Multiple Deliveries are getting created, a single delivery for each Delivery Template is required during all the Workflow runs everyDay

Hi Team,

 

There is a Use Case that we have 20+ Delivery Templates to be configured so that Email's/SMS can be sent from a Workflow.

 

It is difficult to manage the Delivery Logs getting created if we use 20+ Recurring Deliveries as it occupies more space as it creates a Delivery for each Run.

 

We get the Data via External Signal activity which will run many times in a day i e, for each record mostly a Delivery in the Deliveries Tab will get created, which will occupy large space in our Server.

 

Could you Please let me know how to manage creating all the Deliveries (1 Delivery for 1 week/1 Day instead of 1 Delivery for each run of the Workflow), so that it would be feasible and better solution?

Use a continuous delivery instead and configure its template as below. Formula in my screenshot is for daily aggregate FYI

Hi @davidkangni ,

 

We have one more Requirement that we are having multiple pdfs for each Delivery Template (No of pdfs to be sent will Dynamically vary as per Request). But, by using continous Delivery, this Dynamic Pdf's script is not possible, again we should do many Delivery Templates for all the pdf's.
