Adobe Marketo Engage

I have recently set up a new API to capture some leads from an agency. They are pushing them to Marketo, but the trigger that I've used in the past which is 'fills out form' is not capturing the leads.  What is the best way to capture these in the correct program, do I need to collect a unique field which listens for the field to be updated? If this is the case, what would happen if the lead came through again? If this field already contains data what will the trigger need to be? Any suggestions gratefully received. 

Has anyone had any luck adding a customized facebook share link (ie - when you click "share" I would like to pre-fill in the message that shows up for posting.) They used to have a place in Marketo where you can do this but they recently deprecated this (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/demand-generation/social/configuring-social-actions/configure-social-sign-up-share-flow). I tried using the facebook developer tools and manually put in the appropriate open graph meta tags and coding, but it seems to ignore the OG info. Wondering if it's a problem with Marketo not recognizing it or if it's the code (but it works as a standard blank share with the right url, just not pulling the customized title and description from the meta tag.)

Hi All, We have strange issue coming in Marketo. Marketo Updated AT field showing old date when comparing date vale with consent Date. As "Updated At" is system field it should get updated at any record update. Please suggest. Regards, 

Hi, I am working with an outside vendor to get leads passed into Marketo from their site.  In trying to set up this connection, I have to set everything up in their Webhook Management portal.   The connection to Marketo is working but I am getting an Error message and I can not figure out the solution.  When asking for assistance from the vendor, I did not get any help.  Any guidance would be so helpful.

I have a large number of contacts (250K+) that I need to pass through a trigger campaign. I am building out a guided landing page, trying to pull in a custom font to overwrite the entire page. I have uploaded the font into Design Studio. Hi, I’m currently testing Email On Acid's Analytics feature, and I need to add a tracking code snippet to my email for it to work. However, when I paste the code into the HTML source editor and click save, Marketo automatically removes the <style> tags. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? Unfortunately, I can't use the 'Edit Code' option to insert the tracking code because my email template contains dynamic content that cant be removed this is why I'm trying to add the code directly through the HTML source editor. Thanks you in advance 🙂

I've been facing white line issues in some email templates. Initially, the templates work fine, but as we start creating emails, white lines start appearing in certain places across a few emails. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a permanent solution? This is consuming a lot of time, and I’m struggling to find a consistent fix.

Am I able to add additional fields to the pop-down that appears? I want to be able to capture more than just name and email.

We recently noticed a huge soft/hard bounce on one of our campaigns. Upon further research, I found out SF users made a mistake and updated a lot of emails with .full at the end of email addresses and then reversed it back. (see image) This was done 9/5 and 9/6. When we sent out emails on 9/12, the emails bounced and then got set as Email Invalid. What is the best way this can be fixed? Also, why did Marketo set them as bounced/email invalid if the emails are correct again? Or any insights on this is appreciated. Would love to relay more information to our IT team of the error and what happened to our email campaign.   

Hi everyoneI am trying to set up some alerts for my team to get a notification to when a named account visits the unsubscribe page on our website, either directly or via clicking into a link that leads to our unsubscribe page. I've setup the smart list and the flow so that it should send us an email when the set action is triggered. Marketo managed to pick-up the result accordingly, however we still don't receive an email or any alert notification for when someone visited the webpage. Any suggestion on how to make this work, or if there is a better way to do it? Hi all,  Has anyone had success integrating their Marketo instance with Zoom for Government specifically? Our company uses it for security reasons, as many of those attending our webinars are in the US government. Our team is going to research if this integration would meet our security standards. But I'm wondering if it's possible at all, and if so, how it can be done. When my team tested it out, Marketo always brought us to the Zoom login page, which is separate from Zoom for Government. I'm considering a custom API, but I'm not sure if Zoom for Gov allows this.  I know this is probably a niche question, but I'm hoping someone here has been in a similar situation. Any info would be helpful, as most of the documentation I can find is only about Zoom Webinars or Zoom Events. Thanks!

Marketo released Self-Service Flow Steps (SSFS) last summer and I’ve been shocked that more people haven’t been talking about it.  I’ve been working with Marketo over a decade, and for me this is an absolute game changer.  I have spent the past year building dozens of custom flow steps, and I’ve been amazed with the things we’re able to do that were previously impossible. Hello, We would like to add the bizible javascript to our website.We require consent compliance, and are using GTM (Google Tag Manager) with consent mode v2.How should we tag the bizible script?options are:`ad_personalization``ad_storage``ad_user_data``analytics_storage``functionality_storage``personalization_storage``security_storage`I did find this resource helpful, but it outlines a more manual setup - not GTM consent mode. I'd like to use google consent mode v2, which prevents scripts from firing until consent is received. The list of cookies issued by Bizible suggests to me that it should be tagged to require these consents:`ad_personalization``ad_storage``ad_user_data``analytics_storage`Can someone help shed some light on this for me? I want to sync a smart list to a Facebook Ads audience using the integration and using Enable Continuous Audience Sync.  This product documentation suggests, but doesn't outright state, that this is only possible with static lists: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/demand-generation/ad-network-integrations/send-a-list-to-an-ad-network Is that the case? If so, my plan is to set up a smart list of the people I want and then a couple of batch campaigns to periodically add and remove people from a second static list, which will be the one that's actually synced to Facebook. Shouldn't be too hard, just want to make sure I'm not doing a bunch of extra work if I don't have to. 

Hello! We set up a webhook for our SMS campaigns. I wanted to know if there is a way to set the time of day for this call. IE a constraint to say call on this webhook/send the SMS between 8am-3pm PT or just send at one time daily? Is this possible? Thank you.

Hi AllWe have out custom JS file that's cached at the Adobe CDN. I noticed that its TTL is shorter than what we have for forms2.css and forms2.js.Is there any chance we can increase the TTL for those custom files too? It would really help us out.Thanks a bunch!
