Trying to understand how we can have path for Android and iOS app in this field and if you can share an example of how it is done so that I can check with APP team and configure and test it. Hi, I am trying to deactivate / expire a Recurring Inapp delivery post execution as I need to deactivate a delivery post 20 days it is triggered. The end date column in the Inapp delivery cannot be personalized or have an expression so unable to configure 20 days expiry for each execution. You can do that manually by going to Inapp delivery dashboard and clicking deactivate button for the active executed Inapp delivery however a manual approach for recurring Inapp execution is not a solution as we need to manually deactivate executed Inapp delivery after 20 days of execution. I tried to mimic the API calls command that happens when you click deactivate button in the Inapp delivery dashboard however I am unable to authenticate it. Data Extraction Activity - Is it possible to output with a row above the header row showing count of rows in the file? There doesn't seem to be an obvious way of doing this.I have a requirement to produce a file from Adobe Campaign that contains the number of data rows in the file. See example below.

Hello, We are on V8 and are implementing Transactional Emails through the Message Center (so Campaign Classic based configuration options). I'm curious how others approach these situations, please let me know what you think: Reporting on deliverability and engagement -- essentially, the finance team is asking about invoice emails, did Customer X receive and open the email? Things like that. Do you reference this information in the instance of campaign? Export the RT tracking and broadlogs and ingest it into something like PowerBI? Or do you query the database with an API to capture that data outside of system? If so, can you help me with identifying which SOAP call that is?Related question, are you able to get these metrics from your PRD instance in the RT schema tables or do you have to access the RT instance directly? Hi, I want to create a workflow that picks up all the workflows in finished state and restart them automatically without manually doing it. Wanted to know if there is any way that the restart can be done through a monitoring workflow and without an API call? Reason being, we have been observing workflows going to finished state without processing (Scheduled workflows or external signal). The root cause and fix is not known yet, so wanted to restart the workflow automatically to avoid any delays sending communications. Thanks,Maliha

Hi,In adobe campaign classic, there are deduplication properties within the templates already preconfigured, does the same exist in ACS? or do we have to enforce deduplication manually in each workflow? or is it enforced through typologies?

We have a form that is capturing customer information and we would like to trigger an email to be sent upon submission.  The biggest part of this task is that it needs to be sent FROM the email address that the customer has input into the form.  Any suggestions on where I should get started?

Is it possible to create a user group where a user is only able to create deliveries or view reports without access to the audience or profile tabs. At the moment i have a 'creative' user group with the 'PREPARE DELIVERIES (deliveryPrepare)' out of the box role associated to it however the users with this user role are still able to access audiences, profile data , workflows etc however they are unable to actually execute the workflows which is a good start however this is still providing more access than i would ideally want. ThanksAJ  

Adobe Campaign Standard and the community pages and modals are extremely slow to load, sometimes timing out. refreshing the page usually brings up the content. I've tried different browsers and devices.

Hi All, We were reviewing this documentation and came across a question we couldn't answer that is also reflected in our data.In all of the examples provided, the OPEN does not have a UUID, except for in the case of "Henry":We could not find any documentation as what would cause an open to generate a UUID vs not having one. In our own data, it seems fairly sporadic as to whether the UUID is registered with an open or not, with no clear commonalities. The linked documentation is pretty useful in walking people through how recipients, forwards, and people are captured but this element doesn't appear to have any explanation. Any help is appreciated! 

Hi all, I configured a web analytics external account with the "Other" integration option selected. The purpose of this account is to add UTM parameters to the links. I've been using this for normal marketing emails and it works fine. However, I tried using this for some message centre emails and the utm parameters are not added to the URLs. I can do this by changing the click formula but I was wondering why the web analytics external account doesn't work for MC. Is it not supported or maybe misconfiguration?

I've been noticing in the broad logs, tracking logs and exclude logs in our database that we have a single row with broad log id of 0 and all other fields blank.Our data analytics team was asking why this is the case. Is this something Adobe campaign generates by default for some reason?

Hi, we are working on an activity that allows us to insert a link within our messages that carries a pre-filled set of information.After creating a table with the fields we needed, we added a link to this table in the profile table by opting for the "0 or 1 cardinality simple link" link type, as indicated on the Adobe documentation, and we were able to display and select the fields within our message.Subsequently, however, we decided it would be more correct to opt for the "N cardinality collection link" type, but we encountered a problem: within our message, we can no longer see the table created and therefore not even all of its fields.What would the consequences be if we decided to go back to the first link type, i.e. "0 or 1 cardinality simple link"? And also why we can no longer see the table in the message by changing the link type?

Hi,We are trying to preload a webapp using a custom schema.If we copy the URL along with query params and hit it directly in browser, it loads the data properly.But when we trigger the same via campaign (Email/SMS), the URL params are getting encoded.Note: It has something to do with URL trackingWhen we excluded the URL from tracking in email, it loaded the URL properly. Is there a way to load URL decoded without excluding it from tracking? Coded url path in delivery - /webApp/samplewebapp?id=<%= cryptString(targetData.lid) %> Expected url path - webApp/samplewebapp?id=@XKNvG9IU25DlmroyzVivrg== Actual url path - webApp/samplewebapp?id=%40XKNvG9IU25DlmroyzVivrg%3D%3D   Please help me with this. Thanks,Krishna

Hello, I would like to add some IP adresses to override proxy configuration. Hi Community! I am working on an unsubscribe web application for unsubscribing from communication. It has three end states: 1. Successful unsubscription2. You cancelled the process because you changed your mind3. An error pageI am wondering whether it is possible to use tracking tags on web applications to track conversions for multiple paths? I have not figured out how to accomplish this, and the documentation on the topic is pretty sparse on this concrete issue. An additional question is: I only have the option to choose goal "conversion" for the static tracking tag I am inserting on the different sites. Any idea how I can expand this / change this? I hope someone has inputs to this issue 🙂 Thanks a bunch!
