How to use payload attributes from custom audience upload for personalization?

Hi Everyone,

I want to run a campaign from a custom audience upload, there is a column in this custom upload which I want to use for personalisation as well.

According to Adobe doc, when importing the externally generated audience, all the fields except the primary identifier field is considered payload attributes. These attributes are considered non-durable, as they will only be associated with this audience for purposes of personalization, and are not connected to the profile.

However, when I try to find these payload attributes for personalization, I am not able to find it. Can anyone please help me in understanding how we can use attributes from custom audience in our campaigns?
