Hi Community,I created an audience in Adobe Experience Platform using the following rule:“Country Code equals IN OR SG OR AU”. During audience creation, the estimated profile count showed 3 profiles. After publishing the audience, the audience details page shows Qualified Audience Size = 0.The audience is configured with:Evaluation Method: Batch Lifecycle State: PublishedIs this expected behavior for batch audiences? How long does it typically take for qualified profiles to appear after publishing? Thanks in advance!
I created a custom code for Identity Namespace in Web SDK. However it totally do not work. It do not return any errors - it treats my Data Element as STRING ( :D )JS code is super simple - do not return any error in console in browser. Have you tried implementing Identity Namespace as a Data Element and it worked?
Hi Community,We're working on a use case where we need to expose ExperienceEvent data tied to a profile to a destination, specifically Adobe Campaign Classic for use in email personalization (e.g. last product viewed, last purchase details, recent browsing behavior). We understand that standard Audience Activation to ACC only exports Profile attributes and Audience membership, and that raw ExperienceEvents are not part of the activation payload. Is there a supported, native way in AEP to expose ExperienceEvent data tied to a profile to a destination (ACC or otherwise)? Or does this always require an intermediary step such as Computed Attributes, Query Service derived datasets, or a custom pipeline via ADLS/SFTP?Our current stack:AEP (Real-Time CDP) Adobe Campaign Classic as destination Azure Data Lake Storage as intermediaryAny guidance, documentation pointers, or patterns from real implementations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I would like to know whether AEP allows us to edit or update the description of an existing schema. Are there any limitations when modifying schema details after creation.
What are the impacts of changing a Primary Identity after profiles have already been stitched in AEP?
Hi Team, I am new to adobe Experience Platform Could someone please explain the basic steps to create an audience in AEP?Thank you
We have a web events data schema used for our website events. Customer AI is not working because we need a primary identifier to be added to the schema. Where in the schema should we add the primary identifier? We intend to add CRM ID in this schema but would like to know exactly where to add it because it’s quite extensive.
We have a Google DV360 Destination. Whenever an Audience is activated to this Destination, we’ve noticed that there is no mapping step. What data from AEP is actually being shared from AEP to the Destination? Our understanding is that no PII is shared with a DV360 Destination. We have multiple identifiers set up in AEP. Our CRM ID is set up as the Primary identity. This ID will only have a value for clients. Prospects will not have a CRM ID. Subscriber Key is another unique identifier. GAID, which is derived from the _ga cookie, a Google Analytics first-party cookie. We do NOT have Apple's IDFA or Google's GAID set up.We don't believe any hashed email IDs are being shared. Again, there is no mapping step that shows email addresses mapping. We also don't believe Phone Numbers are being shared for the same reason. We don't have Adobe Audience Manager device identifier (AAM UUID) set up in the platform.
Hello everyone, Good Morning. I have worked on Adobe reporting API previously and currently exploring the CJA API to extract data from Adobe workspaces I have created a project in console and adding CJA API to it and was able to establish a connection and can see data views via the /data/dataviews end point. However the subsequent calls via /data/dataviews/{dataview_id}/dimensions end point are failing with API error 403027 . The solution mentioned is to add AEP API into the project. Can some one explain me the dependency of AEP API for the same. Thanks in advance
Web SDK sends to AEP such an event automatically:decisioning.propositionDisplayWhat is the easiest way to enrich such an event with Activity Name from Target?
Hello Community,I am preparing to kick-start my journey as an Adobe Experience Platform Analyst. With an analytical mindset and enterprise IT experience, I am drawn to how AEP solves complex data integration, segmentation, and omnichannel activation at scale. To accelerate my growth, I am looking for ways to gain practical exposure: Mentorship & Guidance: Any advice on the ideal roadmap for Adobe certifications (such as the AEP Qualified/Certified Expert paths). Hands-on Exposure: Open to volunteer work, entry-level internships, or shadowing practitioners on implementation use cases. Key Resources: Recommendations on community repos, labs, or documentation beyond standard Experience League tutorials. If you are open to connecting or have advice on where a newcomer should focus their first 90 days, please feel free to drop a comment or reach out directly. Looking forward to learning from this incredible community!
Hi All -Looking for some advice regarding an activation issue to Meta destination in AEP. Does anyone know if sending two email source fields mapped to the same target “email” within the mapping causes any issues? We are seeing lower than expected match rates and trying to figure out if this is the root cause? I.e. is there a collision between the two?
Most orgs running AEMaaCS at scale eventually split into a Platform team (Cloud Manager, pipelines, environment governance) and one or more Product teams (business logic, content). This split is healthy in principle, but in practice it creates constant friction around anything that touches deployment, migrations, bulk content transforms, scripted rule changes, because ownership of “who ships this” isn’t architecturally defined, so it gets negotiated project-by-project.I want to propose a pattern that’s worked well for us and ask whether others have converged on something similar (or better):The core idea: instead of arguing jurisdiction over a piece of work, split the artifact so each team owns a layer they already have legitimate authority over.Platform team owns the engine, a generic, reusable OSGi service deployed once via the standard Cloud Manager pipeline. It knows how to execute a class of change (e.g. template transformation, bulk property migration) but contains no business-sp
I have library in Dev environment. Disabling Data Elements & Rules works on Dev or only in Prod?
Do you add that to the Assurance package to the production environment or not?
