Installing Dynamic Chat on Staging

Has anyone installed their dynamic chat instance on their staging environment? We want to test it before placing it on our live site, but nothing happens when we tried to install it on our staging environment. It's a different domain from our live site, so i'm wondering if there's something that needs to be done before we add in the JavaScript snippet to our staging environment.

@sarahya1 You may need to create/edit your dialogues to include your staging environment URL.so that a dialogue will fire!

Hi @sarahya1 ,

You can test your Dynamic chat on your staging environment by providing your staging URL as the target URL on the dialogue creation page.
