Adobe Marketo Engage

I have a few Marketo forms in place where I collect consent from people to send text messages to them. By default I have set them as blank and not pre-filled. But whenever I view my forms, these check boxes come as pre-filled. I have cleared the cache, checked in incognito mode and everywhere but I am unable to fix this. Has anyone else faced the same issue and how did you fix this?

Has anyone found a way to move reports in the Advanced BI Analytics from one folder to another? We have a lot of really old reports that were imported over, and I'd like to get them cleaned up and organized the be more aligned with our new team structures without having to recreate them all. Even if you try to copy an existing report, it will only allow you to save to the folder it currently lives in. 

Hello, and thank you for your input! I set up a Nurture campaign with a set first cast, which has already gone out. However, I would like to change the deployment time for future casts. The only way to do this seems to be changing the first cast date to a future date. Will that cause people to receive the first email in my nurture again?

Hi,I have an use case to solve, could you suggest the possible solutionI have a default program(ABC) in Marketo which is created manuallyMultiple static lists will be created dynamically with in default program ABCfor example static list "1 - first list" will be created via an API call and email addresses will be imported . Want to mark all static list email addresses as program members  as soon as email list is imported. "2 - Second list" can be created next time and so forthNo manual intervention should be there to update static list name in case of  trigger campaign or batch campaign is definedWe can mark emails as program members via API but looking for something if we can achieve this by means of a smart campaign.Please suggest. Thanks,Babu

Hi all! Would love to hear your thoughts on what an ideal email send cadence would be for an operational email going to all our clients, including non-marketable persons that we rarely reach out to? Details below:There are about 68,000 recipients of an upcoming operational email, that otherwise rarely receive any Marketo outreach from usWhat would be a low-risk way to make sure the operational email reaches these folks without risking a lowered sender reputation? Hello everyone,   I noticed something odd while checking opportunity details in Advanced BI Analytics. The opportunity count shows the same number for every month and even for different programs. It also shows counts for months in 2026, which seems off. The count looks more like the all-time total opportunities rather than month-wise numbers, as you can see in the attached image.   Has anyone else faced this? Any idea why the numbers are not changing across months and programs? Would really appreciate any guidance or solutions.   Thanks in advance!

Unable to find the root cause in their stack of plugins, they tried a desperate fix: add an onSubmit() listener and stop submission if the listener runs a second time.   Like so: MktoForms2.whenReady(function(readyForm){ let stopFutureSubmissions = false; readyForm.onSubmit(function(submittingForm){ if(stopFutureSubmissions) { return false; } stopFutureSubmissions = true; }); });   Fine idea in theory, but that’s not how you stop form submission. The Marketo onSubmit() listener stack doesn’t care if you return false from every single listener! We have a dynamic email that we send to our prospects that is built based on the country and will keep the corresponding links for each country and region. I am seeing a person click a link in this email that wouldn't be served to them based on the region/dynamic rules. Could this be something of a bot clicking links that aren't truly visible to the person? I have checked the email a bunch, and I am not seeing any link reference to this link on the email that they were dynamically sent.

We’ve observed that the Bulk Export API returns an HTTP status of `200 OK` even when the response body contains an error. For example, we received the following response:when using a bulk api i.ebulk/v1/leads/export/{ExportID}/file.json { "requestId": "4aac#17c", "success": false, "errors": [ { "code": "603", "message": "Access denied" } ] } Despite the `"success": false` flag and error code `603`, the HTTP status was still `200 OK`. This behavior is misleading and complicates error handling, as it suggests the request was successful when it clearly wasn’t. Are we able to use same IP address in more than one Marketo instance? 

We have a need to have a single smart campaign, but we need to email to be different each time the campaign is executed. I noticed that the "Send Email" step in Flow step in Smart Campaigns seems to accept tokens, like so:   But I can't get it to work. I'm filling out the token (via the API) with the folder name and email name like so: My Folder.My Email   Has anyone been able to get this to work with a "my" token?   Thanks.

Hello all, I understand there are no API endpoints available to get the total people to count for Smart-lists. I was wondering if anyone has found a workaround for this. I am more looking for a programmatic approach. Would it be possible to create a batch campaign to add the Smart-list members to a list (list name would be predefined) and then query the list by name to get the total member count? any other approaches?  Thank you In advanced.
