Hi everyone,In the property in production in Publishing flow, In  upstream resource , I have been seeing that the current published library has rules which has old revision enabled rather than latest .  Can, any tell me how this happens and how to enable the latest one or resolve the issue, because of this there has been lot of confusion. For example 6th revision is published in Library while the latest one is completely different..Thanks

Hi team, I am deploying adobe launch on a client's website. The client already have a launch script tracking data from their website for a partner website. The issue is if we deploy our launch container on top of existing one, the tags fire intermittently for one or the other property. The tracking is inconsistent. What is a work around this? Can we deploy multiple launch containers on one website?Furthermore, the partner have agreed to remove their launch container conditioned upon we track data for their adobe analytics/property. Is that possible? Can we send data to multiple organisations, tracking server from one launch property? Is there a way to achieve this?  Note that the website have a data layer and all the tracking is based on data layer. Thank you for your help 🙂

Hi ,I have a question , is there any rule convention whoever follows which is easy to understand for everyone.

During the major issue last Friday (#202312080015), we had some some websites appear to wait on Adobe Launch to load rather than continue in Google Chrome, even though those sites had async in the script tag for Launch in the HTML head.  Since Launch was not available during the issue, the website did not load for minutes until the browser finally timed out the Adobe Launch load. script src="//assets.adobedtm.com/......../launch-XXXXXX.min.js" async="" Once the Chrome browser cache was cleared though, the async keyword was respected and the website was able to load immediately while attempting to load Launch in the background. Did anyone else experience this or have any thoughts on why this may have happened in our implementation?

How to change the data type of an attribute where schema is enabled for profile and also have a dataset ? which we cannot delete

I'm looking for very detailed Instructions and Videos on implementing tags in Launch.  Mostly on Rules, Data Elements and Extensions. Seems that this information is very basic and limited.

We have an issue where multiple users when accessing our site using a public/shared computer, all the users get merged into 1 profile since the ECID is the same for all. This has corrupted our user data in CDP as many profiles don't have reliable info and it belongs to someone else. I believe this is a very common issue that many might be facing, it would be great if anyone can let me know if there is a solution or workaround to this issue. Thanks in advance.

Hi All,I was trying to send data to Adobe data collection 1. I created a data element with extension as core and data element type as custom code and in the editor I gave return event.detail.userInfo2. I created a rule a new rule as like below, the set variable is linked to an evar and a data element is also given for it.3. From UI i'm triggering _.satellite.track and it is also showing the proper values in omnibug.4. The problem is I couldn't see the values in Adobe analytics dashboard when I drag the same evar into a table. Am I missing anything here? Can someone please help me on this?

I have 4 direct call rules and each rule is generating 1 server call causing multiple page views. How can i merge all 4 in to 1, so that only 1 page view is generated which populate evars from these 4 different rules in to 1.

Hello!We successfully created and activated an audience to a destination (Facebook Custom Audience) some time ago. No issues whatsoever.Recently, we renamed this audience in RT-CDP and noticed that the new name does not get synchronized on the destination side.Are there any specific steps we should take for the new name to get updated at the destination side?For instance, should we first de-activate the audience, change its name and then re-activate it? Or any other steps?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you!

We're sending Profile data to an AEP Profile dataset.We're using the AEP HTTP API to stream this data to the Profile dataset.Profile datasets do not require a timestamp, as opposed to event datasets.However, could we add a timestamp and ensure that the AEP will ingest our payloads based on the timestamp?We're running into issues where payloads get ingested in the wrong order.Thank you!

I want to exclude a range of internal IP Addresses in the Adobe Experience Platform data collection. Inside the Data streams, I was hoping to find an option that allows this and lets me enter an IP range to exclude. My hope was to block the events from reaching real-time CDP. Is this possible? Or do I need to add an attribute to the data layer to exclude these hits from being sent by the web SDK altogether?

Hi, I have scheduled my batch segmentation job at 6:00 am, and the export job finishes at around 11:00 am. I have some batch audiences that I use through the different destinations, and also AJO. I know that that kind of audience will take all the information ingested before 6:00 am and then be updated as soon as the export job ends. My question is if I had to rerun a dataset ingestion while or after the batch segmentation job had started, is there any way I can also update that audience with the last ingestion to use it in Adobe Journey Optimizer? I understand that the nature of the platform is to separate it into batch and streaming. However, there are some fixes that I need to make during the morning and I need some batch audiences to get updated during the same day for using it in AJO or any other destination.

I am using Out of Box enum values for Gender  and two custom enum values for my schema, however I want to know if any transformation is possible to convert the Out of Box Gender enum values to a specific type like non_specific here for example, Is this type of conversion possible, if so what would be the way, any suggestions would help me a lot, thanks!
