Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi , I am having some troubles understanding composition in AJO. I have a audience with some profiles as its member. If i now want to enrich this audience with some more info like product details , i have to create a composition with enrichment in the workflow. My question is when will this enrichment happen, will it happen everytime new profiles enter or exits the audience?Is there a way to schedule this? @satheeskannak @anuhya-y @akshaaga  Thanks,Arpan Garg

Hi Team, We are trying to check if a profile is eligible for an offer in the custom action editor; if it is, get the offer details in the custom action. Any suggestions on how this can be achieved? Thanks,Koti.  

I want to use the Restful API to update a certain attribute of a profile (such as gender), or use the API to trigger events during the journey.But I'm not sure if AJO or AEP supports it.If possible, could you please provide a document or sample? Thank you~

Hi all, Looking for some clairty around full delegation of subdomains and DMARC records: Does AJO have a DMARC reporting tool that you can send RUA and RUF reports to? If we make changes to our root domain DMARC record, will the sub-domain records in AJO be updated automatically or will the platform owner need to update these records manually to stay in line with any changes at the root level?

Dear community Advisers, I am facing some issue while rendering the Email template in the AJO.Everything is fine except one white line coming in between two fragments in the template. This is not in all devices only few devices. Mostly window devicesOL Office 365 (Win 10)Outlook 2019 (Win 10)Office 365 Dark (Win 10)Outlook 2021 (Win 10)Outlook 2021 Dark (Win 10)  Is there any code or else any other way solve the issue. it would be great help to me if the problem is resolved.  RegardsSatya  

I have created a fragment. The right side should be image and the left side should be text, but in the mobile version, the image should come first, and the text should come next, not like the default behavior of the fragment. It would be great for me if you guys solved the issue.   Mobile version should be like above but it is coming like below.   RegardsSatya

We are receiving error messages in the Email Feedback and Tracking datasets and need to notify the Canvas Developers which journeys are receiving the errors. The Email Feedback and Tracking datasets contain the Journey Version ID. We need a way to make a call to Adobe to return the name of the journey using the Journey Version ID.

Are you able to include fragments in your reporting for email interaction/impressions?

For the new email domain in new sandbox, is there any way to limit the emails per day or per journey?  I know there are few manual ways like following but I have not found any automated way. The manual ways, I have found:1. Profile cap. But for daily journey, you need to duplicate the journeys everyday if you want to adjust it. Because we cannot edit the published journey. 2. Create different path with time condition with profile cap. It will be monster journey if I need to reach 50K email and want to increase 1K per day....and if I have like 3 different email templates. And frequency rule only works on the individual profile. Please let me know if you know any ways without editing the live journey.

Is it possible to export an email proof directly from AJO as an image proof (png or jpeg) instead of sending to email?  Also, is there any way to connect Sending a proof from AJO to Workfront and generate the workfront proof automatically? Since they are both Adobe platforms.

Hey all, We are using a custom action in a journey, which hits a proxy api to generate a token and inject it as an authentication header for subsequent calls. We are setting the cacheDuration in the authentication payload to 1 hour so that the token in response gets stored in the cache and it is good for an hour for the next call to the API. Is there any way that we can test the caching or the fact that the token generated is being used for the next calls for an hour and then a new token is generated?

I was reviewing the documentation about using AEM assets integrated to AJO offers and found this page.The instructions say "To import files to Assets Essentials or Assets as a Cloud Service, you first need to browse or create the folder it will be stored into. You will then be able to insert them to your email content." Does the integration only work for the email channel? How does it work if I need to associate assets to offers that will be delivered to a mobile app, for instance?

Hi, We have a custom action in AJO which will send API calls to an endpoint and get payload data for campaigns. However, I checked this document (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/configure-journeys/action-journeys/action-response.html?lang=en) which says one API call per profile even if the response always the same. So if an audience is 50,000 large, it will send 50,000 API calls. So my question is whether there is a way to optimize the number of API calls? Or cache the payload in AJO? Or start a journey at midnight? Any solutions to reduce the number of API calls? Thanks

Hi We have a specific use case where a journey needs to occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday exclusively. However, the journey should not take place on Tuesday and Thursday. Is there a method to achieve this within the context of journey planning? If so, please provide the necessary steps to accomplish this task.

Hi Team, I need to create a journey where need to exclude audience who have received the communication already. Can someone help on approach please? In ACC we normally take it from broadlog and exclude using exclusion, but not sure of AJO. RegardsA

Apologies if this is an obvious question, I'm new to AJO and it seems to lack a lot of basic functionality I'd expect from an email platform. Hopefully it's just me... We have sent our first email out of AJO, in the reporting there are some basic metrics but I can't see an obvious way to tell who has actually opened or even received the email. How do I get a breakdown of the actual contacts and what they did with the email?

Hi everyone, I need to create end to end automating journeys like we create recurring campaigns in Adobe campaign (loading data from schema and sending campaigns to new customer daily) Here in AJO, we have to use batch audience and will reach that batch audience to target to new customers daily by Journey. Can someone please help me understand how we will be setting up flow and how it it work logically? (In ACC, we know we can make workflow like use Query -> Split -> recurring email delivery) RegardsAbhishek

Hi there, We have both android and ios setup using the same Push Surface. However, android and ios each have different platform id. Below is what it looks like by default when we select the app surface and the default platform id (which defaults to ios platform id)As you can see there, there is no quotation marks around the id. I tried using the override button, manually input the platform id in the expression editor so we can send to android devices (see the difference in platform id), but I am getting an error like below: Is there a specific way to use this override parameter button?  Thanks.
