Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi, We can add tags to Campaigns, Journeys, segments and links. But it seems like you can only create a segment on the tags you have added to links. Are there any possibilities for creating segments based on those tags?- Cant really find any documentation on this subject Kind regards,Jonas Pabst

Hi there, We noticed that iOS push notification clicks are not writing into the AJO Push Tracking Event Dataset, but Android is. We are having a hard time figuring where to begin the investigation, any suggestions? We also don't see any errors related to the iOS showing up in the dataset either. Are there any documentations on how these data feeds into the dataset? Thanks.

Hi, I'm wondering if people have styling code that can be added in to help with link formatting for our email footers. Currently our standard footer has 2 links and pulls in someone's email address using personalisation. In most clients the links aren't showing as underlined and the 2 links are the same colour and then the email address is a different colour. Also, In some clients the ABN is also changing to blue font and underlined when we don't want it to be. We want the 3 links to show in the same font colour and underlined on multiple different coloured backgrounds. Attached is a screenshot of one of the previews.

Hello everyone, Does anyone know the meaning of "duplicate" in push results in Adobe queries? Regards,Diego P.

Hi, team!I'm having my first full experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and a question occurred to me: how can we filter the people who opened/click in a specific email in AJO? I want to retarget these people in the future on another journey. What is the correct procedure: create an audience and filter these people? If so, what would be the rules? Thanks!

Hi there, We have use case where we want to lookup the metadata of a offer id, to say offer name etc. The metadata is in a lookup table as described in this video: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/platform-learn/tutorials/schemas/configure-relationships-between-schemas The dataset and schema has been enabled for profile, but I don't see it as an option in the data source configuration in AJO. Is this something that can be retrieved in a journey? Thanks.

Hi, As per title, we are looking to leverage the Reaction Event, but is a bit confused on the differences between the two. When someone receives the push, I thought there would only be one action (aka clicking on the push?)Thanks.

Hi, I'd like to create a Journey which start with an Unitary Event and after the trigger, add some waits which will take different actions, something like this   The thing is everytime I click on "+" in the event activity, the "Only events can be set in paralel" alert shows, and it's weird as I want to add another path to an event, even the warning is saying that for events is possible Not sure why but there're some cases I can add more paths to the first eventBut in those cases I only can add another event and not the wait activity as desired I already tested this and not working, trigger is working only for first inital event and keeps there, the person does not move from inital event... So, how can I achieve my goal? Thanks

Hi,  I am using Adobe's demo environment and page view events are configured that way.Home page events:- web.webpagedetails.pageViewsProduct page events:- commerce.productViewCommerce checkouts events:- web.webpagedetails.pageViews I would like to ask more experienced colleagues what is the best practice for this?If we would like to have all page views in CJA taking into account above configuration we need to sum it using calculated metrics:all page views = commerce.productView + web.webpagedetails.pageViewsHow you approach this on your projects?

Hi,  I have a bit of an urgent ask. Is it possible to create a web version of an email in AJO, so that the email can be accessed through a URL? Thanks

Hi,  i wanted to ask if someone experienced the same issue, we followed adobe recommendations and enabled the toggle for list-unsubscribe on both our email channel surfaces. However in our emails (on gmail) no link unsubscribe is in the header.  do we need to do other? it seems that enabling this toggle is sufficient. Thanks.

Hi @satheeskannak @mohan_dugganab @arpan-garg We have a scenario we want to create a landing page and the we have to pull the expression fragment in it and the expression fragment is having personalization in it.when we are trying it to giving an error http 500 Error "This page isn’t working ,URL+is currently unable to handle this request"can you tell me the issue will it work or not?"

Hi all, We store critical information related to the push notification in Custom Data. Wondering where can we find this information in a dataset? Thanks.

Hi,  I would like to implement abandon basket in AJO. I found out that instruction - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/commerce-merchant-services/data-connection/use-cases/using-ajo.html?lang=en#create-a-timeout-event However how do you check that event commerce.purchases did not happen? Is there any other instruction how to implement that use-case?  Thanks Mike

Hi there, Is there a way to query the order of sequence of nodes/events/actions in a journey purely by looking at the datasets? For example, I am looking at journey_step_events, I am able to define certain parent-child relationship by using the parentnode/parenttransitionID etc, but it still doesn't indicate the chronological order of steps happening, is there a way to do this? Thanks.

Hi there, If I have a streaming segment where the data comes from a pubsub queue that sends the data once a day, will the Audience Qualification still fire when the daily batch came in before the journey was published? For example, daily batch comes in at 9AM from pubsub queue, audience is 100. I publish a journey at 10AM with the journey starting with Audience Qualification, will the 100 still go through the journey and how long? Or the 100 will need to be resent? Thanks.

hi  i want to send whatsapp messages during the journey using AJO custom actionas per Twilio documemtation , the accept only : Expected Content Type for API RequestsTwilio's APIs expect the content type of API requests to be either application/x-www-form-urlencoded or multipart/form-data. It is important to note that although Twilio returns responses in JSON format, the API requests themselves should be formatted as either www-urlencoded or multiparty form data. how can achive this in custom action ?

Hi,  I would like to know which product is more suitable ( Target or AJO ) to recommend products for users:- best sellers, - last seen, - personalized products? Is there any comparison between Offer Decisioning and Target Recommendations?