As global platform administrators, we are responsible for creating Developer Console credentials and distributing them to each sandbox administrator. These credentials are intentionally configured with the minimum permissions required to perform the requested action.Today, when a sandbox administrator requests access to a capability such as Data Ingestion, we can find the API documentation that explains the available endpoints and how to use them. However, we cannot find clear information in either the API documentation or Experience League about which specific permissions are required for each operation. For example, the documentation may describe a method such as POST – Create a new batch, including the request format and usage, but it does not indicate which AEP permissions must be assigned to the Developer Console credential in order to execute that operation successfully.Requested improvement:Please add, within each API method or endpoint documentation page, a small highlighted sec
Note: This question concerns Adobe Commerce (Magento). Commerce does not appear in the category list.Hello,Could someone please ask the developers of Adobe Commerce/Magento to make the Scope dropdown op the product page in the Catalog larger? I have 60 stores to scroll through daily, and just a stamp size dropdown menu. There's a lot of room for a larger one.If .store-switcher could get a min-width of 300px and a max-height of at least 1000px I would be very very grateful.Thank you so much!LianScreenshot of everything that is currently visibile in my dropdown:
OverviewData Distiller Accelerators help users move faster from raw data to repeatable analysis by providing Adobe-authored SQL templates for common business, industry, and technical use cases. Accelerators are available in the Queries workspace and can be used to analyze areas such as customer segmentation, campaign performance, commerce behavior, audience overlap, fraud detection, retention, product reviews, attribution, and more. Access and PermissionsAccelerators are available to organizations with Data Distiller entitlements. Users can access them from the Accelerators tab in the Queries workspace. Viewing Available AcceleratorsGo to Queries in the left navigation, then open the Accelerators tab.The accelerator catalog displays available templates with a name and description, making it easy to identify the right starting point for your use case. Using an AcceleratorSelect an accelerator to open it in Query Editor. The SQL is preloaded and read-only by default. Users can provide the
In Assets Essentials view, when I open an asset in a collection, it opens in the file's location, so if I try to page through the assets using the arrows at the bottom, it goes to other assets in the asset's folder instead of the assets in the collection. Ideally, when in a collection, we could page through assets within the collection. Users are confused when viewing assets in collections. This behavior is different in the admin/touch UI.Users should be able to page through assets in a collection. Ideally, this would be the default behavior, but it should at least be an option.
If the rule is on a prod environment there is no option to remove that rule? However its possible to disable it?
Hi all,I have a field called Membership End Date, which always contains the last day of a month.Examples:31/08/2026 30/09/2026 31/10/2026 30/11/2026I need an audience containing profiles whose membership end date falls in the month that is exactly three calendar months from today. For example:Today's date: 14/08/2026 Target month: November 2026 Expected audience: all profiles with a Membership End Date of 30/11/2026Similarly:If today were 05/09/2026, I'd want all profiles ending in December 2026 If today were 20/10/2026, I'd want all profiles ending in January 2027 What I've Tried"In next 3 to 3 months"This appears to return profiles with an end date of 31/10/2026 rather than 30/11/2026, which suggests it's calculating a rolling three-month period rather than the calendar month three months ahead.90-120 day rangeThis works inconsistently because month lengths vary.Rolling date rangesI can see options for ranges such as "3 to 3 months ago", but I can't find an equivalent approach for fut
Hi, this is my use case:Build a AEP read-audience of profiles who were sent any of three-specific emails that will be used within a AJO journey as an exclusion list so that the next day after audience evaluation anyone not in the audience will be sent Direct Mail i.e. next day the data sent to mail house for all profiles never sent the email. ‘Sent email’ is defined as anyone that was not excluded at run time due already being suppressed, any sort of failure, soft or hard bounce, etc. So ‘sent’ can incorporate Message Event Feedback Dataset status ‘sent’, ‘delivered’, ‘status’.Questions about the Message Event Feedback Dataset status enumerations: is the following correct? Sent Definition: The message was successfully dispatched from Adobe’s delivery infrastructure to the external channel provider or carrier network. Relates to: Email, Push, SMS, WhatsApp, Direct Mail (all standard outbound channels). Delay Definition: Message delivery is temporarily postponed and the system is activ
Hi,We have disabled the "Schedule All Audiences" option in our AEP Production sandbox and currently manage audience evaluation schedules using the Tags feature. This allows us to run segment evaluations at different times based on business requirements. For example:Daily tagged audiences are scheduled at 12 PM Daily_Edge tagged audiences are scheduled at 9 PMThis approach is being used for both batch and Edge audiences.I was wondering if there is an option, or if there are plans to introduce one, that would allow "Schedule All Audiences" to be enabled only for Edge audiences while keeping batch audience scheduling controlled through tags. The rationale is that, if Edge audiences could be automatically evaluated whenever profile data is ingested, the Edge audience memberships would remain up to date without requiring a scheduled segment evaluation run. This could help reduce operational overhead and improve audience freshness for Edge use cases.I understand that audiences containing even
Why a single snapshot query returns correct data Returns:822 -> profiles = 5,746 || min qualification = 2026-07-23 11:37 || max qualification = 2026-08-01 11:41 but when I query multiple snapshots it’s returning data with last snapshot? Returns:822 -> 5,688 profiles -> MAX qualification = 2026-08-05823 -> 5,688 profiles -> MAX qualification = 2026-08-05824 -> 5,688 profiles -> MAX qualification = 2026-08-05
As title says. I need to retrieve the organization's name. I have tried using Schema Registry API, but closest I have gotten is tenant ID, which is fine, but it is not exactly what I'm looking for. So, I got a question: is there a way to get organization name using Experience Platform APIs? Or is there an API (perhaps from Developer Console or Admin Console) that I can use to get the organization's name?
