it take to integrate Data Cloud with Marketo. Has anyone done it? Are you making the CDP segments available to Marketo via custom objects directly? Trying to quickly get my head around this so any advice you provide will be very helpful. Thanks, Sheila

Created social ads that drove users to our website with UTM parameters Observations and LearningsDespite importing the list to Marketo and syncing it to social platforms, users who came to our site via the Munchkin script were all recorded in Marketo as anonymous users. This was contrary to our expectation that we would know their identities.  Identification AttemptTo identify the anonymous users, we sent a Marketo email to the same target list.
