Custom Permission/roles to custom security group

Can we create custom roles/permissions in Adobe campaign standard if yes then how to provide custom permissions to custom security groups in ACS?

There is only predefined roles in ACS as listed in link https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-standard/using/administrating/users-and-security/list-of-roles.html?lang=en

 

Based on above roles, admin will create a org units which will be called security groups in ACS.

 

You can create your own org unit based on roles which are given by product. Refer doc :-
