I have created a nurture campaign to engage leads who already exhausted content in multiple nurture campaigns. I have set up the Smart Lists using the trigger Fills Out Form for the majority of the programs.
However, I have one program where there is no form fill. The lead is created by an API.
What trigger do I use to add the leads from this API to the exhausted content nurture campaign? Appreciate your help!

Using the trigger "Person created source Web API" looks correct if you are looking person created via SOAP/REST API . My question is: Does the Web Source ever change with other actions? Are you collecting the Web Source based on the person creation via the Web API? If yes, then you can use the filter "Web Source" as shown in the picture. Since the trigger campaign is based on person creation, the person should not be in any nurture campaign yet, and therefore, you should not have anyone exhausted in the nurture. The only way to create your target audience based on exhausted nurture, you should use the following filters with a batch campaign:
